The only problem I had was that my settings was changed on my dashboard & my radio. They did have to touch my buttons to get my mileage which was already displayed on my dashboard. And as far as my radio go's if they did not like the music that was playing they should have turned the radio off not change my stations. They job was to drive me to the airport & come pick me up after my trip was over. And leave my car they was it was when it was left in the care of this company. I can honestly say that I may not never used this company again in the future.

Winner parking drivers are always great. We flew out Thursday March 21 and had a female driver (can't remember her name unfortunately) but she was AMAZING. We have a 6-speed Jeep and she gave us full confidence that our "baby" would be driven safely and be well taken care of while we were away. I don't park anywhere else when I travel.

I would definitely recommend this place. Service was great and prompt. After i got my bags the car was at the terminal within 15 mins. The attendant was very helpful in assisting me with my bags and helping me get out of the airport as quickly as possible.

The to and from were great. But my issue was the mis-communication. My driver to the airport told me I can call to get gas in my car while it was there, but when I called later that day the lady on phone said that you had to ask that when I checked in before went to airport. Than when I got picked up the driver said in order for me to drive home directly from airport istead of driving back to your lot I had to tell you guys before I left. BUT I was directly told while I was checking in that I drive from the airport straight home. You also have that on your webstire. No one told me that I had to set up for me to drive straight home. Why would I want to drive back to the lot for no reason after a long flight? I paid the guy right there so its not like I had to drive back. Please communicate better with your customers on the rules. Other than that it was great service.

The service was good and the valet portion worked out great. It was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I took the recommendation. However, neither driver was particularly friendly and when we returned from Florida to 15 degree weather, our driver had not turned on the heat!

While the drivers were courteous, upon returning from my trip, I found the stations on my radio changed, the passenger seat pushed all the way back (I understand the driver's seat being changed, but why the passenger's?) and the people inside were rude. I had a coupon to use and they refused to take it, even though the clerk before the trip said they would accept it when I got back. The woman who said she was the manager then rolled her eyes at me and was very rude to me. I've used them before and haven't had a problem, but doubt I will use them again. I didn't deserve to come home from a holiday trip to be treated so poorly.

Listed by googling airport discounts. Pricing was fair. It was different having the driver take us in our own car, and coming with our car so we only had to pack our bags into the car once rather than into a shuttle, and then the car. good points.

Great service. Excellent experience. Only challenge we had was the line was longer than we expected for our Dec 23rd departure because of Xmas travel. Parking lot had lots of extra staff to keep things moving. We waited 30 mins to get shuttled. The issue was we didn't think (or expect) such a large number of Xmas travelers (our bad -- maybe a warning with the confirmation email would have been helpful ... or maybe not).

This was our first time using your service. Our usual lot was booked so we went to that parking website and noticed that you had many good reviews, so we gave it a shot. Our trip was Dec 23-28. Our departure from Philly outbound was very nice, with no issues. We chose the optional extra valet pickup option, to save us time and convenience for the return leg. Unfortunately things didn't run as smoothly for our pickup when we returned from our trip. We called and let the dispatcher know where we were and what carrier we used (US Air). She asked the usual questions like make/model/color, and confirmed the terminal by asking "Terminal B as in Boy?". I said Yes. She then said ok and that he would be on the way with our car. So then we start waiting ... and waiting. After about 20 minutes, I ring them up to find out what is going on. She asks me to hold while she contacts the driver. And she said, "well he left 20 minutes ago so he should be right there. This didn't make any sense to me so I asked her to let me know where he actually is right now. Only then did we find out that he had been waiting at Terminal D. I have no idea whether she told him the wrong thing or he heard it wrong but B and D do sound much alike so it should be made VERY clear to your drivers which is which and WHAT AIRLINE. If he knew it was US Air, then he couldn't possibly have thought it was D. I can't say that we are completely turned off from this experience but this certainly wasn't the best way for us to experience your service for the first time.

Great service and great price. My only problem was that the person who drove me to the airport wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting. I called and made sure for my return to Philly Airport that I got someone who didn't smoke. I was surprised that, in general, the employees were not that they should NOT smoke just before they work with customers. Personally, I am allergic to cigarette smoke and get sick around it. I had to start my vacation that way - gagging in my car and opening all the windows in 35 degree weather so I could make it to the airport without getting sick. Again, very surprising that the customers aren't first priority. For those of us who don't smoke, and especially those of us who get sick around the smoke, this is a huge problem.

