Guests will drop off their vehicle at 27299 Wick Rd and be transported via free shuttle to their departure terminal at DTW. Customer's vehicles will be moved a distance of 5 miles by an insured staff driver to the secure parking facility at 3500 Michigan.

    Our pick up driver actually swing back around to pick us up because he was in a lane that didn't allow him to pull over. He noticed my son way him down as we were exciting the building to wait on the side We really appreciated that. Unfortunately his boss was on the other end of the two way radio giving him he'll because he wanted him to go to another terminal and didn't give him a chance to explain what he did for us. Our driver was a lot calmer than I would have need with the way he was being spoken to. Needless to say we topped our driver generously but will rethink using them next Timw because of how rude the shuttle dispatcher was. Remember it is a two way radio and passengers can hear the conversation.

    I have used Valet Park twice now and I have had really good service. I will recommend them to my friends and family who travel often. I normally used US Park, but I think Valet Park is much nicer because it's not as big and not confusing to find my car like US Park.

    I paid for indoor parking and the car was having rain spot. They didn't promise like i told the attendant. If i know it's going to be park outside i shouldn't pay extra. I don't think i'll park again. Plus i paid full before hand. I even tip the drivers. My people are asking me about if they should park here.

    Lady working the desk wanted to charge my credit card because she couldn't see that I paid even though I had a receipt that shows paid in full. She then informed me that they just hold the funds on my card temporarily thats why she needed to charge me. I showed her my statement which clearly showed the hard posted transaction. Finally got her manager to figure out what she was doing. Won't use this lot again. Also the lady was rude and kept answering the phone while talking to me.

    There was too long of a wait and way too many people crammed into the shuttle (more people than the shuttle should hold).
