It took about 25 mins for the shuttle to come. It was clean and comfortable but I thought it would arrive sooner. Many other competing parking lot companies' shuttles passed through multiple times before ours arrived.
Would definitely use again.
The shuttle to the airport only runs every half hour, we showed up around 5:05 am and had to wait for a 5:30 am shuttle, so just keep that in mind. The shuttle was clean and the driver was cautious and friendly. We waited about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, which isn't bad. Overall good experience.

I have never had "the dreaded long wait" with westin like I have with other cheap park n fly in dallas.
Everything was great until we realized the back window of my Yukon was broken into and the back third row bucket seats were stolen. After driving 2 1/2 hours home, we went to take out our luggage and saw the seats were missing. The attendant was nice enough to load our luggage, so we didn't see it until we arrived home. I can't close my back window now. We will need to relolace the assembly latch for the window and find new seats. Disappointed that this could have even happened. Pretty upset. Having to go through our insurance to fix and replace everything.
From the reservation to the hotel attendants to the drivers, all were professional, courteous and on time. Keep it up PLEASE!!!

All good but wait time was awful
I was absolutely impressed with the parking lot attended I am horrible and did not get his name (He was there at 1100 a.m on 10/30 and around 1130 a.m on 11/2) He was so polite and remember me when I returned from my trip. I will def be using the hotel parking for all my future trips.
upon arrival back at DFW I called Westin for a pickup and the clerk was not able to give good directions of how to get to the courtesy van pickup. I was on the wrong level and he was unable to determine where The van would pick me up NOT FUN at one oclock in the morning!!!
The parking space is well managed by the hotel and I had no issues getting in and out. Looks safe as well. The shuttle left right at the 30 min hourly mark and its very close to north entry of the airport so the ride was quick and easy to. In return, I called for pickup while coming from the gate to the shuttle pickup station and I was told that shutlle would be reaching in 5 min so as soon as I was at the pick up point the shuttle was ready and I did not have to wait at all !
Excellent. Worked out way better than I could have expected. Anjelo at the Westin was amazing and went above and beyond to help me, and Reny the shuttle driver was friendly and awesome. Fantastic service, and so easy and convenient.
I arrived just after 3am, parked, and went inside the hotel to verify I'd parked in the right place. The man at the counter was very courteous & gave me a tag to place in my car. I was parked close to the door, so it was quick to get back to my car. As for shuttle wait time, it was clearly published that shuttles run twice an hour on the hour and half hour. It probably would be helpful to have directions that say you should stop at the door to get a tag. It also would be great to have clearer signs about where parking for this service is ok (anywhere, or only in certain spaces). Other than these initial (minor) issues, parking at the Westin DFW was a great experience. Highly recommended!
