Arrival Info:

Guests will drop off their vehicle at 27299 Wick Rd and be transported via free shuttle to their departure terminal at DTW. Customer's vehicle will be moved a distance of 5 miles by an insured staff driver to the secure parking facility at 3500 Michigan. Vehicle may also be stored outside for a portion of the time.

Airport Transportation

Free shuttles are available to transport travelers to and from the airport. Our shuttles are available 24 hours daily and operate every 15 minutes. Upon arriving at DTW, please call Valet Connections at 734-992-4946 for pick up so that our dedicated parking attendants can have your vehicle prepared and waiting upon your return.

    The only problem i had was when I called the wick road location she did not seem to want to answer my question.. sunday may 15 ish...I wanted to know where they were parking my car and the exact location of which she did not know which i found surprising. she told me to call back when the valet was back in the office.... i was wondering if i called the correct number???? the location on my reservation was wrong.. that is where my car was being stored.. please recheck that... 3500 michigan is very far from wick road location... *

    I requested my shuttle from Valet Connections, it took 52 minutes since the moment I requested it to the moment they took me to the Valet Connection Garage, how is it possible?!! 52 minutes, they first took other guys to: Quality Inn, Travelodge, and Wyndham Gardens, IT IS STUPID, it was a Valet Connection Shuttle they should take me first!! 52 minutes!! I am not sure if i am using them again!!!

    the driver of valet connections dropped me off at the incorrect place at the airport. I had to pay additional $15 for a cab to take me to the correct door. I almost missed my flight because of this delay and had to pay an extra $15. No happy at all with Valet Connection.

    Shuttle was late and then went to Quality Inn and Days Inn to drop off before reaching the parking lot. It took one hour from when we called to when we reached the lot. Also the car was certainly not parked indoors as they claim Because it had bird [droppings] on the windscreen.

    Drivers courteous, helpful and quick; I would probably use your company again and recommend your services. However, improvement is needed in the following areas. When wheelchairs are needed, as in my and my mothers' case, we would have liked to be closer to entrance and not have to handle our luggage. The departure shuttle was liked best. The arrival shuttle took longer for pickup, the drivers' radio had an ear-piercing shrill sound when he was contacted and had drop-offs while 75% of the shuttle occupants had cars at your lot who wished to dodge rush hour traffic.

    Didn't notice the condition of the lot. I made advance reservations and paid for it in full, They added addition from 45 to 71 dollars.. With my copy of reservation they did correct it.

    Staff was friendly and getting from Valet connecetion to the airport was fine, however the return shuttle took forever to come and at that time you are tired want to get back home and had to call twice to get the shuttle.