They had to jump my car because the battery was dead, probably because someone left the lights on, which don't go off by themselves. Took an hour to pick me up. Of course they claimed they didn't, but with a Prius it's a good idea to brush up on the functions.

Though the services offered were good. I was shocked to find out that they don't have shuttles to take you to the airport. Infact, they have someone who drops you off in your car to the airport and then drives it back to the parking lot. This is too me was super scary. But as I was already late for my flight and dint have another reservation, I had to go with it. Will never use this service again though.

We could not have been happier with the price - but the service put you over the top. We loved the lady that drove us to the airport - I feel terrible I don't remember her name but she was very polite and easy to talk to. The 'small talk' didn't seem forced and it helped the already short trip to the airport feel like a blink of the eye. The gentleman that dropped our car off (we opted for this instead of driving back to the car park and it was very much worth the few extra dollars) was quick to spot us waiving him down, flashing the headlights so we knew he saw us and quickly loaded our bag. The lot was difficult to find, nearly missed my flight. The reps were adequate. When my car was returned, someone fooled with the a/c and fan had to reset it, most of all, the car was given to me with the passenger side mirror folded in! Last but not least, I brought the car over after I washed it, but bird refuse was all over the window. Will NOT use your service again! Thanks.

The gentleman who drove me TO the airport was very personable until we got to my terminal. At this point, I told him there was no need for him to get out of the car because I didn't have any bags. He then completely shifted his mood. I told him, "Thank you have a nice holiday!" And he grunted at me and said, "Yeah, whatever." I'm assuming this was because I didn't tip him (because he didn't do anything extraordinary or help me with any bags). It was extremely off-putting and made me feel uncomfortable leaving my car in his hands. The man who picked me UP from the airport was very nice, however.

Not sure about question about the attendants--the drivers were polite and helpful. The desk worker we had when leaving car was not--she was short and abrupt. Nor was the person on the phone when we called upon our return. They are not clear about the information they are requesting and curt when you answer incorrectly. Luckily, The clerk at the desk when we checked out was pleasant and friendly--otherwise, I doubt we would park at Winner's again. I will try them once again.

VERY dissatisfied with service done to my car while away. Desk clerk explained what service I needed and it was not what I expected or wanted. Who pays $95 to get a car wash? Come on! I also asked if they could put air in my tires and they said yes but there would be a service charge. For air? I just paid you $95 for a car wash plush parking. Then when I called the general manager, Tony, he just basically said I misread the info (disregarded that his employee told me what service I needed) and had an attitude like he did not care if I ever came back again. I have used Winner, not often, but when ever I traveled. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

It was easy to find the parking lot. Check in was quick enough. Drivers were very nice. Check out took a bit longer than check in; but it was because the person was still in training. Pick up was prompt (like 15 min. wait from the time I made a call). I will use them again.

I made a reservation with Winner Airport Parking. Everything went well except for the fact that the staff which drove me to the airport seemed to have no clue on how to drive stick shift. He was stressing the car, made the clutch burn and smell and was unsure of when to make the shifts which caused the car to go unnnecesseraly high on revs. Called the manager and it wasn't at all helpful nor did he follow up on the complain. I will not use Winner ever again.

The driver picked me up with a flat tire that was so damaged the rim burned the tire and ruined it. He refused to give me his name and offered no help. We were stranded at 1AM and had to call AAA. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have used this service for years and I have recommended it to others. I will continue to use it. One thin that puzzled me was that I did not know that it I presented the Winner parking card, I would have received an a greater discount. That needs to be emphasized more. I made my reservation on line, paid the service fee and paid a hiher daily rate when I did not have to. It was not a significant amount, but in todays economic conditions, any little bit saved helps!!

I find the Winner Valet Shuttle parking service to be excellent. Check in is prompt, transport to the airport is prompt, and car return at the airport is prompt. The drivers are friendly, professional and courteous. I have recommended Winner to many of my friends traveling out of Philadelphia.
