    I've used this servce multiple times. Drop off is always good. however, lately the pick up has been getting worse. usually 20 minutes- 30 but last time was more than 50 mintues during a rain storm. I made multiple calls to check on when service would be arriving and they said 'soon' but it wasn't they offered no excuses, no apologies and no refunds.

    Dropping off was fine but picking up was a nightmare! We had to wait for half an hour to be picked up after calling the desk 3 times, the driver said he has been around twice which was not true & when he picked up another cusstomer who was yelling at him who said he was waiting for over 45 mins, the driver then perceded to drive like maniac there was 4 of us who were telling him to slow down. My wife slid off her seat twice. When we got there our car was not even ready & when we requsted to speak to the manager they said he was busy, we had to wait another 10 mins for our minivan. will never use there service again and would discourage anyone from using this facility.

    The wait was over 20 minutes on my return to Newark. I called the lot when I landed as I was told that would be best so that the shuttle would be there when I went outside. I waited about 10 minutes outside and called again; the woman who answered the phones told me it would be less than 5 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and called again and they repeated to tell me less than 5 min. I easily waited 30 minutes outside and about an hour from the time I landed. I am sure this is not normal but it occurred once to me and that is enough! I will no longer be using this service!

    Our driver today, Isis, picked us at the airport, and although we had waiting a bit for us, she was totally friendly and helpful. I give her performance and attitude five stars!

    The wait for the shuttle on our return was a bit long. Bigger problem was that there were so many other vans/shuttles parked along the curb that it was hard to see past them. FIVE "spots" vans, but at least two of them had no driver. Numerous others had no driver. What's up with that?

    Not your fault, but the signs to and from Frontage road are hidden by trees, and the NJ Tnpk signs are small for tired eyes after a long flight.

    Wallypark at Newark may be the best parking service I've used. Everyone was super courteous, not something I'm used to the the NY metro area. The drop-off and pick-up was within 2-3 minutes, no delays at all. I gave only a "good" rating for ease to find, as a sign directing you towards the interstates on exiting the facility would be helpful. I would definitely recommend the service to others.

    Directions to get to the Turnpike when leaving your facility would be very useful. Between NJ's horrible signage and the spaghetti-bowl layout of the roads around the airport/exit 14/78/GS Parkway I ended up driving to the ariport and around the loop to get back to exit 14. Thanks.

    Needing a long term parking place for 1 week, I received a coupon with my online boarding pass. I was going to park in the airport lot, but the WallyPark rate was less than half of what I would have paid at Newark Airport. Upon arrival, the check in procedures at WallyPark were easy and professional. My car was parked in their lot and I was brought directly to my terminal in a short time. Upon return, I was picked up immediately upon contacting them and then brought back quickly to their center. The facilities are immaculate. I'd highly recommend this parking service.

    Waited a very long time for the shuttle to pick up from the terminal and even after I called for a pick up.
