The good: The lot was relatively easy to find and a shuttle was waiting as I pulled up. I had no trouble making my flight. The bad: I waited for more than an hour for a shuttle to pick me up upon my return to BWI. I called repeatedly and was told a driver was on the way. I literally saw every other shuttle come by 3 or more times before a Westin/Sheraton shuttle came by.

When I got to the hotel, there was 1 person waiting for the shuttle. I waited to check in for 5 minutes (for one guest). I then took my pass to my car. When I got back, they had filled the van completly and wouldn't let me on. The clerk took over 5 minutes before he called a cab. Another man and I finally just took another cab that showed and paid our own way. He didn't even apologize that they gave away my spot, knowing I was right around the corner.

Overall the experience was. good. The hotel staff at reception was very nice but could not find all the paperwork required for this parking service. The person at recepition did improvise a form and quickly got me on my way. It was a good value.

The wait at hotel for the shuttle was VERY long. I was told it was "on demand." One would think that would be quicker than a 30 minute schedule. It wasn't!

the parking lot associated with the hotel had plenty of room for parking when I arrived early on a Friday morning; the shuttle ran on time and the front desk staff that checked in my parking arrangement was friendly & efficient

I parked at the Westin. The desk there was busy (I had to wait about 20 minutes to be helped)... and they had a guy who was pretty confused about what I was there for. It was a bit annoying, but I was patient. Coming back, no where was I told that I had to call the hotel to get the shuttle. Maybe I should have known, but I'm not accustomed to taking hotel shuttles. So I waited a while watching other hotel shuttles go round and round. Mine came about 15 minutes after I called.

The driver who picked us up at the airport was particularly pleasant. He made the ride back to the hotel parking very enjoyable. (I am sorry I don't remember his name, but he picked us up at BWI at about 3pm on Sunday, July 31.)

I will never use this service again. We arrived at 1am and waited until 2am for our pick up. It took 3 calls to get them and when he arrived it was clear he had been at McDonald's. I saw many buses picking up even at such a late hour.

Our only problem was prior to coming to park with you we came by and called and were told many different things by your staff on yes we do park cars here to no we don't park cars here so the information by staff was conflicting. Confusing for the consumer, but other than that, everything went very smoothly. Thank you.

The person that I booked with told me that the lot (Westin) was fenced and secure,which it was not. Also when I booked she said I would get an confirmation email,I did not ! I called and got no response and also emailed multiple times! The last person that I spoke with told me she would even send a fax to the Westin Hotel and that also was not done! I finally received an email after we left on our trip!

the service people were very nice and evertyhing was good except I had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for shuttle to pick me up at the airport, kind of cold outside. But I would still like to use it next time.
