    We used WallyPark for the first time over the past weekend. We got off to a bad start when we arrived. There was NO ONE at the entrance to welcome us or direct us to our reserved parking space. We had to wander all over their large parking lot looking for a covered parking place (which is what we had reserved). We finally found one way in the back row....but it was hard to get to due to the number of extra cars jammed into the traffic lanes by either the valet parkers or other frustrated customers looking for a place to park. They were literally double and triple parked in some places with the traffic lanes blocked. After finally parking....no buses were coming around to pick up customers. We had to hike across the parking lot to get to a bus we saw off in the distance. When we got to it, it was practically full, and the driver hesitated to allow us to board. When we got back from our trip, the WallyPark bus was already there at the lower levels of OIA. We thought GREAT! No wait! Sadly....it was already full.....and by our bad luck it was the same driver we had when departing....only this time he wouldn't let us on. So we waited.....and waited.....and then waited some MORE.....until finally about 15 min. later another WallyPark bus arrived. During the wait....we saw buses from 2 or 3 other competitors come and go. We wondered why there weren't more? When we got to the parking lot we saw why. They had at least 4 other buses sitting there dark and empty....not being used. Overall impression is very poor customer service......poorly managed.....and I doubt we use them again.

    I think someone should have told me where to get the shuttle back to the parking lot, and there should be better lighting on the checkout stand, was very hard to see where to put my card in.

    I didn't have to call the shuttle, it was already waiting for us. But what I like the most about this parking lot is that you pay on your way out and there is no need to go inside the building. also it is very close to the airport.

    I wish when we entered there would have been an attendant to direct us to the proper place to park. We drove around and was was chased down by a gentleman on a golf cart because we were entering the Valet Parking area. He did direct us to the proper area. Just not marked well if you do not use Valet Parking.

    I waited considerable time in the late afternoon for a shuttle. then the shuttle went to the otherside of the terminal and parked for a while before finally heading to the parking lot. When we arrived at the parking facility, another shuttle pulled up right behind us which says to me they were out of sync on picking up customers from the terminal. All of the delay caused me to be late to the cashier and was charged an extra fee for being late. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager wasn't there and the supervisor on duty I ended up talking to was not the least bit sympathetic or apologetic to my issue. I've been a regular customer of Wally Park in various cities, but will never use them again after the way I was treated.

    We arrived to the shuttle at the airport pickup spot at the airport to find a full shuttle. We called Wally Park but the were not answering the phone. We waited with about 50 people for the the next shuttle for one hour. That was full and we had to wait 10 minutes for the next shuttle. When we got to the parking lot we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finally get our car to us. Then do to so many people leaving we had to wait 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot. They only had one booth open to check out all of the cars. Very Poor customer service!

    Need to be a little more prompt on pick up. Two of the last three times it has exceeded 15 mins. The other time the shuttle was there when we arrived at the pick up area. I did not have to call and I assume it was there due to other calls.
