    Using this service for the first time I found the entrance to be poorly marked. There should be a sign directing people to pull up and check in. When I was finally checked in they never told me how to communicate my flight arrival time to the desk for pick up. the Driver told me where level 1, 1. When I called to tell them the phone went to voice mail, the voice mail was full not allowing me to leave a message. When I finally got back to the lot on my return the girl on duty was short with me. I gave her the reservation print out, and she said "I don't need "DAT" = (slang for that), I need the card". I gave her my card and filed my reservation back in my bag. She then said she needs my reservation. All she needed to do was simply communicate in English that she needed both!. I then waited another 30 minutes for my car, the same girl at the desk told me see the manager; I said fine I will, only no surprise he was on a break. Likely with the person getting my car. Sadly I had to ask a customer how he got his car so quickly, and he said there is a text number that you can text them when your arrive. Again not clearly communicated. Generally good price but really poor communication skills, and poor front desk customer service skills. Your people and process assume everyone should know.

    When I got the keys to my car I asked where the car was as I thought it would be brought out to the front of the lot. When I asked I was told that it would either be on one side of the building or the other. I walked to both sides and it took a while to find it as it was not in front but rather at the end of a row of parked cars.

    I dont think the the directions to short term parking for terminal A is clear. I followed the airport signs and started walking across the long term parking lots looking for the short time when I realized I was walking too far I turned around went back to the terminal and then I saw lane eight I just didn't think that was clear

    They appear to work off of paper and manual systems...no computers. Instead of getting the car ready as soon as we called from the airport, someone goes "looking" for the car when we arrived at the parking lot. Waited another 18 minutes until they found our car.

    Lot was very crowded. My car was ready but it was not washed as promised in the agreement. In fact it was dirtier then when I left it. I was to tired to argue about it after a long flight from the west coast.

    Dont go there. Waste of your time. Even you text them to let them know early that you are picking up your car, they dont do anything. You will end up waiting there for more than 30min

    The lady working the counter was rude, but the parking attendant was very nice and helpful. The shuttle for going to the airport was fine, but the wait when being picked up was terrible. We called before we left the airport and were waiting at the stop around 20 minutes. We were there so long we placed a second call to be picked up and there were about 10 people waiting to be picked up. Seemed there was only one shuttle running and there should have been at least 2. There should have been better planning with return times
