    Although I appreciated the price and the friendliness of staff, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle to the TownPlace Suites in Denver (where I parked my car). I finally called and they told me that they only picked up on the West Terminal (of course I was on the east and was never told previously that the shuttle only picked on one side). After being picked up, we stopped at 3 hotels before getting to TownPlace, including the Econo Lodge which WAS ACROSS THE STREET. I told the driver I need to go to TownPlace, yet we went to other hotels after Econo, adding an additional 30 minutes to the trip. Overall, the experience took 85 minutes to get to my car. Seemed pretty senseless. Will probably park closer and pay a little more.

    Return transportation vehicle was poorly marked. We called for pick up and the dispatcher sent the pick up van to the wrong side of the terminal twice. Waited for 1 hr. I've taken the transport several times and this was my worst experience to date.

    We will never use this service again. It would have been good to know when we were researching this parking option that the hotel was the last stop in a series of hotels that are serviced by the shuttle. We had to carry our bags across a grass boulevard to get them into the shuttle. On the drive to the airport, the shuttle was weaving in the lane much like a boat being rocked by waves. When we got to the airport, the gate would not take the driver's card, so he had to back up and take another gate. We were dropped off on the east side of the airport. You would think that we would then get picked up on the same side. No, that is not how this works. When we called the hotel up after getting our bags, we were told only that the shuttle would pick us up by island 3 outside door 508, not which side. The clerk presumed we knew that door 508 is on the west terminal side. By the time we got to island 3 on the east side, my wife noticed doors 507 and 509. It occurred to her, by the time the shuttle was scheduled to pick up passengers on the west side, that we were on the wrong side of the airport. We called the hotel, asking if the shuttle could wait until we got to the other side. We were told the shuttle was on a tight schedule and could not wait. We got to the west terminal island 3 by 2 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, but the shuttle was not there. We waited another 40 minutes for the next shuttle, watching the competitor's shuttles show up 3 and even 4 times in that timespan. So much for the shuttle coming every 30 minutes. We boarded the return shuttle at 10 after the hour, having waited 55 minutes after our first call to the hotel. There was 1 seat left. A woman came running up to the shuttle and said she and her 2 kids had been waiting for 45 minutes already and needed to board. The driver would not let her on. We left the airport and the shuttle drove under the speed limit, all other vehicles passing it up on the way to Tower Road. The shuttle made 4 stops at hotels on Tower Road. We were finally dropped off last at TownePlace, 30 minutes after the shuttle left the airport. If this is the only shuttle the service operates, there is no way they can keep to their promise of shuttles picking up and dropping off every 30 minutes. When we got off, we went inside and had to wait to let the clerk know that we had arrived to pick up our car. You would think that we could have been given the log while the clerk was helping someone else checking into the hotel, but we were not. When that customer spoke up about the shuttle being the worst she had ever been on, I spoke up and said we just needed to let the hotel know that we were picking up our car. I left after speaking up and we loaded our car and drove off. We didn't save any money parking here because of the $5 fee that is tacked on just prior to paying for the parking. Like I said, never again will I park at TownePlace.
