Between the hours of 7:00AM and 10:00PM daily, the shuttles run every 30 minutes. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes between the times of 5:00AM-7:00AM daily, as well as between the times of 10:00PM and Midnight daily. From 12:00AM-5:00AM daily, the shuttle needs to be requested by calling (847) 698-6000, but is still only available on the hour and on the half hour. The hotel shuttle does not travel to the international terminal on a routine basis so international travelers must call the hotel for pick-up.

Only problem we could not scan the receipt, my wife had to get out of the car for it to work.
The outbound trip was fine. On the return trip, we called for pickup at terminal 5 as directed. We were told the shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later there was still no shuttle, so we called again. We were told the shuttle was there. After we said we are standing where we were told to stand and there was clearly no shuttle, we were put on hold and then told it would be 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later (40 minutes total), the shuttle came. The driver yelled at us to put ALL bags in the back. I had a laptop backpack which had passports in it which I didn't want to put in with large suitcases, so I kindly said I would sit it on my lap. I was then yelled at for most of the journey to the hotel. The driver continued to say that he was doing us a favor by picking us up. Terrible experience. Never again.
Shuttle driver refused to wait literally 1 minute while I was running back from the parking lot. I had to get a cab in order to not miss the flight.
The shuttle was quick. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The scanner on the gate was broken when exiting, but the staff on the call button was quick to respond and open the gate.
Getting there was a breeze. Parking was even easier. Getting to the airport was a snap Coming home was a completely different ballgame. Ed no idea where to pick up the shuttle back. No directions were provided. Called the hotel and the first guy I talked to add me my wife and my two little boys with a cart full of luggage roaming around O'Hare aimlessly. Not somebody else on the phone after my second fight with my wife and they were able to better direct me a little bit. Finally got on the right shuttle and we are good to go from there
Scanner does not work, and had caused problems in the past. It should be easier to have an input keyboard
The bar code that we were given would not scan at either gate. (we used one to enter and one to exit). Getting help was hard and in the end we had to tail gate with another car to get out. This needs to be fixed.
This parking arrangement was such a great deal I was a little suspicious something would go wrong, but it was seamless. People were helpful, shuttle was timely. On return, you have to call from the international gate for a pickup, and even that was super fast and easy. Would always use this service in the future.
Being able to make reservations on line was very simple and quick. I had no trouble at parking to leave my vehicle as well as picking it up. Getting to location was easy as well. I would use this again for sure.
Lot not well marked. No way to know where shuttle would be
We had a hard time using the barcode that came with the receipt, both entering the lot and exiting the lot. we had a hard time find where to meet the shuttle at the airport, because your instructions were very vague.
Parking is great, we flew out on an international flight and waited an hour for the shuttle and called the Westin. We found out that you need to call for the shuttle when you fly international and wait at 5E door. Other than that, everything was perfect!
The scanner didn't work and I had to use the call button to gain access and to leave the lot. No issue with the parking, that was (is) great. Lost time getting into the lot, so I can make my flight and after returning, to leave to start on the way home. Needs to be fixed asap.

The parking scanner was inoperative at both the check in and check out attempts. Had to buzz an attendant who asked for the code and then opened the gate.
The bar code scanner was not working. I had to call to get in and out. Please fix it. The 24 hour call people must get tired of letting drivers in and out of the lot. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
Everything worked out ok. I suggest that you be sure to read all of the directions. We did not but the attendants were great. Find out the shuttle info to return from the airport. We did not so we used a cab. Just an additional expense.
Our arrival at 4:30 am was anxiety producing due to the scanner not being responsive to our bar code and no response was returned to repeated attempts to use the call button. Finally, someone in a vehicle behind us used their pass to allow us to enter. We encountered the same unresponsiveness upon attempts to leave. Our confidence has been lost for future use. If the driver behind us upon entering for our international flight had not offered to help, we don't know how our trip would have been impacted. Not very comforting, and thus the "poor" rating for the non-existent parking lot attendants.
