Located only 5 minutes from the airport, U-Save Parking JFK provides easy airport parking and transportation to and from the airport terminal at New York/Kennedy Airport.  Valet attendants will provide customer care and your car will be left with us, safe and secure. Please arrive at the lot and see valet attendant. On your return please claim your luggage and pass through customs gives us a call us at (718) 525-7070 and the shuttle will meet you at your terminal.

Please note: An additional charge will be taken at the lot for SUVs, trucks and other over-sized vehicles.

    I've used U-Save a half-dozen times, and generally the service is good. The only hitch from time to time comes in fixing an exact location for pick up. That is, you should tell your clients to go cross the first lanes and then go to either the far left or far right of the waiting zone - or to the sign for "Pick-Up Vans," or some other definite location. I have always been successfully picked up - but there is A LOT of insecurity during the 15-20 minute wait, and after a long flight and airport chaos, that insecurity is very unsettling . . . and completely unnecessary.

    When we arrived to the parking lot from our vacation, we were told our car would not start. The battery was DEAD. Now our car is was in top condition when we left it. The attendant had no idea what to do because he could not find the battery (which is in the trunk, it's a Hybrid car) and could not open the car because the key would not respond. When I asked him how he got the car doors open he told me that the cars in the lot are left with the car doors open. WHAT? How is that safe? When I checked other cars close to mine their doors were all locked. After some struggle and the attendant was able to find the battery and jump the car. Later on he admitted that one of the attendants must have left something on in the car ....FOR 6 DAYS! Essentially they killed my battery and traveling home from a vacation and traveling all night with small children this was quite disagreeable. When we asked to speak to the manager, that attendant told us he was home and not working that day. THIS experience will not be repeated because we will NOT use this lot ever again.

    I took my car to USave JFK in order to save my company a few dollars. Little did I know, it would end up costing me, significantly, as they broke my gear shifter in my manual car and will NOT take responsibility. I had taken my car to have the oil changed the day before (meaning a multi-point inspection) and my car was in perfect working order. I dropped my car off and there was no shuttle. He said to be 'patient' but after 15 minutes, I jumped into an uber and spent $10 getting to the terminal in order to make my flight. The next night, I picked my car up (after significant delays and waiting more than 20 minutes for the shuttle) and when I drove my car off the lot, the gear shifter in my manual car (which worked fine upon entry) was completely broken. It was 'floating' around inside the gear shifter box. As the car was in first gear when I got in, I didn't realize this until I was off of parking lot property and went to shift back into 1st gear to re-start. I immediately called the lot and the employee who answered the phone instructed me to email the owner who would respond the next day. Of course, he keeps telling me that he is not responsible. "How you know my employee broke your gear shifter?" "It worked fine when I brought it to your lot, it was completely broken when I left your lot." DON'T GO TO THIS LOT...not only will you not have reliable shuttle service, but you cannot trust that your car will not receive damage. And the owner will not take responsibility.

    This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business ever. It says the shuttle runs frequently (one website says every 5 minutes another says 5-10 minutes) and it says that it’s 5 minutes from the airport. What they don't tell you is their second shuttle will not be working and you have to wait 45 minutes for the one and only shuttle they have. It then took them 20 minutes (not 5 to 10) to get to our terminal, because other people had to wait as well since it was late, so we had to stop at all the other terminals before getting to ours. Add that 65 minutes (+ the shuttle finding parking + getting your bags out of the shuttle) to your time + security and you miss your flight by 5 minutes (which is exactly what happened to me and my family). The employee there lied to us and kept saying the shuttle was "5 minutes away, 5 minutes away". We could have easily driven to the airport and paid for more expensive parking there and made our flight, but again we were told "the shuttle will be here in 5 minutes, just wait, it’ll get you to the airport in 5 minutes". To add insult to injury once you miss your flight because of them, they charge you to pick you up from your terminal and take you back to your car. Yup. You heard me correctly they will make you miss your flight and then strand you at the airport unless you give them more money on top of what you already paid them. This place is a joke, their employees are a joke and I can only imagine their management is a joke. We were there slightly before 5 for a 6:40 flight, by their standards we should have been at the air by 5:15 at the latest. We didn’t get into the airport with our bags unloaded until 6:20 for our 6:40 flight, we arrived at our gate between 6:45 and 6:50 and the doors were closed.

    Second time I have used this facility. I found the staff very courteous and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was quick and the return pick-up was prompt (about 10 min from the time I called). My car was ready for me as soon as I arrived back at the lot. Will definitely use them again when flying out of JFK.
