Great service by Gerald. He attended to everything, including calling ahead and having our car ready and warm when we arrived. Great service.
The drop off went real well - the shuttle time was about 5 minutes, and the driver helpfull. But - when we returned, the shuttle time was about 30 minutes (Waiting in the cold after returning from a warm climate) Then - at the pickup - ouch! Our car was covered with 5 inches of snow. We had to borrow a brush and clean it off ourselves. We were not prepared for that; and it took awhile. Drivers quite friendly, attendants not as much.

We called for our pickup as instructed. Every time I pressed 4 for the international terminal, it would not connect thru. I ended up calling several times. I could not get thru to a person or was not able to confirm my pickup. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes to be picked up. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience with this company.

This is a great place to park. The shuttle was right there to take me to the airport and I only had to wait about 5min on my return. The drivers were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this to others, and would use it again.

You need to provide more regular service to terminal 5
Waited (again) for an exceptionally long period of time prior to shuttle pick up. Literally 6 Avis buses, 3 Dollar buses and 3 Hertz buses came and went as we continued to wait and wait........
Great service to and from the airport, great value for an off site parking. I will definitely recommend this to others and be using the service again.
The shuttle drivers were friendly and very helpful with our baggage. The check-out attendant at exit gate was abrupt and rude.
The counter staffs at the parking lot is very rude and she don't want listen to customer questions. We waited nearly 30 minutes in the parking lot to get our car. She didn't responded properly when I enquired about my car. Date of Arrival: 8/26 - 1:15 pm.
Our driver (Juan? or did he say driver number one?) was working hard, very helpful, and extremely courteous. We had a great experience and will park there again.
Waited almost a half hour for the Thrifty shuttle at O'Hare. Saw dozens of shuttles for all other rental car companies, not sure why there was no Thrifty shuttle as quickly. After a long trip and flight, that's too long to wait when you just want to pick up your car and head home.
I was a little ticked that one of your workers told me to go inside and pay. It took 20 minutes before I got to an agent,and he told me I could pay at the gate.
You must improve the shuttle pick up for terminal 5
I would like to thank Carmine for excellent customer service I had a concern about charges from previous time I parked on the lot. He was very helpful. Thank you your good customer service will make me continue to park at that lot and also refer friends and family
Everything was ok until we returned to get our car. The lady inside did not give directions as to what to do to get our car. There was 6 people waiting for directions and she continued to talk to a co-worker for several minutes before she even acknowledged us. After another customer said somethin along with myself she just said "your car is outside" and continued her conversation. This was our first experiene with Thrifty and may be our last.
