Between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM daily, the shuttles run every 30 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the times of 5:00AM-7:00AM daily, as well as between the times of 10:00PM and Midnight daily. From 12:00AM-5:00AM daily, the shuttle needs to be requested by calling (847) 698-6000, but is still only available on the hour and on the half hour. The hotel shuttle does not travel to the international terminal on a routine basis so international travelers must call the hotel for pick-up.

The hotel is gated and you must have your receipt with the barcode to gain entry. Long term parking is along the back perimeter of the lot. When waiting for the shuttle at the airport, note that they pick-up every 15 minutes at DOOR #3!
I had really bad experience at Westin O'Hare I parked my car for 5 days and I have placed the parking receipt in my car and when I returned I couldn't find my parking ticket and while searching for the receipt in the car to my shock I found a perfume bottle under the seat which is not ours. We felt there is no point in arguing with the hotel personals.
Left car for 10 days in August 2015 at Westin O'hare. As others have said, the bar code on the paper is a bit of "try, try and try again". It will work, but just need patience. Lot is fine - not covered though. Shuttle was ready when we were both on arrival and departure. Maybe we were lucky as we didn't have to call at all. For the price, worth it. Not the shuttle's fault at all, but in ORD, the walk from the baggage hall to the shuttle buses is FAR!

Everything worked perfectly and we would use Airport Parking Reservations and the Westin O'Hare parking lot again! Be sure to arrive and depart within your slotted times on the reservations...we had a reservation beginning at 10am and arrived by 10:30 and had no issues with our barcode scanning at the gate. We also had the departing time ending at 10pm and we left the gate by 9:30 and again it was seamless and smooth. Felt safe and secure, we had no problems with the car in the lot for the week. Shuttle leaving was within 10 min of us arriving at the hotel, and shuttle happened to arrive at the airport just as we got to the shuttle bus area, so no waiting was needed. All around great experience!
It is not possible to scan into the parking lot early if you arrive earlier without calling for the reservation to be cancelled and then repurchased. Waste of time! It blows my mind that you can't just scan in early and the bill be updated. My flight was moved earlier after I made my parking reservation. There is also no attendants at the gate into the parking lot so if you have troubles you need to go back to the hotel entrance which isn't possible if someone is behind you. Regardless the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and took care of the issues I had with no pain besides having to walk to the front desk.
The review choices are slanted. I had no interaction and did not even know there were parking lot attendants. The directions are a street address and I used Google.
The scanner would not automatically raise the gate bar when I inserted the bar code. Thank God that a live person answered the voice intercom. After taking some information from me, she raised the gate. I would have been stuck there if no one would have answered the intercom.

Would have been nice if the barcode would have scanned either in or out. How annoying. I had to call and fix the issue after i was forced to take a parking ticket for entry.
We love airport parking service. We use to park at Hyatt by O'Hare but there are no longer in your service but Westin just as good. Thank you

No parking lot attendants
Going out we had a little wait, coming home the shuttle was already at the airport. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. Very pleased!
