    I give the experience 5 stars because it provided everything i needed a safe place to park my car and get me to and from airport via shuttle at one of the lowest cost i could come up with.Some things you need to know to simplify it for next person when you get to the hotel and pull up to the parking attendant have your extra copy of prepaid reservation ready you will then be asked to park and you wont be given any specific spot or area other than go hunting a spot then you will load up in next available shuttle and you will need to know which terminal to be dropped at . Once you arrive back and you are at baggage claim call and correspond your pickup WHICH WILL BE AT THE LOWER LEVEL COURTESY VAN PICKUP AREA FARTHEST FROM DOOR AREA LAST ONE and allow 20 minutes for pickup. the shuttle drivers are super friendly BUT DON'T BE SURPRISED IF THE PARKING ATTENDANT IS SNIPPY he talked trash and argued with my wife the whole time I was off parking our car, stating that i was taking tOo long which was not the case fact is it was 6pm on a Monday and the parking lot was full and the direction he pointed for me to park there no open spots so i had to run up and down the rows till i spotted one all and all maybe took 5 minutes for me to park and walk back up to where the shuttle was located at which point i could hear my wife talking loudly with parking attendant I asked whats the deal she stated he was complaining the entire time i was gone to park because they did not want to wait she told them just go will wait for the next shuttle which was already sitting there.OTHER THAN THE PARKING ATTENDANTS ATTITUDE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT .

    Not my favorite parking lot, but it was really fine. We parked there on a Saturday when the hotel had a wedding, so we had to park WAY around in the back. The gal inside had us waiting on the van, when all along he was sitting right in the parking lot where he could OBVIOUSLY see us there with our luggage. We finally went over to ask and yep, he was our driver. Glad we weren't pushed for time.

    Overall I am pleased with the hotel parking. Checking in was quick and easy. Shuttle was every 30 minutes going to the airport. The driver accommodated us very well with a stepping stool for my grand mama and waters to drink on our return. The only thing I was not pleased with was the 25-30 wait time.

    I have been used this parking every time I need to fly anywhere. It's very convinience and very cost saving compare to other kinds of parking. I also see many pilots and flight attendants use this service as well. I personally prefer parking at Westin Hotel since the staffs there are always friendly and courteous.

    It would've been more useful to be informed by parking staff how does the pre-paid parking works. Usually you get like a tag you put in your car, but here we just showed up, got in the shuttle and that was it. No questions asked. So we weren't not sure if there was a step missing!

    Experience was great until our arrival at DFW. We had to walk a long distance for pickup because you only pick up at specific American gates. We are 70 years old and do not appreciate long walks upon arrival. were not informed of this policy at reservation date. will not use your service again.

    We've used this parking service several times. I've also recommended them to friends. The shuttle is so convenient and they are so fast. Most recently we were in the wrong area and couldn't find the shuttle at the airport. I was on the phone with a nice lady running around. They waited and we finally found it with help.

    Give yourself time, depart for airport only at top and bottom of the hour. Pick up was dispatched from hotel to pick up, 20 minute wait as advertised. Care was in good shape on return, some parking areas showed signs of flooding, consider when parking.

    This was the first time I used the Westin to park. I drove up and remained in my car as the attendant took my parking receipt, gave me the hang tag and provided me directions to park in the lot immediately to the side of the hotel. After parking and returning, the attendant gave me back my receipt with written instructions for calling the shuttle when I returned. The shuttle was Westin's shuttle and my ride to and from the airport was direct (no stopping at other hotels!). My wait to take the shuttle to the airport was less than 5 minutes. On my return, my wait for the shuttle to pick me up to return to the hotel was less than 15 minutes. The cost was better than many other locations I looked at. Although the south side of the airport is more convenient for me, I will definitely use the Westin on the North side in the future as everything was EXCELLENT.
