    Wally Express was very slow to pick me up from airport (40 minutes) & when I spoke to manager, I received no explanation, no apology, no offer to discount or give me my money back... "we do care attitude" including losing you has a customer.

    I made reservations in advance, but when I arrived to Wally Park Express parking was limited so I had to park on the end (not in a parking spot). When I arrived, I tried to get a ticket from the machine, but to no avail, so the shuttle bus pulled up behind me and opened the gate. When I returned from my trip, I did not have a ticket to get out of the gate so I was told to come inside and the man Palitha insisted on seeing my boarding passes showing the dates I left and the day I returned before he would let me out of the gate. I had no boarding passes, just my parking itinerary showing I paid for parking dates 11/24-11/28. Palitha said this was not enough and that he required my boarding passes. He wrote down my license plate number and also had my parking confirmation paper, but still said this was not enough. I had to get highly upset with him, until a nice woman walked in to assist. She was more reasonable and basically understood my situation. Palitha needs to understand that sometimes things do not happen by the book so he must be able to use critical thinking skills/flexibility and stop being so rigid. If he is in management, I feel sorry for your company.

    We waited about 35 to 40 minutes after we received our baggage, standing at the pick-up sign, before a shuttle came to pick us up. A Wally Park Express Shuttle passed right by us as we were trying to flag him down (the shuttle was empty) but he did not even glance our way. We called 3 or 4 times before a shuttle finally showed up to pick us up and it was the same shuttle driver that had passed us by the first time. Every other shuttle company had 3 to 6 shuttles pass us, including the hotel shuttle buses, while we were waiting for Wally Park Express. The drive of the shuttle opened the door and stood there as we loaded our own luggage and did not offer to help at all! He was not courteous or friendly and remained silent on the drive back to the lot. When he dropped us off at our car, he opened the door, sat in the driver's seat, and watched us unload our luggage. I would like to point out, my husband has a bad hip and was walking with a cane, but the driver offered no help. We were customers of Valet Park who were bought out by Wally Park Express. We have continued to use Wally Park Express because of there proximity to the airport but will NEVER!!! use them again. I am very disappointed how the service has changed over the last few years and it is not for the better!

    Great location, close to the airport. The employees were very helpful. Only drawback was the long wait time, 15 min., before the shuttle arrived at the airport to pick us up

    They are and have always been the slowest shuttle pickup. I used to use this company for the valet service, now that they no longer offer that service they are not worth using any longer!

    We waited over a half hour at the airport for a shuttle. We called right away. The shuttle never came. Finally, a shuttle from the other Wally Car Park, not Express took pity on us and dropped us at the lot. We had paid ahead but no directions on how to get out. Someone had to come work the gate. Bah

    I've been parking my car with Wally Express for 3 years. I hadn't traveled in awhile and noticed the staff and service has declined. A driver and worker (wearing blue shirt) were arguing while we boarded the shuttle. plus the cashier was rude. Can't determine which line is for parking or car rental. No one directs anyone. I waited in the wrong line for 10 min until early I realized I was in the car rental line. Valet needs to comeback!!!!!

    Came home to hit and run damage to our car. Wish there were cameras to help id the person. Used the lot 4 times. Never a problem until now.

    Upon entering the lot the shuttle driver followed me to my car and was prepared to help me with my bags, but I didn't have any (quick trip) and had a card ready for me with my parking spot number. We left instantly. With the natural stress of leaving I had forgotten my wallet in my car. Daniel was really nice about it. He did his rounds of dropping people off and picking arriving passengers. He dropped each person off at their car. Then we got to mine and we were on our way again. He asked if he could drop me off at arrivals b/c the traffic for departures was horrible. I thought it was a great idea. When he dropped me off he told me exactly which way to go to find departures. It was a great experience. Upon arriving home I called for the shuttle and was picked up within 15 minutes. I've tried a few other parking places and the was the best wait time I've had. The driver was nice, my only complaint is that he didn't drop us off at our cars. He just stopped at the office and everyone got out. I would say they should train their staff the same so you get the same experience from every driver. Overall, I will be using their services again.

    3RD TIME I USED THIS SERVICE SAME PROBLEM, PICK UP AT THE AIRPORT WAS LOUSY WAITED 20 MIN. CALLED OFFICE AFTER I PICKED UP BAGS AND THE PRESON HUNG UP ON ME. FOUND THE PICK UP LOCATION AND WAS PASSED BY 3 EXPRESS WALLY PARK VANS. HAD TO PAY ANOTHER SHUTTLE DRIVER $25.00 BUCKS TO DROP ME OFF AFTER HE DROPPED HIS CLIENTS OFF. HIS LOCATION WAS RIGHT IN BACK OF WALLY PARK YOU CANNOT SEE THEM FROM SEPUVVEDA BUT ARE REALY JUST 2-3 MINUTES FROM WALLY PARK THEY WILL BE MY NEW PARK AND RIDE INTO AND OUT OF LAX. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HIRE MORE DRIVERS. DID NOT SEE A LOT ATENDANT ON ANY OFF MY 3 VISITS TO THIS LOCATION. BUT THE LOT IS EASY TO FIND.

    Instructions to the location were vague - not available from company website. Location was not the covered parking we expected - Wally Express is different from the Wally Park we thought we were reserving. It was self-parking, and no way to locate the space for easy finding on return. Shuttle took us to wrong one of two possible terminals - we are both in our late 70's, and had to walk with our bags from terminal six to terminal four at LAX. On return, we hailed a shuttle for Wally Parks - thinking they were the same - and learned about the confusion. ONE VERY BRIGHT SPOT: The driver, Rosalinda, was gracious and helpful and took us to the Express lot and helped us find our car. The staff were curt and unfriendly, and we left glad to get away, never to return.

    Rude staff to the point where the boss raised his voice. Need to print paid ticket even if I had pre paid. Had to take taxi to parking lot when I arrived from LAX because there was no shuttle. Do not park here......this is the cheap lot use other service. Terrible customer service
