Very easy to find the lot (much easier then driving to the airport). All staff were very friendly, helped with loading/unloading luggage, had my car ready with trunk open when i arrived and was affordable. Will definitely use them the next time i travel!

My car was ready to drive away, when I returned, and the shuttle service in both directions was timely and quick.
We made a reservation before our trip. As soon as we entered the parking lot they put our luggage in the shuttle and took us to the airport immediately. When we came back and got our luggage and called them they picked us up immediately and when we got to the parking lot our car was by the entrance of the lot and they put our luggage in our car. There was no wait time for anything. Their service was incredible!
The parking lot was a bit out of the way from the airport, about a 10 min drive. We waited approx 12 min when we arrived because when I called the staff said that they are waiting for another pickup. Other than that, it was fine.
They need more shuttles 2 more and we are all happy.

First time we tried this. It was easy to find, very quick and very convenient. Shuttle in and out of the airport went very quickly. Our car was ready and waiting when we arrived at the parking lot on our return.

this is a first rate operation. Arrived and was taken right to the airport. Upon return, I texted as instructed and they were there waiting for me by the time I got through the terminal. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will definitely use this again when I fly out of Newark.

Easy to find quick register and right to airport
So after a very long day of delayed connecting flights and medical emergency landing (total of air travel 12 hrs) with a child. We were quickly picked up within 5 minutes of contacting for pick-up at the designated location. Driver was efficient to help load our luggage and upon arriving the lot, my car was ready in front! The feeling of relief of ON-TIME service, car was left exactly the way I left it (mileage was accurately the same as I left it 12 days prior) and the front desk was proficient with getting our bill up and payment was processed flawlessly! Smiles always make the day better! Thanks Value Parking - though we will most likely never travel out Newark Airport again, we will most definitely recommend their lot to everyone!
The folks at the Value Valet Parking office were great. Pick-up after calling was quick and our car was right there when we arrived back to the lot. HOWEVER: My wife and I were picked up by a shuttle driver (a young woman) last evening (8/23/16) around 9:30 pm. Although she was friendly enough when she greeted us, she picked up the smallest of our 5 bags and then stood there and did nothing to assist in loading any of the other bags, mumbling something about being unable to do so. That's OK; perhaps there was an injury or medical condition involved; but if so, why was she driving a parking shuttle? What really bothered me, though, was that she then got behind the wheel and drove like a maniac with one hand while she talked on her handheld cellphone the entire way back to the lot. When we arrived, she sat there continuing to talk on the phone until I had to ask for her to open the back of the van for me so I could retrieve my bags. I remarked to her that I hope her phone call was REALLY IMPORTANT, to which she responded that it was. (Of course, I have no idea whether it was or if this was a snide reply to me.) I answered that even if she got such important calls while working, she should not take her customer's lives in her hands so casually, and perhaps should get a hands-free Bluetooth headset. No response heard. She opened the back of the van and lifted the same light bag out while I retrieved the rest. Needless to say, there was no tip involved here.
