Didn't explain clearly where to meet the shuttle. Luckily the airport personnel was aware of pick up locations.

When we were taken to the airpot, everyone was kind and courteous. It was when we got back that we had issues. Whomever answered my call for pick obviously did not alert the driver that we were there for pick up. She took my name and number during my first call. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I called again and the lady said she didn't have our name at all. I told her that the first lady I spoke with had my name. It was shortly after that they picked us up.
Parking there and checking in was smooth and efficient. Coming back was a whole different story. They say not to call until you already receive your bag from baggage claim, well I should have called once we landed because we waited 50 minutes outside for pickup. Called back 30 minutes after the first call, and was told the driver was 6 minutes away. 10 minutes later I call and ask again, and at that point they dispatched the driver to our location. My Wife and I saw different hotel shuttles go around and around and around while we waited for the Westin Shuttle just once. Made it worst due to the fact we had to pickup our dogs at someone's house and kept them up later when they had to work the next morning.
I'm pleased with how quickly I was picked up from the airport. Also, my interaction on the phone with the shuttle schedulers was helpful and kind.
Getting to the airport was fine. The driver was very courteous. Coming back was a nightmare. We have three kids ages 5 and under. We already had a gruesome 8 hour trip. We waited in the humid weather outside trying to control our kids because they are tired as well for 45 minutes. We called for the shuttle at 7:38pm. They gave us instructions and we followed it to the letter. We waited out there for 20 minutes and called again. Again we were told that the driver was on his way. We waited again for another 12 minutes and we started getting excuses like "he drove around there three times looking for you". That was totally false. My wife and I saw every vehicle pass by waiting for Westin shuttle to show up. Sheraton did a great job last time we traveled. We will not recommend Westin unless we get an apology and a refund. They have a responsibility to make this right. Thank you.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with luggage. Had to wait for another customer to go to the airport, but wait was not long. On return, we called the number given us and were given instructions on where to be. Transportation arrive in a few minutes.
Extremely dark parking lot. Was traveling alone with 7 month old baby. I called ahead of time to confirm there was nothing more I needed to do. I also asked if there was a specific place to park. I was told I was good to park wherever there was an open space. I arrived at 4am on a Friday with it downpouring. I parked, unloaded baby, stroller & luggage and ran to the lobby. Went inside to make sure all was good. Was told I needed to repark to a specific area. So, off I went running in the rain with baby again and parked where there were little to no parking lot lights. I will give props to the driver working that shift - Jonathan did drive and met me to get me so I wasn't running all the way back again. When I returned from trip on Monday/Tuesday 1am - we were dropped off at lobby and I was walking with baby all the way to where I parked while it was extremely dark. I realize this was not a park and fly deal, but I did not feel safe at all with little light(s). Saying all this - when I travel with the family & husband in a few wks - I will definitely consider parking here again. When I travel alone or with a child - I will pay extra and park somewhere else

We arrived to park prior to our flight and left as quickly as we got there. Upon our return, the shuttle was waiting for us and was a lot faster than we had expected. Would definitely use them again!
