    The valet service was excellent - personable, took care of my luggage and car; professional. Shuttle crowded coming back to hotel but same level of care and professionalism. Using them again this week. Shuttle has a schedule so wait time is expected.

    This is the second time I used this place and in general I can't beat the price, but both times I watched numerous shuttle from other places drive by before this shuttle showed.

    Arrived at DFW Westin at 5:50 am to make it on the 6 am shuttle. Front desk attendant was missing. By the time I was able to track down someone to check me in, I was unable to make the 6 am shuttle. Next shuttle was scheduled to leave at 6:30. Didn't leave until 6:40. Once at the terminal, I was 1 minute too late to utilize curbside check in. Had to drag my bag upstairs to the ticket counter. Barely got through security to make it on my flight. Bag didn't make it.

    you guys could offer car wash service and perhaps offer to fill the tank. That way when arriving after a very exhausted flight the car is good to go. for example, my car had low tire pressure after 2 weeks of being at the lot.

    I forgot to lock my car and only thought about it once i got to the airport. I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. When I returned nothing was touched. This is a good area and a safe, nice place to leave your car.

    Valet parking comes with your parking reservation. The valet parking attendant takes your payment then parks your car. You pull up, pay, done. Shuttle was on time to and from airport. I recommend The Westin Hotel for DFW Airport park and shuttle.

    Departure was not an issue. Service was good. After we arrived back at DFW, we waited for 45-50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Very disappointed in the wait time!

    Contrary to your written policy and leaving keys, the attendant required the full amount up front prior to parking car. This left me with no cash until I could get to a bank at my destination.

    I had to catch an international flight at 6:30 a.m. So, I parked my car at The Westin DFW Hotel at 3:45 a.m. Shuttle service was there at 4:00 a.m. The driver was courteous and quiet. It was pretty early in the morning. The driver on the way home, however, didn't pay too much attention to me. He was on the phone the whole time. His driving was a little scary, especially when he was driving at night. Overall, I thought the service was good. No frills, but they get the job done. I wasn't stranded and I didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle.
