Guests will drop off their vehicle at 27299 Wick Rd and be transported via free shuttle to their departure terminal at DTW. Customer's vehicles will be moved a distance of 5 miles by an insured staff driver to the secure parking facility at 3500 Michigan.

Excellent price, excellent location, excellent service. I was leery on booking here because of all the negative reviews, but had no problems whatsoever. There was nothing missing from my car when we got back (I checked it thoroughly before leaving the garage)...and no dents on the vehicle, so who could complain? I also got a coupon to wave the service fee on my next visit, in an email the next day!
This was my second time parking at this facility. The first time I purchased the car wash/vacuum special for $25.00. I arrived late on a Friday night. Yes my car was washed but quite honestly a 5 year old could have done a better job. It looked like it was just hosed down. There was so many streaks it looked worse post wash. I would have rather them not attempting to wash it. They did not vacuum. I choose this place a second time, solely because of the price and without the car wash option. Just out of curiosity, I took a picture of my mileage when I parked and after I returned. I was curious on how far the vehicle storage facility was from the drop off location. There was a 7 mile difference! I can almost understand a 1-2 mile difference but 7 miles? If they are going to drive any vehicle that amount of distance there should be a vehicle inspection performed during drop off. I paid for indoor parking and there were water/rain spots indicative of it being left outside. I waited for the shuttle to the airport for almost nearly 20 minutes after dropping off my keys and getting my valet tag. Upon my return to the airport the driver was curbside... asleep. I had to knock on the window to get his attention. I waited there for 20 minutes curbside for what I can only assume were additional passengers. I was the only one. I normally tip shuttle drivers but that glaring sign posted above the center console was obtrusive and demeaning. It diminish the option of giving a gratuity. The sign seemed to almost demand a gratuity. After a 20 minute wait in both directions, a lack of assistance with any of my luggage and a somewhat rude and condescending attitude of the drivers I choose to ignore the sign. The bright spot in the entire experience were the lobby cashiers. They seemed friendly and almost professional. The good thing about this place was the price and that the shuttle brings you back to a covered area where your car is located. The bad aspect of this place was everything else. No where does it mention that the indoor parking storage is a considerable distance away from the drop off location.
Very pleased with the staff and how quickly they did arrive at the airport to pick up upon our return. Have already recommended them.

I left my car for 4 days, came back to find it had been parked outside not inside as advertised, and the car had been driven 7 miles in 4 days, that wasn't just moving the car from one spot to another.......... It is convenient to the airport and the savings to airport parking is substantial.
There were a lot of little things that spoiled this experience and we would not use Valet Parking again. The rates offered on-line look low but there is a five dollar fee and five dollar tax added on, bringing the cost up to our usual parking site. The woman at the desk always acted tired of waiting on customers. Our flight arrived late due to delays and we called when we arrived back to Detroit. We finally located one shuttle at the end of the line. The driver never offered to help with luggage. The shuttle crammed sixteen people inside. Some people sat on laps. One stood and leaned against the door. (You can't provide two shuttles for that many people?) No one told us they would be making multiple stops to drop people off at hotels. We got back to the garage and had to carry our luggage to the front desk, wait in line to get keys, then walk back out to our car. Yes, it was nice to have a car not covered with snow and the car was warm from having sat in the garage. Apparently the parking spot is a five-minute drive and transport person couldn't make it five minutes without changing our radio setting, another minor annoyance when we started up the car and got blasted with rock music . With all the time wasted, parking here added 30-45 minutes more onto our trip home. Never again.
The price was excellent . We did not wait long for our shuttle to the airport or back to the facility to pick up my car. However I was extremely upset that my car was outside with snow on it when we arrived back. I paid for indoor parking and I know it did not snow until Wednesday before we arrived home on Friday. So my car had to be outside at least 2 days. I feel false advertising happened, if my car is going to be outside, risking it getting stolen, that should be my choice, it's not what I paid for and that was the first thing that drew me to this facility.
Had to wait a minute for them to pick me up from my flight back but other than that I was happy. And for the price which seems to be the cheapest around Im not going to complain.

We waited for over 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up in this cold weather. Not good!
Maybe better signs to telling to pull cars to back of building to pull in garage area. Such as vehicle drop off with arrow at the front and entrance painted on garage door to pull into parking. Other then that great parking, I will be back in September when we travel next.
Loved this parking garage and shuttle service. Glad we found it online and will definitely be going to them for future travel.

Time from check in at your facility to arrival at airport was too long (45 minutes). Just made our flight. We arrived at your facility at 5 am & waited 30 minutes for shuttle to arrive to pick us up. Stopped at another terminal before reaching McNamera. On return in a snow storm, our time from airport pick up to arrival at your building exceeded 45 minutes. In addition to picking up passengers from the other terminal we made stops at two hotels. We would be hesitant to park there because of the extra time required to get to the terminal. Other than that, it was great to pick up a car that wasn't buried in the snow.
Don't advertise indoor storage if it isn't going to happen. My vehicle was not ready when we arrived nor was it kept inside. It was covered with ice and snow.
Don't know the condition of the parking lot; we only saw the 'holding' garage. It was really good.
