    Best things - price, and valet service Worst - Several shuttles from other hotels drove by us at the airport before yours showed up. We probably waited over 20 minutes. It's not really that bad, just thought I'd mention it.

    the shuttle busses can taske up to 30 minutes. they need to run more often.

    The shuttle took over 30 minutes and had only standing room and others had to wait for next van. reception lobby busy and it took at least twenty minutes for line and hotel employees to figure out how to input payment to system. I will avoid westin
