I definetely would use the service again and recommend it to my friends.
We were told when leaving to just phone and they would be their around 10 minutes, only 5 minutes from the airport. On return, we called, were advised 10 minutes and over 45 minutes later the shuttle arrived. I have trouble with my legs and needed a wheelchair to sit in as the wait was just too long. The driver was not welcoming, when asked to put the heat on high as we were very cold from the long wait, no response at all. He really didn't even talk to us. When we left he was friendly, helpful, on time and we tipped him $5.00. On the return it was hard to believe it was the same driver due to his attitude and demeanor. As it was almost an hour later getting back to our car I inquired about spending the night rather then face the long 2 hour drive back to London. Sorry, no rooms available, asked for anything we would be happy to just sleep anywhere, no, nothing. Had at least hoped they would offer to try and find us somewhere close by to sleep, no, nothing offered. Would I use you again, NO, would I recommend you to others, NO. You have lost a customer and all of our friends.
I have been out of Toronto international many time and this is the easiest and best service I have had. I will definitely park here again
The driver was very courteous and friendly, and even offered to drive us to our vehicles after so that we didn't need to drag our luggage through the hotel to the back parking lot. The only issue was that we were told the shuttle would pick us up at the airport in 13 mins upon calling, but it took 25 mins. Would use them again though, as they were good overall!
FIRST time using this service and had an EXCELLENT experience! Printed off receipt at home, parked car in lot, showed front desk receipt, was issued a ticket by front desk to use upon my exit front parking lot. Left on shuttle within 5 minutes of arrival. Upon return, I phoned hotel for pick up (C 22) and shuttle arrived in less then ten minutes. Service, experience and price were all GREAT!

The Pick up driver ( with the "british accent " )went out of his way even dropped us of at our car on the way back !!! Overall it was a very good experience !
This is a great place to park your car when flying out of Pearson Airport. You park your car at the back of the building and shuttle will pick you up in front.Shuttle runs every half hour during the day and it's less than 10 minutes min to the airport.when you come back from your trip, simply call the number that they gave you and shuttle will pick you up in less than 10 min. Make sure you already have your bags picked up before you call for the shuttle. This is our 2nd time parking at Westin Bristol and I will park here again.

This was the first time i have used this service. I had a wonderful experience. The shuttle is on the half hour ie 6:00, 6:30. So if you time your arrival you do not have to wait long at all for shuttle. The front desk staff are courteous and helpful and provide you with all the information you need. The shuttle service going to airport was great as well. Literally less than 5 minutes away. I will definitely use this service again.
we rdropped the car off on July 1st, no problem. We returned July on July 10th, hotel clerk had no idea that we had used your service. Had to show him our receipt. Finally, he understood. After that, no problem.
Fantastic customer service from the shuttle driver on the way to the airport. A wonderful ambassador for the Westin Bristol Place. The driver on our return trip was just the opposite - didn't even respond when we said hello. That's the reason for the Fair mark - one was Excellent; the other was Poor. The desk clerks at the Reception Desk were friendly and efficient - as they were last time we left our car there.
This was the first time I flew out of the Toronto Airport. I was very pleased and impressed with the parking experience using Airport Parking Reservations. The Westin Hotel was conveniently located. The whole process was excellent.

We like convenience and value. I was provided with a ph number to contact when I finished with customs. I had to continuously call for 15 minutes before someone answered the call. I felt that I was abandoned, and may have to take a cab to pick up my car. not a good feeling at 11:30PM at night for a woman travelling alone. If I was in your shoes, I would contact the service provider to at least have an automated system or a messaging to state what the nest steps are, Vs not responding to the call. Thank you
Waited for the Shuttle at the Westin for over 20 minutes, missed my 2 pm flight and had to wait / reschedule for a 4:30 pm flight from Toronto to Montreal. Not too happy.....
Got to the Westin where I usually park and was told I had to move my vehicle to a park and ride due to a convention that was going to be held over the weekend I was to park. Ok, but when told where to park I was only given one voucher for one of the four days I was to park. An email heads up as to the busy weekend and certainly enough vouchers to accommodate my stay would have been appreciated. Will use the service again, just wanted to make you all aware.
