It would be nice if drivers would drop us off in front of JetBlue airlines instead of downstairs and having to catch the elevators with all your luggage!!! They are sometimes more concern of picking up other passengers than the people that are being drop off even thou they are late for their flights and then having to struggle with their luggage and children. Being drop to the front of your airline not below it, will make your valet Parkin the best for my friends, family and especially me.

Shuttle service was prompt. Took about 10 minutes to leave the lot and 10 to get back. I was, however, highly disappointed with the long time it took to find my car keys and retrieve my car.

This service is awesome. We had an early am flight. It was myself, my husband, 9 month old daughter and 4 year old son! They were very helpful, professional and curteous! And the price is definately in the budget.They were on time to pick us up when we got back from the airport. I will ALWAYS use them! Thank you for a peace of mind while were on vacation

Everything about Xpress was great except for the time getting to the airport. Their website suggests allowing 15 minutes. It actually took almost 40 minutes, partly because there were a lot of passengers and luggage to get in and out, and our airport has two separate terminals that require a lot of driving around. I think they're new and they can get better. The staff were really friendly and helpful. If you had a 4.5 star rating, that's what I would have given.

I'm reserving my third airport parking to depart Orlando with Xpress Airport Valet Parking! My car is parked inside by a valet. The shuttle runs often and is only 1/2 mile from the airport. Can't beat the rates! Great service for a long weekend or a couple of weeks.

These idiots talk a good game but if you fly in late be prepared to be left stranded at the airport while no one answers the main line or their text line. You will eventually be forced to pay for a taxi ride to their lot where you will receive a bunch of excuses for why n o one woud answer the phone and after watching you arrive in a cab they will fail to compensate you in anyway for leaving u stranded or causing you expense. So if you use them good luck.

I would not park here. I arrived at 5am for a morning flight, and there were several people in line and waiting for a shuttle. I asked when the next shuttle was coming, and the staff said "Mam, I just got to work, I don't know". I had to leave and park and the parking spot (right around the corner), where I got in and on a shuttle within minutes. Although more expensive, you get what you pay for. Additionally, they refused to let me park my own car even though there were many open spots, they stated I must valet park. Overall, be careful, poor.

We parked there recently for 2 weeks. Everyone we dealt with was top notch -- courteous, clean, efficient, etc. Not a scratch on the car when we returned. We called after we got our bags [please call AFTER you get all bags -- it really screws everyone up when people are not outside waiting for the shuttle because they called too early -- driver had to sit at 2 stops waiting for people who did not show up, so it delayed those of us who were trying to get back for our cars]. Car was up front waiting for us on our return. They help with your luggage at every opportunity. Would highly recommend!

Xpress Airport Parking was excellent. We arrived on 1/31 at 8:50 am and the shuttle left within 5 minutes. On our return on 2/9 at 5:30 pm, we called the office and the shuttle was at the designed area within 10 minutes. Our car was ready to go when we got back to Xpress. We will definitely use them again.

Great Service!! Clean Buses, Friendly and helpful staff. Full service valet is a plus!!! Check in, leave keys at the counter was quick and easy. Pick up was fast after I made the call for a shuttle. WOW my car was waiting for me when I got there. I WILL be back!!

where do i start! I waited 45 mins just to get a shuttle to my car. When i first called i was put on hold for 5 minutes, while i was on hold the shuttle flew by without stopping. I hung up and called again, they promised that their other shuttle was on its way. After 20 more minutes i called again. once again i was told the shuttle was on its way. Do yourself a favor and by pass this parking lot.

ALL AROUND EXCELLENT! We checked in Christmas Eve and returned New Year's Eve. The service was outstanding, even considering we arrived and departed on holidays. The attendants were prompt and professional. The lot was clean and secure. We made the reservation by internet, and paid just under $57 for 8 days. As long as this type of service continues, we will ALWAYS use Xpress and recommend it to others!

Every step with this company was fast and efficient. The shuttle was waiting when we walked out the door and we were at our vehicle within 5 minutes. Very nice people and professional to do business with! They also did not charge a reservation fee to hold us a slot! Very impressed. I was a little hesitant because there were only 3 reviews but I am glad I used xpress. Upon arrival we were greeted immediately and w/i 5 minutes we were on our way to the airport. The shuttle buses and facility were brand new. The true test was when we flew back because I had read reviews of people who used other services who had to wait 45-60 minutes to be picked up. I called from the plane as soon as we touched down and when we got to to the parking area it was waiting for us. We back to check out my car was waiting and I was charged exactly what I was quoted on their website. They are only 5 min. from the airport and are very reasonably priced. One tip make sure you leave your car keys. I forgot and took mine with me.

I willl totally stay here my next trip. The lot was well lit, the attendants were wonderful (even at 5am) I got picked up 10 mins after arriving at the airport and my car was waiting for me when I got to the lot. The store is clean and awesome. I loved it. Quite the treat compared to the last dive I chose!
