    Upon arrival on 5/12/2015 9:26 am, there were 2 empty shuttles. We waited 46 minutes to be taken to the airport for no reason for delay that I could think of. There was no concern for our prompt or timely arrival at the airport. In fact we waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were in need of something ( which no one did) so, I eventually walked in the Westin and went to the front desk and asked where was the lot attendant. Funny thing was he ( hispanic male ) had been walking around in and out of the hotel back and forth from the parking lot empty handed and had never paid us any attention or asked us anything ( standing there with bags and all ) . In addition we missed our flight check in by 15 minutes and had to pay $75.00 to change flights. Your $8 a day from $5 a day was not worth our consideration ever again.....Now the return and pick up at the Airport was totally and completely opposite. The reception was nice and the attendant drove the shuttle to our car and unloaded our bags for us at our car in the parking lot....yes I did give him ( black male ) a $20 tip because he deserved it !

    Excellent. My car was washed and cleaned when i came back. Shuttle left on time and when i got back, the shuttle arrived in 5-10 minutes. Awesome. I wish it had shaded parking! But maybe that is asking for too much. Will use it again. Better than paying for a cab any day!

    The trip to airport was uneventful except for misunderstanding about where to catch the van. We were instructed to park by Ballroom and thought the pick-up was at that location. On return, we waited over an hour for the van. I have no idea what caused such a delay. We were told we would be picked up in less than 20 minutes.     Had to extend my trip and there was no problem, same rate, just added the extra days. I see many complaints on shuttle pick wait time. Well, the hotel is very clear on their site that it runs every half hour to the airport and back, on the hour and half hour, so the wait time made sense to me.

    I would give 4+ stars for service it has provided to me. It was a Valed parking reservation but I had to park by myself. Could be due to early morning hours, hotel had less staff in service. I have not experienced any delay during my parking over there or shuttle to airport but a little extra wait time at airport for shuttle back to Hotel parking upon my return from vacation.

    The shuttle driver was friendly and on time. We were required to walk 15 gates to meet the shuttle at 1:00 a.m. The parking lot attendants and hotel did not seem to be organized. When we returned from our trip, there was no valet present. We went to the front desk and were met with a blank stare. She instructed me to go ask the shuttle driver to retrieve my car. When I asked him, he did not seem to know what to do. He went inside the hotel and returned a bit later with a key to the valet box. He then asked me to pick out my keys and then handed them to me. I had not parked my car so I had no idea where the car was parked. When I told him this he shrugged his shoulders. At almost 2 a.m., my teenage daughter and I had to wonder around a parking lot hitting the panic button on my car to find it. I would not recommend using this lot.

    The valet service was excellent - personable, took care of my luggage and car; professional. Shuttle crowded coming back to hotel but same level of care and professionalism. Using them again this week. Shuttle has a schedule so wait time is expected.
