Stayed here last year when all the construction was going on so it was a little confusing. But every one was great, courteous and very helpfull. Coming back the shuttle was there within 10 minutes even with all the construction. Will see you again at the end of the month. will call to make a reservation.

Insufficient staff delivering cars upon return. Forced to wait 10-15 minutes after paying for vehicle. considering they knew 30 minutes before our return that we were coming, that is inexcusable.

Received exceptional customer service from everyone there. I was on crutches and in a knee brace and unable to carry luggage. Everyone, from the desk personnel, to the shuttle van driver (who was fantastic) was kind, helpful, polite and accommodating, despite the extra help I required during a busy time of night. The women's restroom was also extremely clean, as well as spacious, which impressed me immensely. Valet service was efficient and well-organized. Shuttle service was great. I did not wait at all to go the airport and the pick-up service was fast as well.( I probably waited less than 10 minutes.) I highly recommend them and I will definitely come back again!

I have been using this servcei for over two years. I find everyone courteous and helpful. You need to plan for the etra time for the check in to drop off your car and the shuttle arrival. You need to budget for the extra time. I have never waited more than10 minutes for pick up from the airport once I caled them. My car was waaiting for me and ready to go when I arrived at the lot. I always recommend this parking lot.

When we checked we had to wait for the shuttle to get there making us late for our flight. When we returned we waited almost 30 mins after we called for pick up before the shuttle showed up. When I told the attendant we waited too long (I was traveling with my 2 kids, both under 3 years old) she argued with me about my time of call and was extremely rude. Part of the reason I chose this lot over other, cheaper lots was the advertisement of immediate pick up. I was very disappointed with that aspect of the service as well as the rude, unapologetic attendant.

The issue was that the shuttle service was not prompt in the pick up. We sat at B12 Orlando for an estimated 25 minutes. In that time allof the other service provided by other Parking Lot services had been there at least two times. We were, without quesiton disappointed. In addition, the driver had to be asked by the person requesting the info 3 or more times as to our names and ticket number. He gave this info two times before departing from the Airport Lot and several times while driving. We did not understand what the issue was as to why the names and ticket number was asked so many times. thankyou.

U-Save was fine. Vans for shuttle were in okay condition. The place seems understaffed. On check-in, the attendant had to excuse themselves 5 times to answer the phone making the process longer than necessary then had to leave that busy phone to go park the cars that were built up in the entry. When we returned, there was more than a 45 minute wait for the shuttle to get to the airport--the shuttle driver was also the person checking out their rental cars and pulling the parking lot vehicles up. Once again, the two attendants at the desk were answering phones making the checkout process longer. Overall I would use an off-property parking establishment again but might try another one with better staffing.

Service to the airport at the beginning of the trip was perfect, however it took several calls and close to 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to the airport to pick up up to return to pick up our vehicle. Frustrating, but not enough to make me discontinue using the service.
