Checking In was great.Checking out lousy!!! The female at the counter and her superviser were very close to being rude. I will not use Thrifty's services again.
Arrival Info:
Please arrive at Thrifty Airport Valet Parking 15 minutes prior to the time you want to be at your airport terminal.
Airport Transportation:
Upon arrival pull into Thrifty's paved, fenced, secured lot and a valet attendant will ride with you to the airport. He/she will obtain your flight information, drop you off at the curb side check-in, and return the car to the Thrifty Airport Valet Parking lot. Upon return from your trip, call us on our free courtesy phone. Our blue Courtesy Coach TM will transport you to your waiting vehicle. The car will be cooled in the summer and warmed in the winter.
Operation Hours:
Valet Parking - only 3/5 mile from Airport. Open 24 hours per day. Safe and Secure.
Additional Information:
At Thrifty Airport Parking we take you to Columbus Airport in your own car so there is no need for unloading and loading your luggage more than is necessary and no waiting. Please arrive 15 minutes before you need to be at the terminal. When you arrive at Thrifty's Parking lot a valet attendant will ride with you to the terminal, dropping you off curbside then return your car to the parking lot. While there we will provide car wash, detail, oil change and gasoline for an extra charge, details of which will be printed on the fax receipt. We will also clear your car of snow in the winter and make sure its kept cool in the summer for your return. Once you return to CMH you can use our courtesy phone to call and arrange for our blue courtesy coach TM to transport you to your waiting vehicle.
