    Parking lot was very difficult to get to by GPS. We were circling for quite awhile until we figured out how to get down and over from the highway. Leaving the lot and getting back into the highway was easy. On getting there, we never got a ticket and were already at the airport when we realized we had no receipt. A call back settled that by getting our pick up number by phone. Otherwise, staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long both ways. Would like to use it again if we can figure out a better route to get there. It's a good thing it was 4 AM so there weren't many cars around to deal with as we aimlessly rode around. Rush hour would have been a nightmare!

    Make sure you have your paperwork. Lacks of paperwork will slow down the process of dropping off and picking up your car.

    Online reservations were very easy to use and price was fair. Lot was conveniently located in close proximity to Newark Airport. Isus was our driver both times and she was professional, courteous, and friendly. We will definitely use Wally Park again. Thank you.

    Parking attendant was very helpful in getting our luggage into the car and we had a problem with one of out windshield wiper blades and he took the time to detect the problem and got it working. He should he commended - Unfortunately, we forgot to get his name.

    I phoned WallyPark to let them know I had cleared Customs and Immigration. As soon as I stepped outside the Terminal B door at Newark Airport, the van was ready and waiting. I was impressed. After a long journey, it is nice to get back to the comfort of my own car waiting as soon as I got to the WallyPark parking lot. I've used WallyPark exclusively since I became aware of them.

    I switched to this lot because it was cheaper and seemed a little more convenient. I found those factors to be true but both times on my return I had problems retrieving my car. The first time it was my keys the second time I waited 30 minutes to have them bring my car and was offered very weak excuses for what looked like poor effort. I really like Wally Park but I cannot continue to park there if I can't retrieve my car promptly. Everyone on 2 shuttles received their car while I waited. Unacceptable!

    Upon return my car was not able to be found. I showed a picture of my receipt (as suggested ) which was originated as an "online reservation #4014128". But was told repeatedly there was no trail. When they finally found the car my battery was dead. I had to request a jumpstart. Not sure how this could have happened. Disappointed as I heard positive reviews. My expectations were def not meet. Nor was I offered any comps for the error. Very disappointed as it was the 1st time Kevin Turner used this upon my recommendation
