    Return pick up was a disaster. We were at EWR P4 at 12:52 and knew the shuttle would depart the Wyndham at 1:00 PM. We also knew that it should arrive at P4 by 1:15. No shuttle arrived. At 1:20 I called the hotel. Receptionist told me that the shuttle was on schedule. Asked me which P4 we were at (there only one at EWR). Then told me it should have been there a few minutes earlier. At 1:25 still no shuttle, I called back. The receptionist told me that the shuttle just arrived with 5 passengers picked up at P4. My wife and I were looking for this shuttle. Neither of us saw it, but we did see other hotel shuttles arrive and leave 2-3x while we waited. We will not use the shuttle service, nor will we stay at the Wyndham again. Don't lie to me!

    After filling out an extensive form on line and paying in advance, when I arrive at the Wyndham Garden Hotel, I was forced to fill in another form by hand. This form was basically a duplicate of what I had already submitted. Then I had to take a permit all the way back to my car and put it on my dashboard. As a result of this nonsense I missed the shuttle and had to wait 30 minutes for the next one. I nearly missed my flight as a result. On my return there was a Trailways bus in the lot, which blocked my way out for at least 5 minutes. This was the first and last time that I will park there.

    I have parked as several hotels in the area for travel - this is the only one with out any parking security and did not have to check in upon my return - also required that I sign a release before given a note to put in the window how long I will be gone - like putting in a red flag that I would be gone for a week. and when i will be returned. Parking lot had lots of pot holes

    30 minutes is a little long to wait for each shuttle. Will look for other alternate lots before this one. But did like the quick ease of the parking.

    Shuttle bus took forever both ways and it was tricky to find the place to wait at the airport. I had a good experience before-but this was less good.

    1. Front desk woman was rude on arrival. 2. Took 45 minutes for a van to come pick us up at Newark airport. 3. Pick up driver in van was on his cell phone with his friends, from the time he picked up till the time he dropped us off at the hotel. did not help with luggage. 4. arrived at hotel lot, got in my car and left-no security guard on duty to check our credentials upon leaving- all gates were up not secure at all. 5 I will never use this facility again.

    Hotel is somewhat difficult to find without a GPS. Shuttle seems to run several times an hour which is nice.

    I parked at the Wyndham Newark Airport Hotel and it was HORRIBLE. The staff were rude - could barely muster a smile and worse yet had really rotten attitudes. I won't ever park there again.

    My Wyndham Newark Airport Hotel parking experience was the worst I've had in recent memory. If you miss the hotel entrance off the highway, which can easily be done because of poor signage especially at night, you have another 10 minutes of driving before you can get back there. Once there, I parked in the driveway and went inside to find out what I needed to do. RUDE, SNARKY front desk employee told me to park my car because "you can't be blocking the driveway." Mind you, readers, there were 2 large shuttle vans already blocking the driveway (I had to park behind them off to the side). So I park my car and once again come back inside, only to find out that I have to put a parking validation sign in my car, which means I have to go back to the car and then come back inside to wait (it was freezing outside). The shuttle driver literally could not crack a smile the entire time - was rude and not even helpful in getting luggage into the shuttle (like employees everywhere else I've been usually are) - UNTIL I GAVE HIM A $5 TIP. I did this because I wanted to show him what it meant to be generous of spirit - just plain nice. As soon as he saw cash, he flashed me a huge grin. Amazing...didn't even try to hide the fact that he was a money hound and could have cared less about service. The shuttle driver on the way back (pick up from the airport), didn't even look at me let alone help me get on the shuttle with my large suitcase and didn't utter a single word the entire 8 minute ride back to the hotel. Even when I was clearly stuck with my suitcase caught on something on my way into the shuttle, he didn't even bat an eyelash. But he did make sure to play obnoxious music obnoxiously loud for the entire drive. I've not met staff anywhere else that were less suited for the hospitality business than at the Wyndham Newark Airport Hotel. Just unhappy, negative, rude, snarky and ill-suited people. Car was fine but will never park here again. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the security gate was WIDE OPEN as I left the parking lot...not just for me, but the entire time I was there picking up my car. Anyone could have gotten into the lot and messed with cars - it is Newark, after all. Appalling poor. Please don't park here ever.
