    The folks at the Value Valet Parking office were great. Pick-up after calling was quick and our car was right there when we arrived back to the lot. HOWEVER: My wife and I were picked up by a shuttle driver (a young woman) last evening (8/23/16) around 9:30 pm. Although she was friendly enough when she greeted us, she picked up the smallest of our 5 bags and then stood there and did nothing to assist in loading any of the other bags, mumbling something about being unable to do so. That's OK; perhaps there was an injury or medical condition involved; but if so, why was she driving a parking shuttle? What really bothered me, though, was that she then got behind the wheel and drove like a maniac with one hand while she talked on her handheld cellphone the entire way back to the lot. When we arrived, she sat there continuing to talk on the phone until I had to ask for her to open the back of the van for me so I could retrieve my bags. I remarked to her that I hope her phone call was REALLY IMPORTANT, to which she responded that it was. (Of course, I have no idea whether it was or if this was a snide reply to me.) I answered that even if she got such important calls while working, she should not take her customer's lives in her hands so casually, and perhaps should get a hands-free Bluetooth headset. No response heard. She opened the back of the van and lifted the same light bag out while I retrieved the rest. Needless to say, there was no tip involved here.

    The service was great, we never touched our bags because the attendants put them from our car into the shuttle and then onto the sidewalk at our terminal, then on the way back they took them from the shuttle and put them in the trunk of our car. The wait for the shuttle was about 10-15 minutes and a few shuttles went by from other lots by the time ours came but I think value parking is smaller and more personalized because of it. You cannot beat the price and free shuttle service 24/7.

    Unfortunately, upon my return I had a concerning experience. I handed in my claim number to the man at the desk and he gave me a set of keys that was not mine and indicated to a car that was not mine. And of course, I could have just said "Okay, thanks!" and driven away with someone else's car. Not okay. And of course, I was concerned that someone had done the same with mine. After explaining it was the wrong car, the two workers apologized and went to get my car. This second time, it was still not my car. After that, I had to tell them which keys were mine and the make and model. I'm not sure how your organization system works, but it was very flawed with my experience. There was no ID check, no license plate nor vehicle verification at all. Very concerning, as you promise to protect my car while I was away on my trip. The workers were very courteous and friendly, but the security of the facility has me concerned and unfortunately I will not be utilizing it again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. I suggest implementing another way to keep the cars secure and to keep from giving keys to a customer without verifying some information.

    Wait time was appx 15 minutes from time of phone call. Traffic may have played a role. Car was ready upon arrival, staff all did an excellent job. I would use them again.

    Frustrating after a long trip when another parking company had four pick ups while we waited for ours... (30 minutes plus). Won't use Value Parking again... probably use Spot next time... appeared to be better service!

    The experience was horrible and I don't recommend this place. These people are thieves, stole $20 of my glove compartment and did. Ot care to talk about it. they said people come to is all the time saying that money was stolen so we cant help you with it. I dont really care for $20 but th gesture is horrible especially that they didnt want to cooperate and research this matter. We travel alot so guess what, they already lost our business because we arent parkimg there again and will make sure to write the same review on yelp and other social media.

    Great experience with Value Parking! Easy drop off and quick shuttle to terminal. Arrived at pickup spot, called office for pickup. Informed driver would be there in 3 mins. Pickup shuttle from terminal was 10 mins late but there was a lot of airport congestion. Car was waiting for me. Threw bags in car, paid and left. I will definitely use them again for my airport parking!

    There are lots of airport parking lots around. Make sure you have the names of the company right. They are sound the same. Staff was helpful. Process are straight forward and easy. Would use again.
