Very personable drivers and desk clerk. The location was a bit inconvenient but not a big problem.
Waited almost 40 min at airport at midnight! After calling twice. Terrible
We called as soon as we landed and were told to call back once we had our luggage which we did. We waited out front 1/2 hour and decided best to call again. After the third call the shuttle arrived within 10'. The shuttle driver stated he had just been notified of the pick up and was very courteous but there is evidently a communication problem between the operator and the driver.

I have used this parking lot before and had a better experience. Last time, I walked to the pickup area and a shuttle arrived within seconds. I guess that was just lucky. This time I was told to call for the shuttle when I got to the airport. I did, after a lot of walking to an area of the airport that said it was for shuttle pickup. When I called, I was told I was at the wrong place and the shuttle only picks up from two of the shuttle pickup locations. She told me to call back when I got there and THEN she would send the shuttle. Would have been better if I had known from the beginning that you can only get their shuttle from limited locations.

On the return drive, the driver picked up hotel employees from two different locations before returning to the hotel parking lot. The driving was horrendous. My luggage in the back was thrown about the vehicle due to abrupt stops and sharp turns. He blew through the stop sign just before reaching the hotel parking lot. My comment upon exiting the vehicle was wow, that was scary as he'll!!!! I will never use this service again. My safety was jeopardized and I'm not done filing complaints.
We were impressed by the excellent service offered by Westin BWI parking. Very prompt, courteous, and quick to respond to phone calls. We arrived at BWI on December 1 at about 11pm, called the hotel for the shuttle. The hotel sent a message immediately to the shuttle driver who was waiting for us at the hotel courtesy pick up entrance. We were taken straight to where we parked our car, helped us with transferring the luggage to the car. Great service. Next time I will use Westin hotel parking. Well done Westin. Keep up the good service.

Directions should say, "Stay on Winterson Drive to the very end of the road and then turn right on to OLD Elkridge Bridge Road. (Do not turn on Elkridge Bridge Road)
The driver picked me up at the hotel, then proceeded to pickup an employee and take her to the metroline BEFORE taking me to the airport. When I asked him why he didn't take me, the paying customer, to the airport first, then take the employee to the metro second, he said that it was company policy to do that. When I advised him that I was unhappy with the circumstances, he became argumentative. I won't be using this service ever again!
