US Park is located just off I-94 so transportation to and from Detroit Airport will be quick and hassle free. The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run any time during the night and day for your convenience. They will pick you up at your car. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. Once you return to Detroit Airport and after retrieving your baggage, please call 800-447-7275 for nearest location of Pick Up.

    Staff was NOT helpful - I had a wheelchair walker and elderly mother with luggage to maneuver without any help at all! I have been to other lots at dtw when help was needed they did so with a smile, when I asked the driver for help the reply was "we don't do that" Well Guess what.....put that in your info then! I as well as my company will Never use that lot ever again......shame on you for discrimination against handicap people

    The attendant that checked me out was less than helpful. She was more concerned about whether her co-worker was helping customers than getting me off and on my way. When I asked about a receipt showing the entire amount I paid for parking (I had to relinquish the receipt I printed), she said "you should have printed out two receipts. That's what I always do." I wasn't happy with that customer service.

    When leaving the lot, the attendant was very rude. I had a confusion about my reservation and the amount that was owed and instead of her answering my question she was rude and telling me information I already knew. Instead of listening to my question she jumped to asking me if I wanted to speak with a manager. All I wanted her to do is answer my one question so I knew where I messed up on my part of the reservation. I had no problem paying for the extra day, but I just needed some clarification, but instead I had to deal with your extremely rude attendant. I always recommend U.S. Park to others, but I will not be back and I will recommend other places from here on out. A rude attendant is the last thing a customer wants to deal with after traveling all day.

    I had gone on your web site to reserve to parking spot for my trip and had partially paid for part of it. When I had return from my trip and went to exit the lot and pay the remainder of the balance of the bill I was told that the charge is higher. I showed the parking lot attendant my copy of the charges, showing the date, times and what the charges will be and that I was within that date and time, she still wanted to charge me for one more day. After 5 minutes of going back and forth she finally charged me what was listed on the receipt. If you have a receipt showing all the correct info on it and the person is within the correct time frame then if the rate is wrong or right that is what they will be charged that was the agreement on both parties when the customer printed the receipt.

    My only complaint is that when entering the parking lot, the attendant neglected to give me a white card, which was needed when I exit the lot. This caused me some inconvenience and delay. If this oversight did not happen, I would rate my experience as excellent.

    Our service was terrible. The shuttle drivers don't say hello or offer to help with your bags yet expect a tip. The shuttles smell stale and dirty. We fly all of the time and use different parking companies. All of them are the same. Same crappy drivers who hate their job. Coming from Mexico where the service is outstanding and people actually work their tails off for a tip and that's in Mexico! I tell everyone who asks the particular companies not to go to like US Park and Kwik Park. Terrible service.

    It is odd that there on online reservations but no computer at the parking lot. Oh well. I had a printed receipt, but a lot of young people don't use printers any more. The shuttle service need to get itself some device readers.

    We were asked to pay $64 dollars by the attendant when we had reservation papers that stated our balance as $46. It took too long trying to explain to an attendant that was obviously poorly trained. When you come off of vacation you should not take upwards of 10+ minutes to leave the parking lot; especially when you are the only person in the line. I could not believe the experience; everything else was very good except the checking out. THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE. The shuttle drivers were great, efficient and quick.
