The shuttle drivers were BOTH extremely nice. Peggy took me to the airport, but I didn't get the name of the woman who picked me up. However, they both did a great job.

The shuttles are always very prompt, however on our return flight we waited at least 15 minutes while the other lots shuttles had at least 2 of their vans pass by while we were still waiting for ours. It was the longest wait that we have ever had for US Park

Bus driver on outward bound trip helped me with my luggage and was very courteous. On return, a dfferent bus driver was oblivious to my struggles and offered no assistance; the bus radio was loud and I nearly missed my car because I couldn't hear her above the country music that was playing.

Easy to get to, parking spots readily accessible. Lot was lit well. Staff I interacted with were nice and had good humor. $8.00 coupon price cheaper than having someone drive us to the airport and pick us up on return.

upon arrval at US Park I showed attendant online reserv.; told me to give to attend. on departure. I did not receive any ticket of any kind. Upon depart. attend. requested ticket and did not believe that I was not given any. (2 witnesses) was not friendly at all and held us up for at least 5-10 minutes.

The drive that took us to the airport was not friendly and never even spoke to us. In Contrast the driver that took us from the airport back to the parking lot was extremely friendly and deserves a lot of praise for her customer service. I think her name is Doris (or something like that). She was great.

Everyone at US Park was wonderful. I was rather apprehensive about parking at a lot, but no more. We are going on another trip in October and we will defiinately park at US Park again!

Shuttle service was awful, and no organization. Shuttle driver even stated that if we were in that big of a hurry we should take a $25 cab ride to the lot. I will never use US Park again and will tell all my colleagues how awful the experience was.

No one instucted me on how I was to get on the shuttle or find it? They just told me to go to area P and park. That area was full so I took the closest parking space I could find. The shuttle was no where around so I started walking toward the front of the lot, in a snow storm. The shuttle was not far off & soon picked me up. The driver wrote my parking space down wrong so she tried to drop me off in the wrong area. I finally convinced her that I was much further down the row.

We were very pleased w/ the entire experience we had w/ US Park. It was perfect. We will us this service again and recommend it to our friends and family... Made the whole trip smooth no worries about ground transport. The drivers were awesome too.

Our car was snowed in when we arrived to pick it up. The attendants did an excellent job helping us get the car free. They were two women who physically helped push us out of the ice in which our tires were embedded. Great job!

The only issue was that the driver had been smoking inside the van just before we arrived. The smell was quite obvious and there was no one else on board the van. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

When I arrived, I did not know the system. While the gate attendant and the driver were helpful, they were not as courteous as I thought they should be. The driver and the gate attendant were very helpful when I left.

My truck would not start when I was ready to leave and I must commend all the gratious ladies who helped me and my mother by letting us sit in the break room to stay warm and told me where to find service after the booster battery jumper did not work

We walked out of the airport and our shuttle pulled up. We were in and out of the parking lot very quickly with no problems at all. This lot was suggested to me by my travel agent and I can understand why she suggested this lot.

This is my second time using US Park. The Shuttle has always been there when I park and the shuttle drivers are always friendly. This past visit, the shuttle driver waited until I got my car started and I was very impressed by the personal service

Only one complaint, the driver did not help with the luggage. It was hard to get up the steps and onto the bus. I liked the fact that she knew exactly where the parking spot was!

We reserved on line and there was a problem at the lot booth. The attendant did not recognize the confirmation and we were over charged. We did get it cleared up, but it took a bit of time. We are happy that you are using women for the bus service a

I flew down on United and back US Air. I flew down on Nov 25 and I was aprehensive because of Thanks giving traffic. The shuttle picked us up right when we got out of our vehicle!!!! Our return the shuttle was right there to pick us up!!! Excellent!

We're from Northern Ohio and choose to use your parking facility since our flight originated out of Detroit and we are only two hours drive from our home. It was a first and a very good experience.

US Park is located just off I-94 so transportation to and from Detroit Airport will be quick and hassle free. The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip.
