    Twice now we have waited over 15 minutes for a shuttle. They advertise a 5 minute wait.

    Our criteria for choosing a parking facility was based on...1) shortest pick up time, 2) price, 3) distance from airport. We chose Wally's as they claimed pick up time every 5 - 10 minutes and they were competitively priced though they were a little farther than I preferred. They got us to the airport quick enough but we waited 25 minutes to be picked up...the other passenger already on board said he waited 30 minutes. The person in the office said, it was a miscommunication with the driver".

    I had previously looked up the location on a map since I would be arriving in the dark (4:00am) and departing in the dark (10:00pm). There was very little wait time , 2 minutes departure since there were about 6 people on board, and the shuttle was waiting when I arrived at the airport since there were others to pick up. My vehicle was waiting out front when I checked out. My only issue was using the ticket to exit their lot. Since it was dark out, I couldn't see how to open the gate.

    I really had no issues with Wally's service and everything else, but accidentally left some petty cash I had inside the car, assuming that it would not be a problem finding it back where it was, but when I picked up my car on the 10th, my cash was gone, roughly 40 dollars. So that is all I have to complain about, that you cannot rely on leaving valuables inside the vehicle, foolish of me of course.

    They lost my keys! If my wife had not had a spare set I'd be stuck in newark! How do you lose car keys after you park it? It took over an hour of waiting for them to admit shat had happened!

    We waited for 45 minutes at the airport at midnight waiting for the shuttle. When we called the company there was no answer. The only way that we finally got the shuttle to pick us up was by texting in. When I mentioned the long wait to the administrative staff they indicated that it was because of a 'shift change' and they did not even apologize!

    Excellent service by all. Terry at the payment desk outstanding- I dealt with her before and consistently outstanding. How about decaf coffee pods at Keurig? :) Water and coffee available is nice touch. Car cleaning - very good

    From parking lot to terminal was great, got right on shuttle. Return trip not so good. 50 minutes from time we collected luggage until we left parking lot. Got picked up by shuttle within 10-15 minutes, but car was not ready at parking lot. We came in on a Tuesday about 2:10 PM, had about 10 people on shuttle. They did not have anybody retrieving cars and only one cashier working, so took 35 minutes to pay and get car. Cashier ended up retrieving cars. Cashier very nice young lady, just didn't have any help.

    The attendants were great when I arrived in the morning. The night staff is much different and less courteous. Also, the window of my car was left down. Needless to say there was a down pouring of rain and the whole inside of my car was drenched. They claim my window was already down and they couldn't put it up (it was broken). My window is not broken. I will not be using you services anymore, nor will my family and friends.
