    This was our first experience with the Newark Wally Park, and I'm sorry to say I will not be going back. When we dropped off our car they were very unorganized and on our return we waited 23 minutes to be picked up. Apparently a driver do not show up. They also use a Sprinter style van so depending where you are sitting you have to move to allow others out at each stop.

    When we came back tired and called them for pick up, the phone kept ringing . We tried a few times and gave up and just waited where they indicated to wait. The lady at the counter was very rude with all the customers.

    All went smoothly, both coming and going. Car was ready for pick up when I arrived. Shuttle wait time was minimal both ways. No hitches.

    The staff at the desk was poor and acted as if they were doing us a favor to help us. The woman actually said, you might be better off calling than following the instructions to text is. What??? The ticket explicitly said to text. We followed the directions precisely to text to be picked up at the airport and even received a reply text. Yet, we had to call to get picked up. Also, even after 35 minutes from the time we sent the text, our car had not been pulled up and they had not even initiated the process. They claimed they were busy. Yet it was obvious that they simply either did not check the text or they did not care. We then waited an additional 10 minutes to get our car. This is not VALET service as advertised. I feel compelled to write a post on Yelp and Travel Advisor to warn others. I will never use Wally Park at Newark again.

    On arrival over an hour to get to airport. They had no idea what they were doing and just told me to park my car and wait... Shuttle took forever to arrive. After my trip they had lost my keys and had to have a locksmith come and make a new set after three hours of waiting. Spend the extra money and park at parking spot.

    Wait for the shuttle as well as for the car were about 10 minutes - not too bad, but could be quicker. The staff was courteous but seemed to be very busy doing something. All in all not too bad. Thanks.

    I switched to Wally from another off site parking service when I saw 4-5 shuttles come and go before the other company's shuttle showed. Up the first two times I used Wally I had to wait 15-20 at the pick up site before they brought my car even though I called form the airport. If service stays as it was this last time. I will definiltey stay their customer.

    This Parking lot has since of the most courteous staff and I've used them the time now. Came in very late (2am) and they were far, helpful, and competent. When I noticed that my rear window was covered with dust they apologized and wiped down immediately.

    We waited for over a half an hour to be picked up, even with a virtually empty airport (after multiple phone calls) Once we got to the car, the woman had to void out my initial invoice due to her not reading my print out which said i owed $29 (she charged me $80 by adding additional days). Then we went out to get the car that we paid to have washed and the car hadn't been touched (still as dirty as when it came in). She stated that in the computer it says it was washed and she refused to refund the $20. After requesting to speak to a manager, she finally obliged and he came out to inspect the car. He confirmed that it wasn't washed and asked her to void my transaction once again. In the end, i had three transactions run against my card (2 voided), i didnt recieve a prompt pickup. At the airport,and the services i requested upon departure were not provided. Poor service all the way around.

    Drop off went smooth. I assume the car had a nice time with the other cars in the lot while I was away. Problem was pick up. Despite calling 20 minutes ahead from the terminal my car was not ready when I arrived. After paying they gave me the keys and told me it was parked out front. After not seeing it I went back in and girl from counter came out and took the key back. It took them about 30 minutes to locate my car in their lot. Once they did I was told it was blocked in and they had to move some cars which they seemed in no hurry to do. Bottom line I wasted an hour and missed a business meeting. With so many competitors around I would not use them again.
