Arrival Info

Please allow an additional 20 minutes to park your vehicle and 30-40 minutes for the complimentary shuttle bus ride to your departure terminal.

Arriving to hotel:

1) Upon arrival, enter off Mannheim Road, park in the 20-minutes area in front of the hotel to unload luggage and visit the hotel front desk in the main lobby for your parking information. 

2) Please bring your reservation receipt and write down the license plate number prior check-in. The front desk will take care of any outstanding balance and provide you with a parking tag. 

3) Once you have the parking tag, please hang the tag on the rearview mirror and park your car in the north lot directly next to Allstate arena. (Do not park on Allstate arena property as you will be towed)

4) Proceed to board the shuttle at the front door canopy of the hotel.

PARKING TAG: Please display in your vehicle once your vehicle is parked in the back lot. If the tag is not displaced or if your vehicle is not parked in the designated parking lot, vehicles will be towed on the owner’s expense.  

Please note: This facility can only accommodate regular-sized cars and SUVs. Any type of trucks or buses will not be allowed to park on the Hyatt Place O'Hare lot.

Airport Transportation

Currently, shuttle hours are 5:00AM – 11:00PM from Monday - Saturday. 5:00am - 10:30pm on Sunday

Shuttles run every 30 minutes beginning at 5:00AM with the last shuttle to O'Hare at 10:30PM from Monday - Saturday. Shuttle run every 40 minute on Sunday. Shuttle passengers are encouraged to arrive at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their desired terminal arrival time.

 Upon return to Chicago, please wait at Terminal 2, Arrivals, (lower level) Middle Lane, Door C The guests must be outside and actively looking for the Shuttle.  Please make sure you board the correct Hyatt shuttle as there are 3 Hyatt properties in the area.

Passengers returning to terminal 5, which include international and some domestic, will need to call 224-563-1800 Ext 0 for pick up service. Be aware that last shuttle leaves O'Hare for The Hyatt Place at 10:00PM.
