US Park is located just off I-94 so transportation to and from Detroit Airport is quick and hassle free. The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run 24/7 for your convenience. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. Once you return to Detroit Airport and after retrieving your baggage, please call 800-447-7275 for nearest location of Pick Up.

    worst experience ever! Waited at terminal for 20 minutes and no pick-up...called and waited another 15 before van came...meantime every other lot had a minimum of 5 vans (quick-park - had 8!). we weren't alone at least 20 people waiting with us. we have used us park for years ..NEVER AGAIN

    Disappointed that bus driver was someone who couldn't or wouldn't help people who were obviously elderly, infirm, canes, walkers etc. place their luggage on and off the bus. Just sat there while above people struggled on and off. it must be your policy but would not recommend your lot to my parents or older family members who need some assistance. IT was the kindness of other able bodied passengers that was a saving grace for these folks... certainly not your driver. did not deserve a tip! SUggest getting drivers willing and able to help and people would gladly come back to your lot and tip the driver for their assistance.

    Parking lot was clean and easy to find and get to. Only suggestion is for the staff to be a lot nicer. The lady we had entering the parking lot was funny and joked around with us but if we didn't have a sense of humor she could've really upset someone. The lady we had to check us out was not friendly at all and looked angry.

    AT check out we were double charged and are still fighting to get it fixed. What a pain. The worst people over there on the phone are terrible not helpful at all. We park there all the time but not any more.

    NEGATIVE WITH POSITIVE OPPORTUNITY. SPACING TOO TIGHT STRIPPING SHOULD BE COSTCO MODEL CALLED TWIN OR DOUBLE LINES. REALIZE LOSS OF PARKING SPACES THOUGH YOU WOULD BE ONE UP ON THE COMPETITION. NEW CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY MIGHT COPY.

    The online discount was confusing when it came to the check out. It originally seemed as if I saved $15 but at the gate it seemed to be $5. However the shuttle bus we never had to wait for and they were so nice. It was never over crowded and they were helpful.

    Great experience. Lady run parking lot for the woman traveler which was pleasant. They don't help with luggage so be aware of that... But they try to help you and wait until my car started!! Kim R was great!

    Upon my return my car battery was dead( I had left my lights on ). I called the number and within 5 minutes they brought a battery charger and I was soon on my way. Very polite and accomadating booth and drivers. Thank you.
