Guests will drop off their vehicle at 27299 Wick Rd and be transported via free shuttle to their departure terminal at DTW. Customer's vehicles will be moved a distance of 5 miles by an insured staff driver to the secure parking facility at 3500 Michigan.

    A+ on the luxury of dropping off and picking up your vehicle indoors, but the time for drop off and pick up is very long in comparison to the outdoor parking lot companies. We returned from our trip on Friday, 4/10 and called for pick-up. We were told approx 10 minutes, was more like 20+, then we had 2 drop offs before arriving to the garage. In the time we waited 20 minutes, each outdoor copany had at least 3 of their vans in and out of the airport. I like your service, but you truly need additional vehicles.

    The staff lost my key/fob. I am a female in my 80's and am dependent on the remote ability to locate and unlock my car and trunk after shopping. It's now 24 hours and they have not found it. I am waiting to find out if they live up to what they have said that they will pay for the cost of a new remote key fob . I have not been able to find where corporate headquarters is in order to follow up with an executive.

    I have been a customer since you began. I waited for about an hour for your shuttle, which was unusual but I was patient until I got to the desk. After having a plane delayed an hour and then your driver being quite delayed, I did not expect the person to be rude and inconsiderate and to be charged an extra day. The person clearly was new but the way she handled it and the way the other person simply backed her up made be so upset I decided not to be a customer in the future. I was insulted to have the one woman say we were not a "preferred customer" and to be dismissive, without any questions. Oh well, when you have lots of customers I guess you don't have to worry. But what I have liked best up til now was the customer service. Your new people are not yet on board with that.

    The wait for pick-up at Delta was a bit too long. The assigned driver returned to Valet office instead of picking up. Another "dispatcher" realized the problem and picked me up after about 20 minutes from my call. Not bad. good mgmt attention /follow through. would give 4.5 if I could! The language in your guidelines is intimidating making reviews less likely.

    When we returned to DTW, I couldn't reach the office....put on hold and finally gave up. Husband texted and finally got through. Stood at pick up point for 15-20 min.

    I noticed that some cars were washed prior to pickup. Our car had obviously been parked outdoors and then brought indoors just before pickup and it wasn't rinsed off. Is there a charge for that service? I think it would be an excellent additional service - Location maps would be helpful.
