    Rude staff to the point where the boss raised his voice. Need to print paid ticket even if I had pre paid. Had to take taxi to parking lot when I arrived from LAX because there was no shuttle. Do not park here......this is the cheap lot use other service. Terrible customer service

    When we dropped off the car in the morning, your staff was courteous. When we picked up the car in the evening, your staff was irritable and unprofessional. They need to greet customers and ask if we have a reservation. She was going to charge me the full amount again, when all I owed was a small balance. She blamed me and gave me an attitude because I should have "Told" her that I had a reservation, when the reservation receipt was right in front of her. She took it and didn't look at it. One of your shuttle drivers "Honked" me out of his way! I won't be parking there again.

    Parking was easy to find and the pickup at parking lot was fast but on returning I saw ever other shuttle but the one we needed took over 30 min to be picked up curbside at lax.

    The parking lot, employees and cost were very good. However, the shuttle wait time at the terminal when I returned from my trip was far too long (about 45 minutes). We then needed to drive through the entire airport terminal loop before going to the parking lot. Total time back to my car was over an hour after getting my baggage. Ironically, I could have walked to the Wally Park Express lot from the terminal in about 10 minutes, and I would have done so if I had known that the wait would be so long. Unbelievably bad service.

    This was the first time we had parked at Wally Express. The staff was friendly, a shuttle was available right when we got there to take us to the airport, and a shuttle was there about ten minutes after we called which considering airport traffic, that was amazing. Parking lot was easy to find. It was a $1.75 a day more than the Marriott. Really happy with the experience.

    There was a little confusion at first because there were all kinds of "LOT FULL" signs everywhere and NOBODY clearly present when I drove up and was stopped at the gate. I had to call out for awhile until someone let me in - once they knew I had a reservation.
