Drop off was fast. Pick up was just as easy. No complaints. Will use again.
The area around the airport is difficult to get around but with the assistance of Siri, I had no trouble finding it.
Parking lot is easily accessible, easy in and easy out
My car did not get washed.
We waited for over a half an hour to be picked up, even with a virtually empty airport (after multiple phone calls) Once we got to the car, the woman had to void out my initial invoice due to her not reading my print out which said i owed $29 (she charged me $80 by adding additional days). Then we went out to get the car that we paid to have washed and the car hadn't been touched (still as dirty as when it came in). She stated that in the computer it says it was washed and she refused to refund the $20. After requesting to speak to a manager, she finally obliged and he came out to inspect the car. He confirmed that it wasn't washed and asked her to void my transaction once again. In the end, i had three transactions run against my card (2 voided), i didnt recieve a prompt pickup. At the airport,and the services i requested upon departure were not provided. Poor service all the way around.
Drop off went smooth. I assume the car had a nice time with the other cars in the lot while I was away. Problem was pick up. Despite calling 20 minutes ahead from the terminal my car was not ready when I arrived. After paying they gave me the keys and told me it was parked out front. After not seeing it I went back in and girl from counter came out and took the key back. It took them about 30 minutes to locate my car in their lot. Once they did I was told it was blocked in and they had to move some cars which they seemed in no hurry to do. Bottom line I wasted an hour and missed a business meeting. With so many competitors around I would not use them again.
Parking lot was satisfactory. Staff upon return were not very helpful. Drivers were excellent but the desk staff were not very helpful or pleasant
I sent my text message at 1:20 pm. I didn't get picked up till around 2pm. Meanwhile, I saw your competitors' shuttles multiple times. I felt like your shuttle driver was on lunch break and had to finish her lunch before she made the trip to pick me and other passengers up.
The shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly! Tip your drivers!

Valet service made the drop-off and pick-up very fast. That is a huge benefit.
I sent a message after getting my luggage, when I arrived at the parking lot, I saw my car already parked there. Everything went smooth and was well organized. There was only one thing that, to some degree ruined the overall experience, was when I checked out at front desk, I noticed there was just $0.80 more than the balance due. So I asked for the reason, even I did't care about it. She told me that it was because I arrived 30mins late when I came in for my departure flight even I retrieved my car on time. That made me curious, as it should mean a less charge for me given I parked less hours in the parking lot. She insisted that was the reason, but I thought parking for less # hours would only result the same or less amount of charges was sure there must be some other some charges. She apparently could not understand my argument. I walked away with a feeling that her ability to rationalize a simple scenario is questionable.
Waited too long for return shuttle.
They were nice enough to drop us off at our hotel after we parked out car. We had a very hard time trying to find the hotel we were staying at by the Newark airport so we decided just to go to the parking area. Everyone was great! We will use them again for sure!!!
Not enough resources. Employees were doing their best. Shuttle wait time was 20 minutes and with only one cashier for payment, it took 30 minutes to pay and get away from lot.
Pick up from the airport was slow and when I finally got there my car was blocked in until I could find someone to move the car behind me.
I want to say that we only waited for a short time for the shuttle to pick us up after we text that we needed to be picked up. However, it took over 40 minutes to get my car once we arrived at the parking lot. Your system having your staff putting the key in a box when you arrive did not work very well. Since I was the one of the first to call for a pickup my car keys kept being on the bottom of the pile. Whenever the next customer's cars keys were added to the pile they went on top of whose keys were in there first. The parking attend would then come in and grab the keys on top. I arrive with 5 other customers. Then twenty minutes or so later another group of customer arrive and their keys were placed of top. Fortunately, the cashier noticed that we were still waiting and fished out my keys and handled them to the parking attendant. The current system may work when there are only a couple of customers but it does not work if you more that a few customers. You need a more efficient system making sure that customers who arrive first should leave first.
From the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the lot, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Waiting time to pay and get my car was less than 10 minutes. Everything was like clockwork Thanks, Maria
