    Generally a very good experience. Nice staff. Didn't know to call ahead for pick up (despite specified reservation dates) which resulted in a 40 minute delay, while car was retrieved. Price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

    I liked the price and the people were ok. After initial inspection I was halfway to the airport when the busdriver received a call to ask me to turn around my truck was leaking radiator fluid. I would miss my flight plus it made no sense so I pressed on to make my flight and called once I landed. When i picked up my truck after my trip my truck was not leaking radiator fluid but my battery as dead? It was after midnight and i had just gotten off a 5 hour flight and needed to drive an hour and a half home to work the next day. I waited 30 minutes to be driven to my truck to where they had to charge my battery and the battery re charged on my trip home. This means the attendant left the door ajar or lights on when he parked my truck and it drained over 5 days. I am not upset and may use wallypark again near EWR but something was off on my drop off and pick up to make me think the care of my vehicle was of no interest.

    We called five times before anyone answered. We got a machine that led to nowhere or "the line is full" each time. Then, they promised to be there in a few minutes because they were "on the way." It was almost 45 minutes and when we called to ask when they were going to get there, they made the old "traffic" excuse...but there was NO traffic on this day. On the plus side, our car was ready to go when we arrived and checkout was quick and efficient. We're debating whether to use this service in the future. It's conveniently close to the airport and has usually been pretty quick but after an eight hour flight we were not in the mood to be lied to about the traffic and wait time.

    Parked at Wallypark at Newark, txt'd them as we departed the plane, we received a confirmation txt, by the time we got out the door the driver was there waiting. He drove us back to their facility where our car was waiting at the door for us. Employees were friendly and overall offered outstanding customer service. Will definitely use again and refer to friends

    Wrong phone number listed on pickup ticket, (or no one answered)luckily had groupon with different number. Office staff giving customers wrong pickup location number at NWK airport. It is 1 not 5. When we notified them one office lady got quite heated.

    My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. We waited one hour for the shuttle to pick us up. I made five phone calls, after my second call the girl automatically put me on hold. She was very rude to me on the phone.Only saw one shuttle from your company and he sped by us at a high rate of speed. When the shuttle driver picked us up, all the people in the shuttle were mad because they were waiting a long time for pick up. In fact he tried to stuff the truck with people until everyone complain it was a danger to all of us. The girl at the counter was very rude to all the customers. When I asked about my hour wait, she says they were shortstaffed. When I asked her about the shuttle that drove by us, she said the bus was full. I saw that the bus was empty. In talking with your other customers on the bus, they said that you used to be good, but now none of us will be using your services again.

    Two years ago, my wife and I had a fabulous experience with Wally Park, both at the beginning and at the end of our trip. This time, it began in a similar fashion - very courteous and prompt. Everything fell apart on our return. I texted our location and 10 minutes later, a Wally Park van drove right by us without stopping. I sent a text requesting a phone number to call and received a return text saying a van will come by. 20 minutes later a van came by. That's 1/2 hour. Totally unacceptable. When I complained at the desk, the answer was "I'm sorry". Not a good way to ensure customer satisfaction.

    The staff was unprofessional. I called for shuttle service anout 5 timrs, on every occasion I was told the shuttle was on its way. I waited 2hrs and eventually had to take a cab, paid $20 to get to the garage.

    This was our first experience with the Newark Wally Park, and I'm sorry to say I will not be going back. When we dropped off our car they were very unorganized and on our return we waited 23 minutes to be picked up. Apparently a driver do not show up. They also use a Sprinter style van so depending where you are sitting you have to move to allow others out at each stop.

    When we came back tired and called them for pick up, the phone kept ringing . We tried a few times and gave up and just waited where they indicated to wait. The lady at the counter was very rude with all the customers.

    The staff at the desk was poor and acted as if they were doing us a favor to help us. The woman actually said, you might be better off calling than following the instructions to text is. What??? The ticket explicitly said to text. We followed the directions precisely to text to be picked up at the airport and even received a reply text. Yet, we had to call to get picked up. Also, even after 35 minutes from the time we sent the text, our car had not been pulled up and they had not even initiated the process. They claimed they were busy. Yet it was obvious that they simply either did not check the text or they did not care. We then waited an additional 10 minutes to get our car. This is not VALET service as advertised. I feel compelled to write a post on Yelp and Travel Advisor to warn others. I will never use Wally Park at Newark again.
