shuttle on the back to parking lot was very poor. the shuttle was not coming often and when it came, it did not stop even though I waved (the driver saw me but just went off). bus number "12" westin hotel shuttle. I hope it won't happen again to anyone

The shuttle pick up was very slow; I saw shuttles for other hotels twice before I saw any shuttle for the Westin. When I went to pay, I was told the valet only takes cash, credit must be done at the hotel check in desk, where I had to stand in a long line with people who were checking in. I asked the hotel desk cashier why the valet couldn't take credit, and he said he didn't know, he thought maybe the credit card service shuts down at a certain time. This happened a prior time as well, and the valet told me their machine wasn't working. I do not recommend the Westin valet if you want to get out quickly.

My only criticism is there needs to be more shuttle buses running back and forth between the hotels and the airport. This is the second year in a row I have parked at the Westin and we always have to wait 20 - 30 minutes. Twice the bus was too crowded to pick up every one that was waiting. I believe the buses run every half hour, and it would be better if they ran at least every 15 minutes.

I know that you have no control over what passengers bring onto the shuttle, however you may want to spray them as there was a roach running around the luggage area. Had to watch it closely as I did not want to bring it home.. Shuttle from hotel to airport. This is why I gave you a fair rating in the area of condition. I will use you again.

Upon dropping off my car- service was great, prompt and friendly. Upon picking up my car, the shuttle at the airport took 35 mnutes to come. Upon entering the shuttle, I texted the number as instructed to have my car ready. After a very long day of travel , I was excited about this option. Upon arriving at The Westin LAX my car was no where to be found and took another 15 minutes to arrive. Overall, it averages out to a decent experience. I just wished things would have gone a bit more smoothly upon pick up of my vehicle.

I parked at the Westin LAX valet. Everything went smoothly when I dropped my car off. It was not as smooth upon retrieval. No one was at the valet for a while when I got off the shuttle. People at the desk didn't seem that helpful or knowledgable about the process, but maybe because it was after midnight. Finally my car did arrive and eventually the front desk processed my payment, but I had to do a lot of walking back and forth several times dragging all my bags between the valet area and front desk before they got it all taken care of. More coordination in this area would be helpful. Shuttles were great--drivers very helpful and I didn't need to wait very long at either end. Probably still one of the best ways to park at LAX.

Arrived at Westin LA to drop car off at 4:30 am. No one at valet counter. Went inside to lobby desk - no one seemed to care or attempted to locate - only that he will be around eventually since he has double duty as security and parking - seems if he was security you could reach him. When we returned valet attendant very helpful.

My "finish" was terrible. Besides the fact that I was already coming in from a delayed flight, I had to wait too long for the shuttle (at the 'break" point of 15-20 minutes). Once I arrived at the Westin, I was happy to see my car had been pulled up.

Very poor and inadequate shuttle service. took me 40 minutes to catch the shuttle from LAX to the Hotel. Had to call the hotel at 4 different ocasions to no avail. The valet attendant was very pleasant and tried to help as much as he could.
