It was our first time not parking at the airport, and we probably won't go back there. We arrived at Vista, dropped our keys off and stepped into a nice warm van. Upon arrival back from Florida (with no coats) we stepped back into a nice warm van, got our keys, and drove home. I was nervous about an item that I had accidently left in the car, but everything was as I left it! We will use their service again for sure.

Although there were unexpected storm conditions, there was ample time to have snow removal equipment at the lot. (broom) When I arrived my car was covered with snow even after it had been brought to the office trailer area. I arrived on Sat. 10.29/11. Also the shuttles windshield wipers did not function.

I used Vista last year when I went on a trip for my bday. On the way to their lot I realized I had brought my laptop but had forgotten the power cord. Instead of lugging it on my trip, I hid it VERY well under stuff in my trunk. Upon my return I went right to the trunk to make sure it was there and NOPE it was gone. The men who work here are VERY dishonest and I was heart broken. I lost everything that was on it including photographs. I was told to make a report and they would follow up on it. THEY ARE THIEVES!! Don't say you weren't warned!

My wife and I were a little frustrated, having to figure out how to get to Terminal "C" for Vista pickup. We took the shuttle bus, which took forever. A more convenient location from one of the other terminals would have been better.

I have used Vista numerous times but I am re-thinking. Last winter you did not have my car shoveled out after a storm. I had to shovel it out myself. On my most recent trip, the drop off went smoothly, but on return Tuesday AM, the pick up at the terminal was delayed and the driver made a useless loop at Terminal A. You were obviously understaffed that morning and the attendant at the office was overwhelmed and unpleasant.

PICK UP ON ARRIVALS SHOULD BE OUTSIDE THE BAGGAGE AREA. ONE HAS TO DRAG AROUND THEIR BAGGAGE SEVERAL FLOORS WHERE ELEVATOR ACCESS IS QUITE LIMITED.

when the van arrived there were 6 - 7 people waiting. Then my husband and I were added to the number. AS SOON AS the van arrived two other people arrived and jumped ahead of the others that were already their waiting. There needs to be some order to pick up the people who were there first. We had to wait for another van as all of us could not fit in the first van. The drive should as for the number on the ticket and make the last people there wait. Most people are not courteous so you need to be sure they follow procedures.

I was very disappointed. We waited close to 20 minutes when we arrived at Vista to get the car. We were told our car was blocked in and that was why we had to wait. This was at 10:15pm and we had called for the shuttle almost 20 minutes prior to this. Upon inspection the next day there was damage to the car. No one told us this when we picked up the car. The staff was not very courteous or helpful in any way. I doubt I will ever use Vista again.

Leaving Vista to terminal C went extremely well. However, upon my return, when I got back to the lot, the parking lot was a mess (with slush due to the storm). I realize the NE got hit with a storm, but the ground was very wet and I had a hard time rolling my suitcase to my car (which usually they PLACE in my car). Also, they did wipe snow off the windows but left all the snow on top of my car in huge pile. I attempted to remove what I could myself (it's very dangerous to drive like that) but the parking lot was wet and my feet got soaked after a short time. I usually LOVE Vista but I was very disappointed w/ how they handled the snow mess upon my return. In addition, I am a small female and no one offered to help except another CUSTOMER.

I usually park with Airpark and they are always great, and I thought I would have the same experience with Vista Park. Needless to say they are not even comparable. I will NEVER use them again. The gentleman behind the counter was so rude and unfriendly I wanted to turn around and leave but, I needed to catch my flight. I had to cart my bags up and down stairs (not much of a valet) – I basically carried my bag myself! When I called for a pick up, they were rude on the phone and unfriendly when I cashed out. If service is top of mind for you… I would drop this company because, all they are doing is making you look bad.

everything was fine, but the one thing that really surprised me was the fact that your commany wasnot prepared for the snow. no snowblower, no snow ploughs and you have been in business for 15 years? at least a snow blower to clear the snow from the driveway so that you are not destroying people's transmissions by trying to pull cars thru 2 feet of snow. that was bad. need to plan for those emergencies....

Had to wait 35 minutes for pickup at the airport. This is not the first time I've had to wait a long time. The desk clerk was VERY rude and unsympathetic. Will not return, and will tell friends and family not to use Vista.

The ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD IS MY MOTHER INLAW HAD A VERY DIFFICULT TIME GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE VAN. THE STEP IS TO HIGH AND NARROW. NOT GOOD FOR OLDER PEOPLE.

My wife and I have been using Vista for the past 3 years, and have been extremely satisfied. We used to use a car service, but that got too damn expensive. Using your service is more reasonably priced, and we've had no problems whatsoever.

The instructions for pickup are not clear. The airport tells you one thing the shuttle service another. It appears to me that the parking place doesn't pick you up at the correct location.

Instructions confusing for pickup. We had to cart the luggage up and down the elevators and all around the terminal, because we were getting either incorrect directions or partial directions. If we gave them our flights and gate for arrivals at ch
