Located only 5 minutes from the airport, U-Save Parking JFK provides easy airport parking and transportation to and from the airport terminal at New York/Kennedy Airport.  Valet attendants will provide customer care and your car will be left with us, safe and secure. Please arrive at the lot and see valet attendant. On your return please claim your luggage and pass through customs gives us a call us at (718) 525-7070 and the shuttle will meet you at your terminal.

Please note: An additional charge will be taken at the lot for SUVs, trucks and other over-sized vehicles.

    This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business ever. It says the shuttle runs frequently (one website says every 5 minutes another says 5-10 minutes) and it says that it’s 5 minutes from the airport. What they don't tell you is their second shuttle will not be working and you have to wait 45 minutes for the one and only shuttle they have. It then took them 20 minutes (not 5 to 10) to get to our terminal, because other people had to wait as well since it was late, so we had to stop at all the other terminals before getting to ours. Add that 65 minutes (+ the shuttle finding parking + getting your bags out of the shuttle) to your time + security and you miss your flight by 5 minutes (which is exactly what happened to me and my family). The employee there lied to us and kept saying the shuttle was "5 minutes away, 5 minutes away". We could have easily driven to the airport and paid for more expensive parking there and made our flight, but again we were told "the shuttle will be here in 5 minutes, just wait, it’ll get you to the airport in 5 minutes". To add insult to injury once you miss your flight because of them, they charge you to pick you up from your terminal and take you back to your car. Yup. You heard me correctly they will make you miss your flight and then strand you at the airport unless you give them more money on top of what you already paid them. This place is a joke, their employees are a joke and I can only imagine their management is a joke. We were there slightly before 5 for a 6:40 flight, by their standards we should have been at the air by 5:15 at the latest. We didn’t get into the airport with our bags unloaded until 6:20 for our 6:40 flight, we arrived at our gate between 6:45 and 6:50 and the doors were closed.

    Second time I have used this facility. I found the staff very courteous and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was quick and the return pick-up was prompt (about 10 min from the time I called). My car was ready for me as soon as I arrived back at the lot. Will definitely use them again when flying out of JFK.

    The parking lot was extremely full and crowded. My car had body damage that might have occurred in the lot, but I can't be sure. The shuttle driver was courteous and helpful, but after picking us up at Terminal 4, he then swung back around to pick someone up at Terminal 2 and we got into 30 minutes of traffic (and the party wasn't even there). So it took an hour from the time we called until we got to our car, when it should have been 20 minutes at most!!!

    Their online advertising is very misleading. It took 50 minutes for them to pick me up upon my return. I did as I was asked and waited until I had my checked bags until I called for pick up. Instead of 5 minutes as advertised on their website, I waited in the cold for 50 mintues. Their only response to this is "sorry". There are many other parking options in the area. There is no reason why you should use U-Save

    I never made it to the parking lot. I was lost trying to find the lot and called and spoke to the attendant. The attendant was very rude to me since I didn't know exactly how to get there. He hung up on me. When I called back it went straight to voice mail. I left a message that was never returned. I will be calling my credit card company to remove the charges. I would recommend other people to park somewhere/ anywhere else.

    I found the car with a massive scratch (probably pushed against a fence). When I discovered it and after a long debate, one of the employees agreed to sign the damage report I addressed to his manager. I also have the in-take card showing no damage on that side of the car before leaving the car with them. It tried countless times to reach the manager by phone to ask him to assume responsibility for the damage. I have escalated the matter to the U-SAVE corporation. Today, after 2 months, I finally managed to talk to the parking lot manager. Despite all the evidence (in-take card, damage report) he bluntly refused to assume responsibility and told me to sue him. Avoid this business at all cost!

    Total rip off reservation was made on a nissan pathfinder. Nothing about extra charges when vehicle was dropped off but when I picked it up there was a $51.00 charge for suv. When I complained the Cashier just said I jusy work here I dont set rates. Go elsewhere it will end up costing less

    Warning, if you use this parking facility, DO NOT leave anything in your car as it will be stolen. I'm frequently in the City and have to feed parking meters so I keep at least $30.00 in quarters in my ashtray and about $10 in singles. When I got back from my trip and picked up my car, the money was gone and the manager of the facility claimed he would investigate but never did. We know of another person who parked at this facility and was also ripped off of their portable GPS which was in the glove compartment. These people are theives so beware if you opt to park at this facility. I refuse to patronize them any longer as there are other discount parking facilities in the area that will not rip off the contents of your vehicle.
