    The staff were great and the lot was super easy to find. The only thing I had an issue with was the bird poo all over the front of my car. Wish they would have cleaned it off.

    Very disappointed that there was only one check out lane open at midnight. Waited over 25 minutes to leave parking area. I was a prepay and should not have had to wait. It had already been a long enough day of travel.

    Shuttle happened to pull in just as we exited the terminal. He seen me approaching and waited for me to get there. My car was waiting for me when we got to the lot. A great job by all of the employees!

    Driver called in that I had arrived. I was less than 5 minutes to the lot from the airport. By the time I got to the lot my car was ready, truck open and engine running. Now that's fast! All employees were extremely courteous and helpful. I tipped them all.

    Everything was good, staff friendly, no waiting, car was ready when we returned, the only thing is the car was covered in bird poop and nest makings. I know there will be bird poop, but it was bad.

    I always tip the driver before I am dropped off.nand accordingly typically get better service. Typically, the driver announces to passengers to remain on bus until he has removed all luggage. Mine typically goes out first. On this trip. Most fended for themselves it seemed. On way out, it was crowded, I waited three cars in line before I could pay. With only only one cashier attendant. Slower than I have been accustomed. Last question irrelevant for valet customer
