Will not use again. Was offered that the car would be washed if the stay was longer than seven days. My stay was eight days and no signs of being washed.

Pick up shuttle on return flight was late. Called for pick up at 6:55 PM. Shuttle did not arrive for almost 20 minutes. Watched other Park and Fly shuttles come through 3 times during my wait. Poor pick up response. Also, ticket said to text on arrival, when I did, answer was we cannot respond to text at this time? Duh?

I would recommend that the shuttle driver makes sure he has the right people who called. I texted my claim number to your company, got a reply to be at post #1. I made it just in time before the driver closed the door because he was told he had one passenger to pick up. However, the two ladies who were already on the shuttle were not the ones who texted your company. Therefore, the driver assumed it was them who texted to be picked up. I would have been left had I not gotten to the shuttle bus as he was closing the door.
