    I would've givin this place 4 or 5 stars if I didn't have to wait on shuttle to pick me up so long. They dropped the ball on that part considering they knew when I was flying in. Other than that, all good.

    The sign outside for Travel Time is very small and we missed it 3 times, driving right passed it.

    Unfortunately I had a bad experience in that my car gearshift knob was broken sometime after I left the car and was in a broken condition when I picked it up. I had to immediately take it to the dealer and it took three hours to fix it at substantial expense. I tried to get reimbursed for part of the expenses caused by presumably the valet who parked or retrieved my car. The owner was not very accommodating in this regard and has no Insurance to cover the damages. He considered it and asked me to call back in one day and was a bit rude to my wife when she called. If you park here, I would leave detailed instructions on how to run the car. If damaged you're on your own.

    Always a pleasant experience at the Parking Club despite having to deal with the normal hassles of airline travel. It's the front desk personnel and the drivers like Idan that make the difference!

    Both my to and from airport trips I was in a shuttle without air conditioning. In Jacksonville, FL in July this can't be quite uncomfortable. The shuttle driver was very courteous and apologetic. I didn't blame her. The office was shorthanded and the man behind the counter had trouble checking four of us out.

    Need a BIGGER sign denoting Travel Time.!!!!!!!! I'm sure you have been told this many times over. Because we have used this company before, we were aware of it but other customers said they almost missed the place--as happened to us the first time. When it came time to pay, the man at the desk wanted to charge me approximately $8 too much. I told him three times that I owed him eleven dollars and change. He wanted 19 dollars and change. When I suggested that he was wrong and to look at my receipt which they had confiscated on our arrival, a girl came up and told him something and explained that I also had a $5 coupon etc. He finally relented and said, that will be $11.41. I wanted to scream at him that "that was what I had told you from the beginning!!!!!!" I placed exact amount on counter. He then said, "you owe me another nickel." I pointed out the nickel which was still on the counter. He was not nice. Never apologized for his mistake. His attitude bordered on rudeness. Get rid of him!!! The others were always O.K.

    We could not have been happier! Plus, when we arrived at the parking lot, just moments after we arrived at curbside and jumped onto the shuttle, our car -- just washed, waxed and vacuumed -- was pulled up to meet us. The service could not have been better.

    The van which picks the customers up from the airport should be marked with the name of the company instead of it being just a plain white van. I called the company to ask what the van and driver looked like before we got in the van. The parking lot is rather dark and they really need to add more light. WATCH THE AMOUNT OF TIP YOU GIVE YOUR DRIVER. MY HUSBAND GAVE THE DRIVER A $10 BILL AND TOLD HIM TO TAKE $5, THE DRIVER PUT THE $10 IN HIS POCKET AND THEN SAID THAT HE HAD ONLY BEEN GIVEN $5. We both know that the driver was given $10.

    I enjoyed a good experience with your crew. I do not regularly travel from JAX, and do not know when I may ever need to depart from there again. You may want to completely pave your parking lot, and or resurface it in sections over time.
