The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run any time during the night and day for your convenience. They will pick you up at your car. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. Unless you can print a receipt - don't park here - they will charge you a different rate even if you paid online and have a confirmation number. The most stupid thing ever now that everybody can go through airport security with the smartphone.
First time using long term parking from 11/1 to 11/4 and it was easy. Before i can get suitcase out of car the van was there to pick us up. Upon return vans was waitin at baggage claim and took all to their cars and waited till all were on their way. Drivers were nice and deserved tips. But the extra $3.00 i paid on a $41.00 bill was unexpected. Lot was being repaved so they may have needed the money.
This is the first time we've used airport parking and found it was really the way to go. We'll use it again. It was fast, easy and so efficient. Went like clockwork.
Parked last year at your facility. It was easy to find. Parking was safe. Bus pick up and delivery service was great. Cost was reasonable. Son has another trip in a few weeks and plans on parking at your facility again.
I think that this is something new. It took the check out attendant a little longer than usual to get me on my way, especially since it was after midnight.

Worst experience ever!!! My car was stuck in deep snow, no one was there to clean the snow off the ground. When I called and asked for help, they made me shovel the snow on my own! They told me on the phone that someone is on the way to help me. When this person arrived at my location, she basically threw me a bucket of salt and a shovel, told me this is TO HELP ME!!! I was wearing dressing shoes with heels since I just came back from a business trip in FL and I had to dig my car out on my own!!! DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT PARK HERE AGAIN!
A good place to park if others are filled up for the night
Will never use again. Left Christmas day the driver was so rude, didn't lift a finger to help a disabled old gentlemen with cane an two bags. I did as a paying customer, load bags on an off for people who clearly needed help. Then there sits the tip jar, for what!
Your Shuttle Drivers are all very pleasant and make my travel experience so much better. Very prompt service and they always drop me off exactly where I left my car!! You guys run a very efficient shuttle/parking service. I will always use USPark when flying out of Detroit!! Thanks and keep up the great work!!
I'd rather hear "thank you" ......."have a good day" is old and doesn't sound sincere.
I traveled with my 94 year old father and we received no help with our bags. Also, no one told us to keep the pink slip with our parking number and the white ticket. Some verbal directions would have been helpful.
Drivers and booth people were outstanding!!! Very pleasant.
All your employees did a great job.
We had a older women over weight driver that appeared to be somewhat limited in mobile abilities. She offered no help to anyone with their luggage. She just sit their and watched a small lady struggle onto the bus with luggage. And had the nerve to have a tip jar on display.

Staff needs to ask if people pre-register; I had my receipt with me but after being gone for 10 days upon my return I forgot about having to present it at checkout I had it with me just forgot I had to show it. Hassle calling and writing a letter for my refund.
Both ways we had a woman. She did not bother to assist with luggage. There was a much older couple than us and she did not assist in the slightest...the woman could not walk without her cane. The driver kept talking about how she wanted to make sure we got into our cars before leaving. Sorry. If not tip...she took off. Get men drivers.
