The bad part about the entire experience was the pick up process after I return home. The bad part about the entire experience was the pickup process after I returned home. I had to call several times before someone answered the phone so that I can arrange for a shuttle to pick me up.
No instructions on how to enter the gate, I had no bar code on my reservation printout. The person behind me had to help get my entry ticket.
WE WOULD SURELY USE AND RECOMMEND YOU HIGHLY. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED. OUR RETURN WAS SMOOTH THANKS TO YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR DRIVER, I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS GUILLERMO.

Departure went efficiently and courteously. Arrival however was a different story. Waiting nearly 20 minutes (with a number of other customers) at the airport for pickup was frustrating. After arriveing from the airport via shuttle, I waited alone another 20 minutes for my vehicle. The staff seemed a little confused this time. I will may use Wally Park again but past experience tells me they can do better. This was not up to their usual standards.
Travel often and this is the place to park. Fast, on time and great service.
The first Shuttle Driver going TO the airport was a little to greedy about trying to fill up his van and maximize his tip. He made 2 extra pick ups that were clearly unfair for the 2 pair of us that had been on the shuttle 30 minutes IN THEIR Lot. He kept looking until he had a full shuttle. People don't use WallyPark for this type of DELAY!!!
It was raining and we called the office. We told them where we were. They said we would be picked up at our location in five minutes, we weren't picked up at all after 15 minutes we walked to the covered area and waited for the shuttle.
Unfair to charge a minimal amount of time over daily charge. For instance, on 7/31 I was charged $1.50 for being 14 minutes late, which was easily consumed by waiting for the shuttle and going to two terminals instead of one. When we left the lot, we waited over 20 minutes for the driver to fill the shuttle. Very annoying ! ! !
It was a little hard to find the "In" gate, not well marked, but other than that it was a great first experience, and I will probably use this service again.
First time at WallyPark--upon arrival had to search for staff for directions and had to wait for staff to check out after calling twice for the shuttle which took 40 minutes---not a good experience!!!!
We have used WallyPark 2 times and both times the shuttle to the airport was great within minutes from parking our car! The way back from our trip was more of a wait on both occasions. All in all the people are friendly and very helpful.
Entrance not marked clearly / I wasn't the only one driving around the building looking for entrance. Valet parking confusing for a first time customer. "RETURN WAS WORST PART OF PARKING EXPERIENCE" Battery Dead.... Battery Only 10 months old. Somebody left headlights or interior lights on or didn't turn ignition key completely off. A/C was left in "ON" position. I always shut A/C off before I shut off ignition. I always leave temp on "68" It was on "75" After waiting twenty minutes for car I had to walk over and help attendants jump the car. They never had "GOOD" contact with jumper cables until I spotted it.
I would use them again in the future the price for parking was great with the covered area. Great job

It was a busy time and your shuttle was a bit backed up. Some had to wait for another bus. We we got back to your lot, there was my car waiting undercover and it was raining! MADE MY DAY! Oh and Southwest was 5 1/2 hours late! So it ended on a up note. Thanks again.
The overall experience was pleasant, however I wish someone was able to guide new arrivals as to where to park with "self" parking. I parked my vehicle and was given a card as if I was using valet. Then I was told later to park my vehicle somewhere in the parking lot. Once I found a spot, I had to walk all the way back to the shuttle. I wasn't sure if the shuttle was suppose to come and pick up our family at the vehicle. Some better explanation would be helpful.
I paied for valet, and my truck was not waiting for me when I got of shuttle, The driver called I=on radio twice and got no answer from base.
All and friendly and seem to enjoy their work.
