Something must be done by San Jose International Airport on the hotel pick up area being used by Uber drivers! Even though it is also a designated "Ride share" pick up area, this has got to be difficult and dangerous for larger hotel pick up vehicles to maneuver in, through or around non-professional/non-proficient Uber type drivers. For 10 minutes while we waited for the Hotel pickup van, the Hotel pick up area was constantly entirely filled with Uber drivers. I have been using Hotel Parking/Airport pickup for several years, and this problem has progressively gotten worse, to the point of near non-functioning for Hotel pickup. San Jose Airport needs to move the Ride Share zone north or south of the Hotel zone. Seems pretty simple to me!
Some what distance to air port. The shuttle - can not depend on. coming back yesterday and called per instruction for pick up and found out that they could not come to pick up for maintenance or lack of driver on Sunday. I did see the shuttle sitting there so maybe no driver. We waited and front desk indicated they would come in 15 min so they would find some one to pick up at the time we specified at booking. But 20 minutes over and I called again and got advice that I had to take whatever to the hotel to pick up. The whole waiting took us for 1 1/2 hours!
Much prefer the Doubletree. Too long a wait for the shuttle to pickup at the airport. The Wyndham staff was outstanding. Just do not want to wait 30 minutes to get picked up, at the airport, after a long travel day.
This was the first time that I used this long term parking facility but it won't be the last. Very friendly, quick and easy and good shuttle service.
Very easy to use. The parking lot is secure, well-lit, and lots of people around since it is a hotel. Although I leave my keys, they never move my car. It is always in the same stall I parked it in.
Front desk staff at Wyndham Garden Hotel in San Jose was nice. On car drop off day i finished paying fee, parked where staff suggested, returned to desk and handed them the car key (required), shuttle arrived as expected, was quickly dropped of at airport by a nice driver...All was good...until we returned. Different shuttle driver who picked us up from airport looked like we were interrupting his nap or something. While putting our lugagge in back he pointed toward the closed van doors and said, "get in". Inside the van was dirty and torn up but the worst part was the dog and cat hair all over the dirty carpet. After the driver dropped us at the hotel i collected my keys from front desk and went to my car and found ants all over inside attacking coffee we forgot to throw away! We cleaned it up as much as possible and had to go to car wash to get rid of more ants....we just kept killing ants on the drive to carwash (there were also a bunch on hood!). We still were killing ants on the way home, after the wash and the inside cleaning i paid for. I was told someone would call me from hotel but have not heard from them.
Dropping the car off was wonderful! The lot was located at a hotel. The driver was available as soon as we pulled up, drove carefully and interacted with our children. The driver who picked us up at the airport was not rude but did not interact and drove more recklessly. Overall it was a great experience and we would return.

Drivers were friendly and helpful in both directions. I was traveling with my 4.5 year old, 2 large suitcases, several smaller bags and a booster seat. This is a great service and I will use it again. At $8/day, this was about half of what I would have paid at the airport but I also got dropped off at the door with all my stuff. So great. Thanks!

Parking easy. Waiting time less than half hour. Arrive before the hour and half hour.
Shuttle service wait time was less than 5 minutes on departure and was between 5 to 10 minutes on arrival. Drivers were very polite. The outdoor parking lot is adequate. I will certainly use this place again.
We have used this lot often because they are efficient & friendly. Upon return to our car the back wing window was broken out. One of the employees said "things have happened in that lot before". A security guard walking it may have prevented this from occurring.
I called 3 times to finally get someone to pick me up after 50 minutes waiting. The first time the Wyndham reception guy said the bus left 10 minutes early. The 2nd time he lied and said the driver came by and did not see any one. I've parked here several times before but this will be my last. People lie and don't care about good service anymore.
Parking is sharing with the hotel guess. They should separate hotel guess and airport parking
