    We were at the hotel parking at 7:33 AM when the 7:30 AM shuttle just left. If we had to wait for the next shuttle at 8:00 AM, we would have been late. The hotel receptionist was very attentive to call the driver and he came back to pick us up right after he dropped his passengers. We arrived at the airport on time. The driver was very helpful and friendly. He knew that we were late, so he helped us to get on the shuttle as fast as possible (we had 2 little kids). Thank you very much for the great service.

    Stay away from this place. We waited 40 minutes to be picked up at the airport. 40 minutes is a looong time when you're tired and just want to get home :( My first pickup call was ignored/forgotten (the shuttle driver told me the clerk forgot to tell him I called the first time). I really got the feeling that the clerk "forgot" my first call intentionally because she seemed irritated that I lost my claim tag (I told her about it when I called for airport pickup the first time). Then we had to wait for them to find the key when we finally arrived at the hotel to pick up our cars. The whole process took about an hour. Trust me, it's not worth the $$ savings.

    Took a few calls from the airport for the shuttle to pick us up. This is despite the assurance that the shuttle driver is on his way and should be at the airport in 10 minutes. Total wait was over 30 minutes. Upon entering the hotel to get the key back, there was a queue for guests checking in. Another 15 minutes easy. Then some difficulty in finding the keys. Definitely disorganized and the front desk does not communicate with the shuttle driver. Only plus is all the people are courteous despite the chaos.

    It took 25 min to get the shuttle from the hotel to the airport after the front desk person called the shuttle. When I came back from my 4 day trip, my car was INFESTED with ants! The front desk took my contact information, and 2 days later, no one has contacted me. Will not be parking here again.

    The Wyndam should stop doing the parking thing. I flew from Salt Lake to San Jose faster than they picked me up. I ended up having to take a taxi from Airport to hotel.

    Poor service by Wyndham san jose. Slow pick up at airport. Front desk messed up arranging shuttle despite 3 phone calls. We also cut our trip short and I got charged for initially planned time period.

    Shuttle service by the Wyndham hotel was just terrible. I waited in the lobby as instructed for a ride to the airport and the driver went AWOL for 15 minutes. I had to ask the front desk what was up and they said he was waiting by the van. He didn't announce anything. On the return trip, I called the hotel and they told me where to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting there, I called to check in with them. They said he was on his way. 20 minutes later (40 minutes after I first called) I gave up and called a cab to take me to the hotel. I could have walked there in 36 minutes (per google maps). Cab cost me $7.00. I have had to wait up to 25 minutes the other two times I've used your service, but never this long. You have lost a customer. Wyndham has as well.

    Would be excellent except... I lost tag given to me and they had no other way to look my keys up even though I showed them the online reservation I had made. I had to walk to back of property to get tag number off vehicle - which was hard to read through front windshield. Either have a way to look up number OR offer assistance in getting the number off vehicle staff assist, golf cart to it, something...). Instead the desk clerk (who was not busy at all at the time) acted like the extra effort was an appropriate punishment for my losing the small tag given to me!
