Between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM daily, the shuttles run every 30 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the times of 5:00AM-7:00AM daily, as well as between the times of 10:00PM and Midnight daily. From 12:00AM-5:00AM daily, the shuttle needs to be requested by calling (847) 698-6000, but is still only available on the hour and on the half hour. The hotel shuttle does not travel to the international terminal on a routine basis so international travelers must call the hotel for pick-up.

The parking lot was easy to find and we found a spot easily. The bar code worked just fine, just make sure to take it with you! The shuttle came within minutes upon our return. Overall, it was a good value.
Great place about 10 minutes to O'hare. I read many of the reviews and wasn't sure if I should use because of the scanner comments. In the end I just figured if I had an issue at the gate I would call them and they would let me in. The scanner is a not an issue. I made the reservation online, printed, and scanned the bar code to get in the gate. The scanner location is obvious and it worked just fine. It's a nice parking lot with plenty of lighting. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and we departed on the shuttle bus about 10 minutes after parking the car. The bus was nice and the driver was friendly. Upon retuning from vacation we met the bus at the shuttle location as described on the reservation and only had to wait about 10 minutes after getting our luggage and was back to our car in minutes. What a great service and friendly people. I will will use Westin whenever flying out of O'Hare! Thanks for helping make our trip easy.
After a 13 hrs flight back from China on 7/9/2014, I waited your shuttle for about an hour at I arrived to the designated pickup spot. One of your shuttle passing without stopping at the designated stop during my wait. I called the operator a few times and got the same answer that the shuttle comes every 15 min. (This is not true, and operator should not lie). This is the first time that your shuttle has had problems in my experiences. They were good prior to this experience.
Super easy!!! Affordable and will definately use it every time I fly! Which is approximately 12 times a year.
Printout of barcode must be crisp or scanner will not work.

The barcode scan did not work. Although a response from someone mointioring the parking lot, it did take a long time for them to open the gate.
Printed email used to gain access to lot did not have scannable barcode, adding inconvenience to both check in and check out at the lot. Courteous hotel staff remedied check out by printing email with barcode (which still was unusable) and validating ticket. I am leery of using your service a second time.
I emailed after making the reservation to ask for an earlier time and the response received was that I would not need to do this as I would just pay the difference after leaving the parking lot. When I arrived, I was unable to access the lot with my reservation and when I left my barcode would not work either because I was not scanned in. There was no "attendant" at the gate but I spoke with someone over the speaker system and they let me out of the lot. It was very confusing but I will use the service again in the future.
Departure after self-parking was good from hotel to airport but wait for return shuttle from airport back to hotel took too long (30-40 minutes)
I used the Westin Chicago O'Hare parking lot. The bar code scanning option did not work. I was very disappointed with your service. I called customer service at 8:30pm and it was closed. Inexcusable. I have tried to use the bar code three times when I used the lot and it has never worked!!
Please make the pick up location known before drop off.

Shuttle was great. Parking lot in and out was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had. The machine set up is horrible. The hotel employee on the way out was great when I brought my issues to him, the machine not scanning of my receipt that I purchased online because of a few minutes. The employee on the way in told me to get the ticket and then just throw it out and that when I scanned my receipt on the way out it would be fine. I kept the ticket and if not for that would be still sitting there waiting or arguing over paying the $200 lost ticket fee.....ridiculous. Topping that off would be waiting 20 minutes to leave behind someone who was having issues as well. Not sure this will ever happen again with the options available

You know something, I was a little nervous about this service due to the past remarks left by people who had issues with the scanner... it must obviously be user error as I did not have 1 issue. But here are some words of advice to make sure it goes smooth for you: 1. Make sure you print a NICE copy of the receipt to take with you. Not a cheap quick print which might give you an inadequate bar code. 2. Fold the paper in to a nice smaller square just enough so the bar code shows. When you leave, use the 2nd area to the right next to the card reader (look like credit card slot) and push is straight back until you see the red scanner light and it will pick it up pretty fast!
