This was my first flight out of JAX and therefore my first experience in long term parking there. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of dropping my car off and prompt transport to the airport and my return pickup was a peace of cake! Thanks so much and I plan on using you again in a couple of weeks!

We have used several other parking facilities along that "strip". Yours is the best. I very much appreciate being able to book online. I also like the ability to leave the car where I have entered the business and,also, the fact that my car is waiting for me at the office when I return. It could not be easier!

The signage was poor, it didn't match the company name on the reservation. Only way we found it was because I had read someone else's comments about the signage.

Very courteous staff. The parking lot was VERY difficult to find because there was very little signage. Also at pickup, I couldn't remember which company I used to park with. The name wasn't listed on my stub. You need to add more signage at the entrance of the lot and put your name on the claim ticket so that we can remember you.

The reason I marked "parking lot easy to find..." as "poor" is because your your lot is not well lighted or signed on the access road. I arrived on the road servicing the parking lots about 5:00 AM, and every lot on the strip had huge signs, bright lights, and were well marked. I actually drove past Travel Time and had to loop through the airport and come back again to find your lot. Also, some of the company identification signs were inconsistent: some said Parking Club, others said King Park, some said Travel Time. A 24 hour lighted sign on the road would be helpful. Otherwise, service was great and pricing very reasonable.

Primary criteria for choosing this vendor was the ability to locate them. I'm familiar with the airport are and while there are a number of parking vendors, the lots, signage, and entrances are obscured and on a limited access frontage road. The picture of this business on airportparkingreservations.com showing a brightly colored, easy to identify building was the deciding factor.

I made the reservation for "Travel Time" Parking. The building had a huge sign with a different name on it. I did finally see a VERY small sign that said "Travel Time", on a fence, but wasted time looking for it. Also the shuttle was not easy to locate, because it also did NOT say "Travel Time".

When we first got there, the people were rushing us with our 8 month old baby just because the flight crew were late, thats their fault for being late. We were being treated poorly and were not offered help with our bags. Pick-up however was outstanding. They offer to carry our bags, the people on shift were ao friendly and helpful. I believe you need to improve the the staff you got and teach your employees how to practice courtesy, professionalism and friendliness towards customers.

I was very pleased with Travel Time Airport parking. When we got to the airport my son realized he left his ipod in the car. I called and they immediately offered to get it out of the car and bring it back to the airport to us. We had already gone through security so I asked if they could just keep it there in the office for us. They did. Excellent service. Thanks.

When we arrived upon our return flight, we followed instructions and went to the designated pickup and then called for the shuttle. I was told the driver should be there within 5 minutes. It took almost 20 minutes. I understand the passage of time but when the shuttle driver can't make it in a certain time, don't tell me it will be about 5 minutes when it's more like 20 minutes. I was a bit irritated about this. But, the driver moved quickly to get us and our luggage aboard and my truck was ready when we arrived. Overall, the experience was acceptable. But, the wait at the curbside was frustrating.

I reserved online, which gave me a different company name than what you operate under. I drove in circles looking for the place. When I called the employee was very nice and got me there quickly. I think a lot of confusion could be avoided by using the company name that is on your sign when reserving online!
