Airport Transportation

Between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM daily, the shuttles run every 30 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the times of 5:00AM-7:00AM daily, as well as between the times of 10:00PM and Midnight daily. From 12:00AM-5:00AM daily, the shuttle needs to be requested by calling (847) 698-6000, but is still only available on the hour and on the half hour. The hotel shuttle does not travel to the international terminal on a routine basis so international travelers must call the hotel for pick-up.

    Very smooth experience. Unlike what other people said, we scanned our barcode in and out smoothly. You just need to align it well with the red laser. The shuttle service is excellent. On our way to terminal at 9 am, our waiting time is about 10 min. On our way back to parking lot at 3 am, the shuttle arrived promptly at 3:30. We will definitely use this service again.

    Great experience. Easy to follow. Shuttle was ready and on time when we left, driver was very courteous and helpful. Did not take shuttle back to hotel, had ride, so cannot comment on wait time at airport. Very helpful desk staff as well. Will certainly use again.

    We had waited for over 45 minutes for the Westin shuttle. Parking there was very convenient to the airport. scanner worked properly for going in and out and had no problems as other people reported on their reviews.

    You should really advise customers that due to the construction going on at O'Hare, Westin buses cannot drop passengers at the terminal buildings. We were dropped at Door 3 of the high-rise garage across from the Hilton. While only a couple of blocks walk to Terminal 1; I had to cross three busy lanes of traffic to get into the Terminal.

    The only "complaint" that I had was the location of the pick up point. If it is on the website, we missed it. Perhaps you could make this little piece of information easier to see and find?
