The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run any time during the night and day for your convenience. They will pick you up at your car. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. It was the first time we have used park and fly. We were concerned about the safety of our car but as it turned out it was very safe. Shuttle bus picked us up right away and back it was waiting at the terminal. Thank You US Park !
I would have appreciated some help with baggage since I am a 75 year old woman.
Parking attendant had a terrible attitude. I've used US Park twice since June and had bad checkouts. They were unpleasant and rude. Shuttle drivers were great both times!
The lady at the gate was amazing! I was tired and just wanted to get home and she was quick, courteous, and had me smiling by the time I paid my bill. :)

We waited a long time to get to the airport and also to get back to our car.
Prior to our departure, we arrived at the change of shift. The parking lot attendant misdirected the bus driver, and consequently we waited almost 25 minutes. Eventually, we flagged down a bus driver and carried our luggage to the bus. Fortunately we made our flight. When we returned, the bus was waiting for us. Both bus drivers were courteous but neither one (both were women) helped us with our luggage. The gate attendant requested much more money than we had contracted for when we made our reservation, but honored the quoted cost when we showed her the contract printout. Overall, a fair experience.
Were picked up immediately when we arrived. When we returned had to wait a little longer-but driver explained that new construction patterns at the airport was slowing things down a little. She also explained that repaving was being done at the parking lost, so the lot will be in better condition in the future. We plan to use this lot again in the future.

It took nearly 15 min. to pay and exit with only 3 cars ahead of me in line. A much faster payment process would be beneficial.

it was difficult getting out of my parking space. Lanes too narrow? A woman before me said she was hit by another car in the lot.
usa parking was the first shuttle in 25 years that the driver did not assist with our bags going to or returning from the airport.

Nothing wrong with the questions above, but getting out of the lot was a nightmare this time, the worst ever. I reserve a spot in advance and for some reason this time a partial payment was taken. This appeared to dramatically increase the time to get through the exit booth. There were so many cars waiting that the buses had trouble getting through. It was taking 3 - 5 minutes per car to get through the booth. Because I made a partial payment, I had to submit my credit card again and this caused most of the delay. Whatever you did, I hope you're moving to something faster, because this time it was definitely a step in the wrong direction. I've been parking for years in your lot and the delay was unprecedented. I'd like to see you move to automated pay booths.
