Guests will drop off their vehicle at 27299 Wick Rd and be transported via free shuttle to their departure terminal at DTW. Customer's vehicles will be moved a distance of 5 miles by an insured staff driver to the secure parking facility at 3500 Michigan.

    This was super easy experience and I'm likely to use the service again. The only thing was that the shuttle on way from Airport was marked with a hotel name and not the Valet Connections name that I booked under so it was confusing. Had it not been for the driver yelling out for passengers, I would have not figured it out. Otherwise, all good.

    I have used their services twice in the last few years. I have never had a problem checking in, it was seamless once we checked in to the shuttle picking us up. Before you get your bags. They have a phone for shuttles by baggage, I would call valet connection first, ask how long before pickup then pick your bags up they have always been there waiting. We have always gone around the back of the building and parked inside without a problem. The vans we have been in have been clean and we have always gotten to the airport on time., however I am a stickler when it comes to getting places on time. We are going on another trip and we will use them again. They are more reasonable than all the others.

    Valet Parking is a great deal. You pull your car inside their building which is nice especially when it's raining or snowing out.

    Had full detail done. Not happy. It's like the interoir got wet. My hands free function and some radio functions don't work anymore that were fine when I droped the car off. Also, when sitting at night the glass inside gets covered with water. Seat belts and carpet felt wet.

    This was my first time using your service. Didn't know where to go when I got there. Started to park in back and then an attendant told me to park in the front. So I did and stood out in front of the car. A shuttle picked us up and I asked about how people knew I was there. He finally understood that I didn't check in and took us back to the parking area to check in. There was a black girl with blonde hair behind the counter with an attitude. We finally checked in and got a shuttle to the airport. Only took another 20 minutes. So if your knew it would be helpful to have a sign clearly pointing out where to park and check in. We got to our flight last ones on the plane, but not without stress.

    If the Best Western van is being used for picking up in Detroit, it should at least have some window sign that says Valet Parking. We kept looking for the shuttle since there was no ID on van.
