    Love Wally Park, everything about it, the courteous staff, the shuttle drivers, the facility (free snacks and coffee!), super clean & efficient. The only minor glitch was the text we received back when we arrived back at O'Hare, it said "we will pick you up in International terminal" and we were not International. They picked us up in Domestic, which was correct, but the texts (we tried 5 times) said International every time, so we were worried that Wally Park thought we were International. It worked out fine, but it was confusing. Especially after a super long day of traveling, you just want to get home. Overall loved it and will park there again DEFINITELY.

    We phoned three times for pick-up after our arrival, and after nearly an hour of waiting had to take a taxi back to our car, at an additional 15 Dollar fee. Their response to our complaint was ludicrous. Pick-up seems to be a problem with Wally, and I suggest to use another parking service.

    I had a good experience. My only complaint is that I texted my ticket number from the airport but had to wait 15 minutes to get my car after I checked out. I was not happy

    I gave a poor overall rating because of the long wait time to get my car. I texted when arrived per instructions on my claim ticket. When I arrived at the parking facility, 29 mins later my car was not ready for pick up. I had to wait another 15 min before my car was brought out. The attendant was working hard, I think they were understaffed.

    We arrived at 530AM and our flight left at 705AM. We wanted to be at the Ohare terminal by 545AM. We were there at 542AM. The lot was exceptionally full with cars that arrived before us, so despite the wonderful service suggest giving yourself plenty of time if you have an early flight. They were on their game for sure, but busy.

    On arrival to drop off car, only one (very overwhelmed)attendant. When picking up car 3 days later they had considerable difficulty locating keys, took 25 minutes to locate my car.

    Staff was rude shuttle was late leaving. 40 minutes to pick up st 2 am. They driver said he is not a slave Was a horrible experience. Never had this problem before. Will never use you guys again
