Been parking at this location for over 15 years. New competition at better price has made me sample other parking services. Wally is now 2x's the price of Parking Spot and others, and competitive shuttles run more often, eliminating Wally's competitive advantage of being closer to the airport. Wally shuttles are always the last to arrive, as you are always the last man standing at the shuttle pick up. When I arrived for my last flight, their was no one around in the East lot. I had to go find the driver. Ridiculous. Some of the vans even operate without air conditioning. I think our relationship has come to an end, as the service does not match the price/value relationship. Unfortunate.
I've used your facilities many times. The East lot needs some serious updating. The numbered spaces on the West lot would be a great addition to the east lot. It took the cashier almost 1/2 hour to check out the 5 cars infront of my car and almost 5 minutes to pay for my parking from Tuesday to Sunday .
Now that the winter is over I recommend filling in the muddy ruts in the East lot.
Get a better person in the payment booth... Or add a few
Everything about my experience was PERFECT. They took me directly to the airport, upon arrival I called and they were there to pick me up and take me back to my car without hesitation. Parking lot was VERY secure. Will definitely use again, and I suggest anyone flying out of Philly Airport do the same
I love the WallyPark People!! I have never had a problem with them and drivers are always very friendly and helpful. I come back every time because they are reliable and close to airport. I like that I don't have to leave my keys with anyone either!!
The cashiers should ask people if they made a reservation and ask for their confirmation e-mail. We made a reservation and in the hurry to get home we neglected to give the letter that showed a deposit of $20.95. Now I hope to be able to get the deposit refunded.
Customer service is BAD during check-out.
WallyPark was not our first choice but we were running late. We had coupons for other lots which they did not honor. The service was OK but not worth double or triple the cost of the other airport lots. We would not recommend WallyPark
WallyPark was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. A little higher priced than some of the other nearby locations, but the experience was worth the cost.
