The only reason I did not give all five stars was because when I was ready for pick-up at the airport at 9:45am, I was told that the shuttle would not depart until 10:00am. When I have used Wyndam in the past, they have dispatched shuttles immediately and I was depending on that this time as well because I had a meeting to get to. But I have to wait around an additional 15 unnecessary minutes.
Previously they sent Out the shuttle whenever there were people that needed to go, but they are now adhering to the top of the hour and bottom of the hour departures. Plan accordingly and it'll be smooth sailing.
The person we called to request did not tell us where to meet the shuttle. We watched the shuttle drive by us. We had to run a quarter us a mile to catch it. However the driver was very professional
I was disappointed that when I returned to pick up my car...they couldn't find my key and made me feel that it was my fault, because I didn't have the claim check. Oh they never gave me one. Only the card that went in the window. Oh the claim check was on the key ring. No apology or I'm sorry.
Will definitely use this service again.
Staff inside and outside were great! Our driver was friendly and very efficient. He was at the terminal within 10 minutes after we called to be picked up! Great service - will use again when flying out of San Jose.
Waited longer than normal (18 minutes) for shuttle to hotel. Also, when I called the hotel I was put on hold for 5 minutes. On a previous trip the shuttle service was excellent.
Overall experience was good, first time user. Shuttle going to airport was packed and had to wait for next one, fortunately not an issue with catching flight. Check in process took awhile, wish the documents we need to sign were on the web so it could be taken care of ahead of time and just drop off the keys and go. It was unclear initially where to park the car. Would use again now that I now the "system".

We would highly recommend parking and leaving your car at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in San Jose. Great service all around, not the least of which was a very helpful and pleasant shuttle driver.

No parking lot attendants. Parking poorly marked. Shuttle driver did not ask travelers who called and who didn't. More travelers than seats. Was put on hold for ten minutes. Had to call back. Courtesy not a strong point with the service.
We had to call twice for the pickup, but actually the driver just missed us on his pass through. They are usually good from the Wyham so I would not hold it against them this time.
The parking procedure was not as I was told. The hotel told me to park first then go to front desk. After I parked, the front desk gave me a parking coupon that I had to place on dashboard.
We love parking at Wyndham Gardens and have done so many times. Unfortunately, the person at the front desk who took the call gave me wrong information about the pickup island and the driver waited a long time when we were far away at the wrong island. We flagged him down. and all was well, but please tell the front desk people the # of the correct pickup place. It was 96 degrees and I walk with a cane, so it was very stressful for me and my husband.
We use this facility whenever we can. They are very prompt and we feel comfortable leaving our car with them.

I don't normally take my car to the airport but because of my departure time I decided to take it. If I do park the car I leave it at the Double Tree but they were full. The Windom was the only open spot I could find on the holiday weekend. The trip out was fine, when we got back we called for the shuttle. It passed us and didn't stop. After a half hour I called again and was told that the driver wasn't told to pick us up. It took another 15 minutes for him to show up. When we got back to the hotel I complained about the wait and was told that the driver said he had stopped, he had not. We will not use this hotel again.
The reason that I rated this so low even though the service was fine is that my car had been vandalized on the outside. Some one deliberately stuffed a sand which and other food items down into the well of the wind shield on drivers side. In addition a thick substance was poured over windshield and hood. I didn't know it was there as car hit very dirty in the two weeks I was away. It was not till I was on freeway and try to wash the windshield that I realized the drivers' side one wouldn't work -was stuck in this substance. I had to find a car wash- went through twice. But still had to scrape off substance by hand using extra detergent. The hood had to be opened and hosed out The hood looks stained. Whatever was on there - had baked in sun. When I called the hotel as soon as I got home and told them the story (Wyndham Garden), they took my number and said the manager would call me the next day. Well the day is about over (8pm) and no call!!
