ValetPark Express offers priority pick up and drop off services for valet parkers alongside complimentary luggage assistance, bottled water and copies of USA Today. They provide shuttle transportation every 5 minutes to and from Baltimore Airport. Once you return to BWI the (yellow) shuttle leaves every 5 minutes. Please wait for the shuttle outside of Baggage Claim. If you are arriving after 11 PM, please call 866-411-7275 for pickup. Be sure to make a reservation for ValetPark Express as this is the only way you can be guaranteed a valet parking space with a quality operator.

    Everytime I come, the lady at the gate tells me to self-park and it takes some cajoling/negotiating in order to get the Valet Park service I subscribed for. Don't know why they do that at the door. They don't even recognize the name ValetPark -- I have to rifle through my belongings and pull out the print-out receipt for them usually. Otherwise a great service. Very courteous and prompt drivers. Also, the car wash is ad hoc. Sometimes they say they do the car wash but other times they deny it's part of the service.

    Your attendants were extremely courteous. I used the valet parking as I am female and traveling alone. It took alot of stress off of me, as this is the first time I ever flew alone, and I felt safe. I could not believe they even washed my Escalade

    Upon returning to my car I found a flat tire. The bus drivers kept checking on me to make sure I was getting help and offered me a rest room, water and a paper. I felt very comfortable till help arrived.
