    The Sheraton at the Airport in Montreal is difficult to find. We used a GPS and it still was difficult.

    I wish there had been a sign indication that the desk, which was registering hotel guests was the same place to inquire about parking. Did not realize I needed a tag to get out upon return that i got at the desk. A sign of some sort would help. But now that I know the procedure, I would use the service again.

    We parked here twice and each time we had a very satisfactory experience. Parking is in a secure area, and the customer service very good. We did not have to wait long on either end for shuttle bus. Unfortunately, it is not available for our upcoming trip.

    Lack of signage driving in from Donegani Avenue; although we know this area well, it has been greatly developed of late and we ended up on Hwy 520 and had to turn around; fortunately, from there, there were 2 or 3 signs to help us reach the Sheraton. Apart from that, the staff at Reception and the shuttle-bus driver were extremely helpful and courteous. We ended up staying at the hotel overnight on our way home!

    When I returned I did not realize that I needed to go back inside to get a ticket to leave. I pulled up to the gate and it said I owed money. I had to back up and then go inside to ask. Just make sure people know they have to go inside when they return. I watched other vehicles have the same issue. It was fantastic!

    great spot. so close to the airport. we arrived at 3:30AM and shuttle was there within 5 minutes. parking lot is smaller and was full but we found a spot. it wasnt cramped either. lot is gated and very close to the hotel (people can see if anyone is messing about with cars). Would use again given the opportunity

    Parked there twice already and had absolutely no problems. Best price, shuttle service is on time. Follow signs and you will get there no problem. Car wouldn't start one of the times and Roadside Assistance came in and boosted car with no hassles.

    My vehicle was stuck in frozen ice when I returned. The front desk gave me a shovel to get it out and a stranger assisted me in pushing me out. I would have liked perhaps someone from the hotel to help me. It was a very cold day and returning from South America with nothing but a spring jacket made it very difficult.

    When we returned, we found my minivan all surrounded with snow and ice. It seems the plowing people pushed it into my car to allow the cars on the left and right of my car to get in/out. I raised the issue with the front desk of the Sheraton hotel and she sent a couple of service people to plow the snow. We were then able to leave but with a delay of about an hour. It would help if next time they plow ahead of people returning. Overall thought, the service was excellent and I will re-use it in the future.
