Had a great first experience with self parking at the Westin. Shuttle was waiting right there. Friendly staff at valet desk where you pick up your ticket to get out of the lot. Reasonable rate with online booking. Clean lot. Definitely recommended.
a great choice to park your car when flying out of LAX. nice staff and minimal wait times. will use again! text when flight got to LAX and car was ready. call and shuttle wait was about 20 minutes but there is construction going on around LAX so we were told to expect delays.
GREAT! Waited less than 5 minutes for shuttle both coming and going. I texted when we landed and car was waiting. Will use again.
After texting our claim number upon our return, the shuttle passed us by, even though we were waving him down. He then stopped about 30 feet ahead of us and opened the van doors. We were running to catch the van and when we got about 8 feet away, the van took off. When I phoned and explained what had happened, I was advised that another van was 10 minutes away. That van didn't arrive for another 40 minutes. Not a good experience.
the shuttle took more than 30 mins and I've seen every other hotels shuttle have passed at least twice, everyone on the bus was complaining about the long wait
Had to wait 45 minutes to get picked up on my returning flight. I watched my usual WallyPark (who was fully booked) go around about 6 times during that time.
If you're a female, traveling alone, this is a very safe alternative. You pull right up to a busy, high-end hotel and your car is valet-parked. Then, you wait in front of the hotel for the shuttle to the airport and that's it!
i waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle to be picked up from the airpot. There got to be more frequent shuttle service.
I don't think I'll park anywhere else. While slightly more expensive than some others, it is worth it. Other than sharing the shuttle with the Four Points down the road, this is a great service. Wait for shuttle at pick up was five minutes. I texted when I arrived, and my car was waiting. Attendants were courteous and even gave us bottles of water. Wonderful all around.
I texted lot upon arrival and car was waiting for me, which was great. But attendant not available to help load bags into car.

We had extreme difficulty being picked up at LAX to return the Westin. We hadn't been instructed where to stand; when we disembarked from our United flight and came out to the curb, we didn't know where to stand and wait so were passed by TWICE by the Westin shuttle driver. SO frustrating, so aggravating. Why weren't we told exactly where to stand? If we had been, we wouldn't have missed both shuttles. The front of the United exit is over 100 years wide, signage was impossible to find so how would anyone know where to stand and wait?
Everything was great expect my return shuttle driver. very bad driver, almost hit other cars while picking up at airport
Not accepting credit cards outside after midnight is a huge problem. I had to wait in line with all the people who wanted toget a hotel room instead of them using the card i provided to prepay. The valet outside was rude and didn't even see me to my car or offer to help with my bags. I will not be using the westin parking structure ever again.
We've used this facility twice. Shuttle pickup has varied etween 20 minutes to 1 minute. Service at checking and departure has always been quick and friendly. We use the text service to have our car brought up. It has always been ready by the time the shuttle arrives.
Payment arrangement at Westin LAX is annoying. To pay parking charges by credit card it's necessary to go inside hotel and stand in line at hotel front desk with all the people checking in or out of the hotel. Every other parking lot at LAX that I've used accepts credit card at the parking facility. Parking facility at Westin LAX will accept cash but not credit card. This is stupid and must change or they'll likely lose my business.
we parked at the Westin. The bus was dirty and overcrowded both going to the airpot and on return. The return shuttle took over 30 minutes to arrive and too full when it got to us.
I am one of your loyal customers, we have stayed at the Westin almost every year, for the end of year Manzanillero New Year Banquett. We enjoy you service its always clean and everyone is very professional from your cleaning crew to your parking attendent. We wil be back to enjoy more of your service. It took 15 min waiting for a pickup shuttle on the LAX shuttle island. We saw 3 Hilton shuttles, 2 Air Park, 3 Parking Spot, in that time. <10 min would be a good target. Otherwise, love the service. Thanks.
