The parking was great. The parking lot seems to be a little congested.
Will start using you more often
Positives: Shuttles readily available, drivers helpful Negatives: Limited available parking with no directions for finding open spaces; could not get answer when calling for pickup
Customer service was above & beyond. Drivers were extremely nice and helpful. Upon return cashier told us "Welcome home," and gave us each a bottle of ice water. Little things that make a difference and a great impression. Price for covered space was a little less than at other lots. I will definitely use them again. Very, very satisfied.
Park spaces are too tight & close for SUV's parking. People need to park correctly in space provided. Night drivers are not as helpful as the daytime drivers.

I have used Wally Park for many years including LAX..Upon departure waited almost 20 minutes for a bus to the airport and waited 15 minutes upon return in hot bus with no air conditioning. This is by far the worse experience with Wally Park and not sure about future parking .

The only problem was exiting the gates. Need to inform guest of documents needed before time to exit

We don't feel your covered parking was really covered. The back end of our vehicle was exposed to weather and could have been damaged. Other covered parking lots the vehicles are fully covered.
We called for pickup at International terminal upon our flight arrival. No one answered the phone and the message center was Full. Finally on the 4th or 5th try someone answered and a shuttle was sent.
I saw a lot of bad parking jobs. You might want to encourage your guest to be more courteous and stay within the white lines. I could not believe some cars were taking up 2 spaces.
I was very pleased with the attitude and service of the people working there, excellent service.
At checkout the attendant charged $6 more for being past time on reservation. Our flight was delayed. The rate we paid was a daily rate so why were we charged more. I understand it is not your problem about the airline, but it was not ours either. We were already charged for the day.
I had an online reservation that was from June 10th at 1:00 PM until June 15th at 2:45 PM. I was not given a ticket when I arrived because there was nobody at the gate. Someone showed up, let me in, told me where to park. Before we left, the shuttle stopped, someone handed him a ticket (that was mine I guess). It marked me parking at 1:33 PM. When I arrived back at the lot on the 15th I was 45 minutes earlier than what my reservation stated. When it came time to pay. I was told I owed $78.00! Even though I had my online reservation printout that said I owed $35.00! I argued with two of your employees for 30 minutes! They could not do the math right. They said it was because my ticket said 1:33 PM and my reservation was for 1:00 PM. WHAT? That makes no sense! I even arrived to pick up my car 45 minutes early! They still argued with me and said I was not in my window of my reservation because my ticket said I arrived at 1:33 PM. How does that even make sense? It's not like I arrived earlier than 1:00 PM and I arrived 45 minutes early. They couldn't do the math, nor understand - it was seriously the most idiotic conversation I have ever had, and I have a toddler. They said, well this is what the computer is saying. Huh? I had a print out and I was in my window of my reservation. UGH! I was FINALLY able to pay what my reservation stated, they just adjusted something on the computer and gave me my online discount, but it should not have taken that long, and they still did not understand the reason why. It was simple math and they should have just gone off of what the reservation said from the beginning. I will not be back to this lot again. Sorry, after a long flight, traveling with a toddler, and still having to drive back to Columbus, the last thing I wanted to do was argue with two incompetent people for 30 minutes! Y'all need to get more knowledgeable employees that can do simple math.
Check out clerk at Wally park was terrible. Took 10 mins to check out car in front of me. She needs to be retrained. In line at 11:28 made it out of gate at 11:40
My car was covered with dirt from the business next door. I will never use this parking company again.
