The lot at US Park has 24 hour surveillance and is completely fenced and secure so your car will be safe for the duration of your trip. Free shuttle buses run 24/7 for your convenience. Car care services and a shuttle to the Cruise Pier and Amtrack Station are also available. US Park ask that you be ready to depart for the airport 15 minutes before you need to be at the departure terminal. This was my first time. I am not from the area, so I missed my exit to get to the lot, but once I did a loop around the airport, I had no problems finding Middle Belt. Other than that, the lot was huge, but marked easily enough to find a spot, we were picked up right at our truck, there was no wait time there or back, and both drivers were super friendly. Will definitely use this again!
Spaces were a little tight but overall great experience.
Staff is always friendly and courteous. Rapid pickup from the lot and upon our return at the terminal. We are repeat customers and will be again.!

Car was in perfect condition on our late night return -- driver went out of her way to align the door of the van to our car so that we could unload and pack our trunk quickly.
shuttle bus took us right back to our parking space and she was very nice staff at the gate where also nice this was my 1st time using parking service won't be my last
Although we had to cancel for this last trip, our parking experience when we went to Vegas was great & we definitely will use again.
They gave me a paper slip indicating here I parked. When I got back, I just a need the paper to the driver and she got me to the spot quickly. Of the better parking experiences. Will definitely use US again.
worst experience ever! Waited at terminal for 20 minutes and no pick-up...called and waited another 15 before van came...meantime every other lot had a minimum of 5 vans (quick-park - had 8!). we weren't alone at least 20 people waiting with us. we have used us park for years ..NEVER AGAIN
Disappointed that bus driver was someone who couldn't or wouldn't help people who were obviously elderly, infirm, canes, walkers etc. place their luggage on and off the bus. Just sat there while above people struggled on and off. it must be your policy but would not recommend your lot to my parents or older family members who need some assistance. IT was the kindness of other able bodied passengers that was a saving grace for these folks... certainly not your driver. did not deserve a tip! SUggest getting drivers willing and able to help and people would gladly come back to your lot and tip the driver for their assistance.
This is the only lot I'll use in the future.

Parking lot was clean and easy to find and get to. Only suggestion is for the staff to be a lot nicer. The lady we had entering the parking lot was funny and joked around with us but if we didn't have a sense of humor she could've really upset someone. The lady we had to check us out was not friendly at all and looked angry.
AT check out we were double charged and are still fighting to get it fixed. What a pain. The worst people over there on the phone are terrible not helpful at all. We park there all the time but not any more.
Quick service both to and from the airport from your facility. Will definitely use again.

On July 6, 2016, I parked and went to Dallas, TX for 6 days. When I returned, I found my driver's side window covered with plastic, I had left my window down. Thank you for the security and attention to detail. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

NEGATIVE WITH POSITIVE OPPORTUNITY. SPACING TOO TIGHT STRIPPING SHOULD BE COSTCO MODEL CALLED TWIN OR DOUBLE LINES. REALIZE LOSS OF PARKING SPACES THOUGH YOU WOULD BE ONE UP ON THE COMPETITION. NEW CUSTOMERS BEFORE THEY MIGHT COPY.
