    when checking in, i was denied my discount for working at the university of colorado. no one wanted to discuss this issue with me directly in the cashiers office.

    Cost was twice what I've paid elsewhere. Had to negotiate clogged lot to find our space. Had to walk 100 yards to the bus. On return, Despite handing the driver our ticket and telling him our space, he took us to the wrong car. Exit was shut down at 8 pm. We had to negotiate a maze, often blocked by vehicles, with little meaningful signage, to first find our way inside the building, including two trips back to the car to get the right ticket (they wouldn't accept our printed reservation, which was paid in advance) and then the one exit booth where we could scan our ticket and escape.

    Apparently, the shuttle driver was to provide a card with our parking space listed so we could provide it to the return driver to deliver us to our car. This didn't happen, which confused return driver. But lot usage was easy, shuttles were clean, check out was easy, and rates were substantially less than airport lots. Best of all, cashier was so pleasant and upbeat! She made our day!

    I have only used Wally Park one other time. We use it now instead of Pikes Peak because my wife uses oxygen 24/7 and your lot and shuttle are fitted to her needs. We arrived by shuttle back to the Wally Park Lot about 12:45 AM Nov. 27, 2016, after a series of airline problems. We were tired and out of sorts. None of this is your fault, just a statement on our mental condition. I drove from the parking space to find the cashier to pay. As I drove by the south side of what looks like an office, I see the red OPEN sign. But I do not see any entry door and can not see into the office which looks closed. I drove east and over a couple of aisles and then west to the north side of the building. As best I remember I see another OPEN sign and see one of the shuttle passengers walking away. He points me to the entry door, that is not well lighted, and find the customer counter to settle up. The lighting and entry door need to be improved for the the very dark conditions around that office area. I stated as much to the counter man and his response was that the management were aware of the poor lighting but had not done any upgrade. PLEASE improve the lighting for late night checkout!

    I am a little disappointed that my new car battery was run down. I know that I turned off all of my lights before handing my vehicle over to valet. And regardless, I would think it is the responsibility of valet to make sure all of the lights are turned off before leaving it in the lot. I'm glad the staff jumped my car. And I appreciate their kind service.

    The staff when returning to get me car was slightly rude and did not have record of my prepayment. When figuring it out, since I printed my email receipt, they seemed to be upset with me and inconvenienced.

    I arrived at DIA Friday AFternoon. Shuttle guy was super helpful. Said shuttle was full but found me a seat. However once I got into my car everything went wrong! I couldn't find my way out of the lot, ended up going the wrong way, finally found a driver and he told me to go the WRONG way. Found him again and begged him to drive and let me follow to find my way out. I will never use WAlly park again. It was beyond frustrating. Then when I finally found the exit it took almost 15 minutes for the attendant to let me out! I had already paid so I have NO idea why he couldn't just raise the gate. I'm going back to USA or canopy.

    We were really impressed with WallyPark. It was a nice place and the staff was friendly. The shuttle was clean and quick. We'll definitely park here again.
