don't think will park with you anymore,,have a 2015 honda crv,when left it at lot my gas tank was full, when I came back to pick it up it was 1/2 tank,,,,unbeleivable..
I waited about 40 minutes AFTER I got my bags and called - telling me the wait time was 15 minutes. I was NOT pleased with the wait - but my car was in safe condition and ready to go which was nice. I will be finding another company because the wait has been longer and longer each time I have used them. It's not worth saving the $2/day for LONG wait times.

The drive who picked us up is rude...disrespectful and horrible.we all have accents ....sometimes to listen to consumers is first rang.drive hang up on me three times and told me over the phone to take a taxi to get my car.refuge pickup from airport. REALLY?
We were told that if we do not call in early from the ship the wait could be as long as 45 minutes. The wait was almost double that. During that time, I saw over 20 park and go shuttles any many others multiple times while I waited for the 1 shuttle to make its grand entrance. This is my second experience with us1 parking. First time no problems. I thought I found my guy. However now, I will be looking to use park and go or some other comp any next time around
getting to the airport is the pits, 45 minutes for us, others waited over an hour..only 1 person on duty..and the customers just kept comming..we could not all fit in the van..2 people missed their flight...what if it was raining ???..most of your recent reviews indicate the same as mine..for 2 days i was charged $25 on line..earlier reservation for three days in may is only $19, how is that possible..your product used to be good now as the prices go up you are less attrctive then the others..think about it, i am going to...
Street signage needs to be improved...we had a tough time finding the location as two addresses on Rte. 1 were listed...otherwise, everything was fine.

It was difficult to find the lot in the dark. We passed it twice and had to call to specific directions.
I had to wait 40 minutes for the Van to come. About to miss my flight I left my keys and receipt and license plate on the counter. I took a cab to the airport instead of the Van. from the airport I called and explained what and why I did. The counter guy yelled at me , said he would have my car towed and then hung up on me. I called back to tell him of my arriangements for someone to come get my car. He then told me that he would handle it and told me to not do that again. Don't worry, I won't do that again as I will not park their again. 45 minutes for the Van to return and then give our group a ride to the airport is not acceptable.
The shuttle took 30-45 minutes to pick me up when I arrived at the airport.
well, US1 NEED TO PUT A SIGN WITCH EXPLAIN WHERE TO STAND TO WAIT FOR THE BUS WHEN SOME BADY IS FROM HIS TRIP. THAT IS SUCK. I WAITED OVER A HOUR FOR PICK UP. SO FAR, NOT TOO BAD FOR THE SERVICE
I had a horrible experience for the second time in a row! Last month my shuttle never came to pick me up from the airport and after an hour and 15 min I finally just took a cab. When I reached the shuttle place the guy was outside counting cars and said that they were in the middle of changing shift so he had to do his starting duties before he came to get me. My second issue was on Tuesday. When I reached the same shuttle place to get dropped at the airport the lot guy told me to pull my car up to a particular spot. Once I stepped out of the vehicle I watched him get in a van that he had been washing when I pulled up and drive off. I waited about 10-15 minutes then I went back to my car and just drove to the airport. Both times my trips were paid for and I was unable to be serviced. I Called your customer service line Yesterday and today. Both times I was on hold for 15 min so I hung up. Something needs to be done about this!
We returned at 12:15AM on 3/16 at terminal 3. We should have been told when we parked that there were only certain areas used for pickup. We ended up walking a lot further and wasting time than was necessary. Also, the driver used a small van. You need to put your name in lights on the roof or somewhere so it can be seen.
Excellent service from the attendant. Very fast and efficient. The attendant told us for the best service to make sure to keep our bags for self carry off the ship and to call after clearing customs. We were off the ship by 7:15 and called as soon as we cleared customs. The attendant was there 5 minutes to pick us up. He was very fast and efficient and our car was pulled out and ready for us when we arrived. I would definitely use this service again!
