Don't ever leave money in your, on March 30, 2016, I parked my car there and came back the next day, they empty all the spare change I had in the car, that was stealing, be aware of that.
Shuttle was way behind schedule... Miss flight. Saved few $ in parking but paid hundreds $$$ to rebook the flight
I like this company. It is easy to get to once you know where the entrance is. I did drive around it the first time I used them, but now I know the entrance. At night and in early mornings, they only had one person to be both the shuttle driver and answer phones. Be prepared to wait for either drop-off or pick-up. Once they parked my car on an ant hill, and they moved in to my car. I still prefer this lot over the others due to the ease of getting in and out of this location.
I have used your services several times but have found the wait time for pickup at the airport inconsistent. If this was really only 5-15 mins I would use your service more.
I waited more than an hour to be picked up at the airport , and than almost 1 1/2 hours for my car at the lot. It took me longer to get my car than it did to fly from New York to Florida. And it wasn't the fault of the people on duty. They were understaffed and overwhelmed. As your records show I've used US Parking many times but the last two occasions have been a nightmare. You've lost a good customer!
The traffic was really bad that day. No fault of yours! We were going on a Cruise and had ample time but it would have been terrible if it was a air plane that we needed to catch. It would be great if we knew in advance that there is a problem. How could you know?
Our GPS device (WAVE) took us to the wrong place....i.e. The address given by you???? Is there any way you can correct that problem? Thanks
We traveled over the holidays when it was very busy. I have used this company before with no issues at all. When we arrived we asked when the shuttle would be coming and no one seemed to have any sense of urgency or could give us a time estimate - so we had to taxi to the airport to make our flight. Returning home - I called at baggage claim for pick up. I called back 45 minutes later after still no pick up and they were very rude - not apologizing for the long wait and still could not give us an estimated pick up time. We saw all the other shuttles drive past several times while we waited. We took a taxi again after an hour of waiting on the shuttle. I asked for a refund at the front desk and the guy told me no refunds could be issued. I couldn't believe how horrible the service was and how long we had to wait both times...I will never use this service again.
The parking company is very unorganized and does not pick up the customers in a timely manner. I called for a pick up which is supposed to be within 30 minutes. I called 4 times and was picked up 2 hours later. The Lot attendants left trash in my car. The only thing I can say is they are a couple of dollars a day cheaper for parking but they are far from being professional and running an efficient business.
Absolutely awful experience! Second time using this parking lot and I will not give it a third chance. Waited an hour for a shuttle and the staff was very rude. Ended up calling an uber to come get me. It shouldn't matter what time your flight comes in, the parking lot is less than 4 miles away and it shouldn't take 30+ minutes to come pick you up. Not worth the money.
Would use your service and recommend it to others. Very good operation all round.

WE arrived at United Air--I called after our bags were delivered. I was told to go outside to the right. I said are u sure we are at United Air ( i had taken it before and parked at the same US parking)--He repeated to go right. So we went outside to the right and of course there was no pick up spot. The security told us it was way down to the left. We walked there and I called again to be sure they were picking up up. He said I thought you were at American--I said I repeated to yo it was United. Ok he said I'll be there in 3 min I'm in the van entering the airport. We waited another 10 to 12 min more and no van. he then called me and asked us what airline we were on --I said where are you. ,he said again I'm almost there. We waited another 5 min and he arrived. we were driving back and he said Your Camry is ready. I said I don't have a Camry. Oh I must have taken the wrong car out. ( and yes I repeated the ticket number to him)< we got to the lot and he took my slip. He went to find the car and he came back to us and said it's not here. WHAT.! He said someone must have moved it I'll search for it. Not it's 1 AM and he searching for our car. After about another 5/8 min he found it. It was filthy. It was totally covered in leaves tree sap and buds. The car was discolored and the leaves after 2 weeks had decomposed and were leaving marks everywhere. I had it detailed the next day and they had a hard time getting the stains out. Plus in the trunk well and the windshield well they had to vacuum the buds and leaves out. I've used this lot before and had no problems but this was a nightmare.
great service, my only complaint is that my car was extremely dirty on the outside. where do you guys park these cars?
