    Getting to the airport was fine. The driver was very courteous. Coming back was a nightmare. We have three kids ages 5 and under. We already had a gruesome 8 hour trip. We waited in the humid weather outside trying to control our kids because they are tired as well for 45 minutes. We called for the shuttle at 7:38pm. They gave us instructions and we followed it to the letter. We waited out there for 20 minutes and called again. Again we were told that the driver was on his way. We waited again for another 12 minutes and we started getting excuses like "he drove around there three times looking for you". That was totally false. My wife and I saw every vehicle pass by waiting for Westin shuttle to show up. Sheraton did a great job last time we traveled. We will not recommend Westin unless we get an apology and a refund. They have a responsibility to make this right. Thank you.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage. Had to wait for another customer to go to the airport, but wait was not long. On return, we called the number given us and were given instructions on where to be. Transportation arrive in a few minutes.

    Extremely dark parking lot. Was traveling alone with 7 month old baby. I called ahead of time to confirm there was nothing more I needed to do. I also asked if there was a specific place to park. I was told I was good to park wherever there was an open space. I arrived at 4am on a Friday with it downpouring. I parked, unloaded baby, stroller & luggage and ran to the lobby. Went inside to make sure all was good. Was told I needed to repark to a specific area. So, off I went running in the rain with baby again and parked where there were little to no parking lot lights. I will give props to the driver working that shift - Jonathan did drive and met me to get me so I wasn't running all the way back again. When I returned from trip on Monday/Tuesday 1am - we were dropped off at lobby and I was walking with baby all the way to where I parked while it was extremely dark. I realize this was not a park and fly deal, but I did not feel safe at all with little light(s). Saying all this - when I travel with the family & husband in a few wks - I will definitely consider parking here again. When I travel alone or with a child - I will pay extra and park somewhere else

    We arrived to park prior to our flight and left as quickly as we got there. Upon our return, the shuttle was waiting for us and was a lot faster than we had expected. Would definitely use them again!

    Excellent location and big parking lot, clean facilities, nice staff. Little pricier than nearby smaller hotel parking lots but the shuttles run more frequently, every 30 minutes. For departure, I like the service because I can schedule my time according to the shuttle schedule. But for arrival, there is no set schedule so you don't know when you will get back to the parking lot. (On our last arrival, it took about an hour total). FYI. At DFW terminal E, the courtesy van pick up area is a smoking area on lower level.

    Our driver to and from airport was great; same guy and very affable; good representation of Texas hospitality; only thing I would do differently would be to not park under a tree; I did this to keep sun off but had tree sap all over my car after 2 weeks gone; bad choice on my part Otherwise this hotel was perfect....

    Excellent service. We parked at the Westin by DFW. Shuttle took us immediately to airport upon our arrival. On our return we called when we got off plane and by the time we walked through terminal to ground transportation, the Westin shuttle was there to pick us up. We will definitely use again.

    This was the 2nd time I used the Westin for parking. I use ParkingSpot when travelling on business since I can expense but it's a lot more expensive. Westin is much cheaper, it's easy and is great. You pull in and the valet/lot attendant at the front takes your parking receipt and directs you where to park your car. The valet/lot attendant then gives you a business card w/tel to call upon return arrival baggage claim at the airport . We waited 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport. Upon trip return, called the tel, told them what baggage claim we were at, and the y told us what lower level gate/hotel transport pickup zone we needed to meet them at. Shuttle arrived in about 10-15 min. (hotel to airport is about a 10-15 min ride). All in, I give it 5 stars, the valets/lot attendants / drivers were all really nice , totally felt my car safe there both times, and I will continue to use them to park when travelling.

    When I dropped my car off it was terrible weather. It was raining very badly so the wait time for the shuttle to return was longer than 15 minutes. Another customer called a taxi and another lady and I took the ride with the one who called. However, when I returned, I simply called the hotel and followed the instructions provided. Within 10 mins I had a shuttle all to myself. And the driver was very friendly. A little too talkative but I rather that than for him to be rude. Overall, my experience was great!

    Shuttle left promptly at 2:30 PM on the trip to the airport. Two stops before us and then we got to Terminal E at about 2:50 PM (just as the staff had estimated when I called the week prior). On the trip back to the parking lot, we waited 10 -15 minutes after calling and only made one stop on the way back. Shuttle driver was extremely friendly and helpful.
