US Park is located just off I-94 so transportation to and from Detroit Airport will be quick and hassle free. The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run any time during the night and day for your convenience. They will pick you up at your car. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. Once you return to Detroit Airport and after retrieving your baggage, please call 800-447-7275 for nearest location of Pick Up.

    Nothing wrong with the questions above, but getting out of the lot was a nightmare this time, the worst ever. I reserve a spot in advance and for some reason this time a partial payment was taken. This appeared to dramatically increase the time to get through the exit booth. There were so many cars waiting that the buses had trouble getting through. It was taking 3 - 5 minutes per car to get through the booth. Because I made a partial payment, I had to submit my credit card again and this caused most of the delay. Whatever you did, I hope you're moving to something faster, because this time it was definitely a step in the wrong direction. I've been parking for years in your lot and the delay was unprecedented. I'd like to see you move to automated pay booths.

    I had a terrible time finding my way from I -94 to your site. I was all turned around and found myself on the other side of the airport, however, I believe my directions came from Google and road signage was a factor. I found everyone at PARK US to be very helpful, courteous and pleasant. Administration must be respectful to their employees because it always starts from the top. Fair and decent treatment creates a culture of people liking where they work. A top priority for the businesses I engage with.

    We had lost/ locked our keys inside our car and the shuttle driver called ahead to the office. She checked while we were driving to US Park to see if we had lost them in the parking lot. When we learned that had not happened, she dropped us at our car so we could call AAA. A few minutes later she came by and said she had notified the office that AAA was comng for us. Very helpful and kind! The checkout lady also was very nice when she heard our story. We will continue to recommend and use US Park!! Thank you for your help last night!

    I thought this is a good service. However, I had to wait for a second shuttle because the first was too full. No problem. I also had to wait for other people to be dropped off. After I was seven minutes late at checkout, I was charged an extra 3 dollars. Kind of annoyed that there is no grace period when time can vary +- 15 minutes

    Use to get assistance when getting on and off bus. Being handicapped and needing some help, just a bit of it would have been greatly appreciated. Need more location information in the airport, and once again help with luggage. Had to call twice trying to find out pick up information. Drop off driver never uttered a word! A reply "hello" would of been a bit comforting, but then again that person may have been having a bad day or not feeling well'

    Staff was NOT helpful - I had a wheelchair walker and elderly mother with luggage to maneuver without any help at all! I have been to other lots at dtw when help was needed they did so with a smile, when I asked the driver for help the reply was "we don't do that" Well Guess what.....put that in your info then! I as well as my company will Never use that lot ever again......shame on you for discrimination against handicap people

    The attendant that checked me out was less than helpful. She was more concerned about whether her co-worker was helping customers than getting me off and on my way. When I asked about a receipt showing the entire amount I paid for parking (I had to relinquish the receipt I printed), she said "you should have printed out two receipts. That's what I always do." I wasn't happy with that customer service.
