US Park is located just off I-94 so transportation to and from Detroit Airport will be quick and hassle free. The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run any time during the night and day for your convenience. They will pick you up at your car. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. Once you return to Detroit Airport and after retrieving your baggage, please call 800-447-7275 for nearest location of Pick Up.

    It is odd that there on online reservations but no computer at the parking lot. Oh well. I had a printed receipt, but a lot of young people don't use printers any more. The shuttle service need to get itself some device readers.

    We were asked to pay $64 dollars by the attendant when we had reservation papers that stated our balance as $46. It took too long trying to explain to an attendant that was obviously poorly trained. When you come off of vacation you should not take upwards of 10+ minutes to leave the parking lot; especially when you are the only person in the line. I could not believe the experience; everything else was very good except the checking out. THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE. The shuttle drivers were great, efficient and quick.

    We fly quite often and usually park at the McNamara terminal parking. This was my second time trying out U.S. Park and this was not as satisfying as the first time. The driver at departure was very nice and drove back around to double check that I did not leave my headlights on. She also reminded us to make sure we had our cellphone and keys with us. However, the driver at arrival was not very helpful at all. She disappointingly made no effort to help us with our 5 pieces of baggages. I had a toddler traveling with me. She also did not pullover closer to the curb as the airport attendant was signaling her to do. That would have been helpful for us passengers. She was not the friendliest driver you have.

    Parking was fine. The only problem was that the exit path was not clearly marked and we had trouble finding our way out of the lot because it was dark and exit path was not clearly marked. Some of the signs were missing or bent and twisted.

    Arrival for flight out was great. Shuttle followed me right to my car and took me directly to airport. Pickup on return flight was a very slow. Had to wait approximately 30-40 minutes for shuttle to arrive.

    This was one of the the very few hassle-free experiences I've had at an airport. The shuttle was waiting as soon as I set foot out of my car. Because I was delayed when I arrived back by lost luggage by the airlines, by the time I got out at 2:30 am all I did was call the office and the driver was there within minutes. I would recommend reserving and prepaying online. Fantastic experience.

    Checkout took way too long due to receptionist talking on radio with a driver and also disputing amount owed. Printed receipt showed a balance of $64, but they tried to charge me $81. A 2nd person showed up due to the line of cars waiting and informed teller to accept what was on receipt $64.
