    Not sure what the problem was, but at checkout there was one car in front of us and we waited over 20 minutes to pay/exit. There were two ladies working, but one was just wandering around, not helping. Our shuttle driver had zero personality and when I asked him where we paid, he seemed a little perturbed.

    No one answer the phone or text messages when we called for the shuttle on our return trip. A shuttle happened to pull up after we were waiting for awhile and we got on. I guess the other couple who were waiting had a phone number that worked. Our bags were left in the roadway for us to load when our vehicle was finally brought to us. Adequate, but not impressed.

    This is a no brainer for me. You drive in, leave you car, get on the bus and you are at the plane. Reverse is just as easy. A great value for the excellent service.

    We have had good luck with Wally Park, but not last night. Our plane was delayed in Denver for 2 1/2 hrs, I texted Wally Park that we had our luggage, got a generic text answer. We, along with a few others waited 30 minutes at the curb, we were told the driver decided to take his lunch break. I think you need more coordination. When I did valet I gave them our flight # & time, there should be a system to know when a flight isn't coming in as scheduled. It was 3am and is a bit nerve racking when we had to wait on the curb that long. USA Park pulled around & around, but no Wally Park.

    keys were left in drivers door. Not use to seeing them there. Had a hard time finding keys to leave. Suggestion to leave in ignition or lying on drivers seat.

    Very nice and helpful. My car battery was dead after 21 days and the lady was very quick with jumper. Service was good and fast. The only complaint was during dropped off at 3.30 AM, the Shuttle guy seems very annoyed with questions. This is my 1st time, chilled bro. But during picking up, it was flawless & professional.

    The shuttle was in the lot and pulled away within minutes of our arrival. On the way back we didn't have a phone to text them but the shuttle pulled up in less than 5 minutes of our call to the location letting them know we had arrived. The bus driver called in our ticket number so that our vehicle was up front and waiting for us when we pulled up. This is the second time we have used their service and I don't think I will ever use another. Very pleased with the speed, cleanliness and security on site.
