Between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM daily, the shuttles run every 30 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the times of 5:00AM-7:00AM daily, as well as between the times of 10:00PM and Midnight daily. From 12:00AM-5:00AM daily, the shuttle needs to be requested by calling (847) 698-6000, but is still only available on the hour and on the half hour. The hotel shuttle does not travel to the international terminal on a routine basis so international travelers must call the hotel for pick-up.

We had waited for over 45 minutes for the Westin shuttle. Parking there was very convenient to the airport. scanner worked properly for going in and out and had no problems as other people reported on their reviews.
There were no parking attendants present. It took me 4 attempts to scan my printed ticket. overall the price was good and I would use this facility again.
You should really advise customers that due to the construction going on at O'Hare, Westin buses cannot drop passengers at the terminal buildings. We were dropped at Door 3 of the high-rise garage across from the Hilton. While only a couple of blocks walk to Terminal 1; I had to cross three busy lanes of traffic to get into the Terminal.
In the past we have had problems with the scanner not working upon exit, but this time it worked just fine.

The only "complaint" that I had was the location of the pick up point. If it is on the website, we missed it. Perhaps you could make this little piece of information easier to see and find?
NO parking lot attendants
When trying to exit the lot the gate was not able to open so the Westin people sent someone to open the gate. All around a great experience.

The keypad did not work properly. We had difficulty getting into the lot and getting out due to the keypad and machine did not work.

Had to wait so long for shuttle that end up paying for a cab
Good parking except the bar code did not open the gate when I arrived and tried to leave. Had to call the phone number on the pass. The folks on the phone were great and I was able to have the gate open.
