When you arrive at Valet Park Express, pull under the covered check-in area. Valet parking includes hand car wash and towel dry. You will be the first dropped off when you return from BWI.

Valetpark Express is conveniently located 3.1 miles form the terminal.  They are a fully fenced and enclosed lot with a covered check in area for valet parking.  Valetpark Express includes a hand car wash and towel dry and priority drop off service when returning from BWI. Drivers assist with luggage and complimentary bottled water is available on the shuttles. For pick up at the terminal please exit baggage claim through door # 7. Proceed to the 2nd curb. Pick up zone is located between Doors 7 & 9. Additional pick up location is at the International terminal - next to the light rail. Our shuttles run 24 hours a day as needed.

    Everytime I come, the lady at the gate tells me to self-park and it takes some cajoling/negotiating in order to get the Valet Park service I subscribed for. Don't know why they do that at the door. They don't even recognize the name ValetPark -- I have to rifle through my belongings and pull out the print-out receipt for them usually. Otherwise a great service. Very courteous and prompt drivers. Also, the car wash is ad hoc. Sometimes they say they do the car wash but other times they deny it's part of the service.

    Your attendants were extremely courteous. I used the valet parking as I am female and traveling alone. It took alot of stress off of me, as this is the first time I ever flew alone, and I felt safe. I could not believe they even washed my Escalade

    Upon returning to my car I found a flat tire. The bus drivers kept checking on me to make sure I was getting help and offered me a rest room, water and a paper. I felt very comfortable till help arrived.
