    This is by far the best off-airport parking for Newark airport that we have ever used-great service for a great price as well. We will definitely look to use Wally Park again, and AirportParkingReservation.com made it super easy!

    We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our pick-up. This was valet parking, we sent them the ticket number from the airport, as requested, and they did not start to find the keys until we got to the parking lot. The staff was slow and made us wait. I will not use Wally park again.

    Was a great experience with the exception of losing my keys causing a 25 minute delay in leaving. Eventually the keys were found and I was able to leave. Overall, everything was great...

    Shuttle service was great. Only thing that could have been improved was that it took a bit of time for them to retrieve my car - I would have thought that could have been expedited since they already knew I was coming. But overall a very good experience. Will definitely look to use again.

    Easy to find this lot off NJTurnpike from the north. very polite and efficient attendants and shuttle drivers. Very good value... car was ready when we arrived back at the lot on the return home.. will use this lot again for sure!

    When I dropped my car, they told me they would not need the receipt, yet when I tried to pick it up, many people had the same issue, and the lot had NO record of our having paid. One of the lot attendants apparently put some keys in the wrong place, so it wound up taking over 20 minutes to clear the office.

    I arrived at the parking lot nearly 2 hours before my flight and was still concerned about missing my flight. On the morning of November 10th, the lot was absolute chaos. The return trip was fine. I'll probably give Wally Park one more chance, but that's it.
