Upon entering the lot the shuttle driver followed me to my car and was prepared to help me with my bags, but I didn't have any (quick trip) and had a card ready for me with my parking spot number. We left instantly. With the natural stress of leaving I had forgotten my wallet in my car. Daniel was really nice about it. He did his rounds of dropping people off and picking arriving passengers. He dropped each person off at their car. Then we got to mine and we were on our way again. He asked if he could drop me off at arrivals b/c the traffic for departures was horrible. I thought it was a great idea. When he dropped me off he told me exactly which way to go to find departures. It was a great experience. Upon arriving home I called for the shuttle and was picked up within 15 minutes. I've tried a few other parking places and the was the best wait time I've had. The driver was nice, my only complaint is that he didn't drop us off at our cars. He just stopped at the office and everyone got out. I would say they should train their staff the same so you get the same experience from every driver. Overall, I will be using their services again.
I would book this parking lot again. This is a good option if you do not mind not having covered parking and have a coupon.
3RD TIME I USED THIS SERVICE SAME PROBLEM, PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT WAS LOUSY WAITED 20 MIN. CALLED OFFICE AFTER I PICKED UP BAGS AND THE PRESON HUNG UP ON ME. FOUND THE PICK UP LOCATION AND WAS PASSED BY 3 EXPRESS WALLY PARK VANS. HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHUTTLE DRIVER $25.00 BUCKS TO DROP ME OFF AFTER HE DROPPED HIS CLIENTS OFF. HIS LOCATION WAS RIGHT IN BACK OF WALLY PARK YOU CANNOT SEE THEM FROM SEPUVVEDA BUT ARE REALY JUST 2-3 MINUTES FROM WALLY PARK THEY WILL BE MY NEW PARK AND RIDE INTO AND OUT OF LAX. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HIRE MORE DRIVERS. DID NOT SEE A LOT ATENDANT ON ANY OFF MY 3 VISITS TO THIS LOCATION. BUT THE LOT IS EASY TO FIND.
I was pleased by the short wait time for shuttle pick up at the airport on my recent trip. Other times the wait has been excessively long.
Parking lot was great and clean
Instructions to the location were vague - not available from company website. Location was not the covered parking we expected - Wally Express is different from the Wally Park we thought we were reserving. It was self-parking, and no way to locate the space for easy finding on return. Shuttle took us to wrong one of two possible terminals - we are both in our late 70's, and had to walk with our bags from terminal six to terminal four at LAX. On return, we hailed a shuttle for Wally Parks - thinking they were the same - and learned about the confusion. ONE VERY BRIGHT SPOT: The driver, Rosalinda, was gracious and helpful and took us to the Express lot and helped us find our car. The staff were curt and unfriendly, and we left glad to get away, never to return.
Easy to find, but sign said "Full" when we got there. Was able to park there anyway since we had prepaid reservation.
When i reserved and saw mixed comments, i got confused but my overall experience was excellent.
Rude staff to the point where the boss raised his voice. Need to print paid ticket even if I had pre paid. Had to take taxi to parking lot when I arrived from LAX because there was no shuttle. Do not park here......this is the cheap lot use other service. Terrible customer service

When we dropped off the car in the morning, your staff was courteous. When we picked up the car in the evening, your staff was irritable and unprofessional. They need to greet customers and ask if we have a reservation. She was going to charge me the full amount again, when all I owed was a small balance. She blamed me and gave me an attitude because I should have "Told" her that I had a reservation, when the reservation receipt was right in front of her. She took it and didn't look at it. One of your shuttle drivers "Honked" me out of his way! I won't be parking there again.

Parking was easy to find and the pickup at parking lot was fast but on returning I saw ever other shuttle but the one we needed took over 30 min to be picked up curbside at lax.

My car got scratched.
The parking lot, employees and cost were very good. However, the shuttle wait time at the terminal when I returned from my trip was far too long (about 45 minutes). We then needed to drive through the entire airport terminal loop before going to the parking lot. Total time back to my car was over an hour after getting my baggage. Ironically, I could have walked to the Wally Park Express lot from the terminal in about 10 minutes, and I would have done so if I had known that the wait would be so long. Unbelievably bad service.
