    Returning to Wally a park put a sour note to what was a great trip. The lady behind the counter was not happy to be there and was very short and rude to people. I gave her my claim ticket and she couldn't find my keys (which the car should have been ready). Then she asked me if I had a reservation! She was holding my claim ticket! They couldn't find my car and once they did,they had to bring it to a different area because they over packed the lot. The lot guy was also very snotty and screened at us when we told him we were treated bad by the inside counter girl, telling us that we had NO idea what they are going though (as if getting bad service and rude people actually has an excuse! )

    The person ahead of me in line lost her ticket to retrieve her car. The one staff person left the counter for 30 minutes looking for a ticket. It was 9:30 pm and 5 more people in line after me. You need more counter help!

    To drop off they had a backup of 15 cars. Appeared to be only 1 shuttle running so that wait was 30 minutes. Coming back again there was only 1 shuttle running and enough people waiting for airport pickup to fill 3 buses with passengers standing in the aisle! Then to get your car was a 2 hour nightmare. Never again.

    I have parked at Wally Park several times in the past and have always been pretty much satisfied. I thought it was bad when I dropped my car off and the attendant didn't have her glasses and had everyone filling out their own paperwork. I then went to get on the shuttle and the driver told us she wasn't picking up and left. The next driver said he was going to the atm. We waited over 15 minutes for a shuttle. When I returned from my trip a shuttle pulled up to the shuttle center, let a passenger off and drove off. When the next shuttle arrived 15 minutes later there were at least 15-20 or so people waiting some couldn't get on. When we got to Wally Park there were about 40 people trying to pick up their vehicles. I and many others waited 2 hours or more to get our cars. I will never use Wally Park again.

    Never use this company because of the corporation not the employees. The ownership combined two parking lots into one and never helped the employees manage it. There texting service to have your car ready didn't work. They lost someone's car and they found it running for who knows how long. I had to wait in line for my car for twenty minutes when it was right outside already paid for. Check out other parking options.

    Need more valets to get cars for people in a timely manner after returning and more than 1 person at the checkout desk during peak hours. I love this service but I won't be returning unless staffing is addressed.

    Overall the experience was good. Being our first time arriving was very confusing as was picking up our car. Arriving there were cars everywhere and no signage to guide you to attendant.

    Check-in was very disorganized. I spent 20 minutes trying to check my car in. There was no attendant outside. There was no attendant by the door. I went to the cashier counter and they told us to go by the door to see the attendant. The attendant then showed up there and told us to go back to the cashier counter. Where we went again. They finally sent someone out that knew what to do to check us in, but at this point we had wasted about 20 minutes. Pickup from the airport was quick as we waited only about 10 minutes from the time I placed the text message till the time I was picked. I also wasn't too thrilled with the the fact that all the remotes for everyone's cars are just placed in either a cardboard box that is accessible to anyone walking in and out the door, and or on a metal cart they had behind the cashier counter. No real organization present with that. I may give them another shot as this was Thanksgiving weekend and they may have been short staffed, also the pickup service was quick

    Poor customer service,pick up take over an hour,never answer the phone when call,text didn't go thru promptly, take them an hour to pick me up and I get charge additional hour for my parking, is 12 AM they have no reason to be late picking me up it's not busy time!! You guys have lazy workers you better look into that

    The employeees have no customer service skills. Really awful. I understand problems will happen but it's how the employees handle the problems is what makes the customer either leave mad angry or satisfied

    Had to wait in the road for a space to pull in when we dropped the car off. 2 competitor vans cycled through when we arrived. The driver was making excuses when we got on the bus as to how busy it was and why it took so long. Once back at the lot it took 28 minutes to get out car. We will not be back.

    They instructed us to text when we landed so they could have the car ready when we arrived at Wally Park. I texted at 8:12pm from the airport and received confirmation. We arrived to WallyPark at 8:42pm and the car was not ready until 9:10pm. The facility was not busy and other customers' cars were ready and waiting. Very disappointing experience.

    It took almost an hour to get my car when I got back. The lady at the desk said that the valet was getting my car after one half hour wait I went back to check and they said that thry had never received my ticket. When i told them the ticket number they said that the previos personhad never got my keys and they sent someone else to bringit up and it still took another 20 minutes, worse experience ever. I do not recommend.

    The overall experince was organized and efficient. They performed as promised. One area where they might improve is in the drop off process. There was a line of cars that I thought I had to wait in until I realized they were empty and that was the drop off process. The shuttles seemed to run every 5 minutes as promised as I just missed one going both directions but the next one came along as expected. My car was ready to drive away when I arrived from the airport. I will use the service again in the future.
