    The parking was convenient; only thing is you have to be aware of any construction going on near the airport. They shut down some exits and I had to get on 114 and make a u-turn; so plan in an extra 20 mins. Shuttle was very courteous; but plan in some extra 20 mins for that as well when flying out. Clean shuttle and good drivers. On return, when I called for a pick up, took about 20 minutes as they had said, so that was okay. I would definitely use the service again.

    Cannot beat the pricing via your online service. We saved about $250-$300 for 18 day period. Shuttle wait time was 10minutes and 15 minutes. Shuttle provided cold water bottle each time...nice touch!

    The service was excellent upon arrival, and it was the same when I returned. Our wait for the shuttle at the airport upon returning was only fifteen minutes. My vehicle was not damaged. The security did a great job. I will use your services again and tell all my freinds about your service.

    Courtesy shuttle should made flexible. Case like flight at 2 pm and reaching at parking lot at 12.45, wait 15 mins to get shuttle. Summary is either on priority shuttle departure can be implemented or depature timings can be reduce to every 15 mins

    Found this to be the BEST deal. Distance and price. Will be a returning customer. A fraction of the price for a little wait time is well worth it (15-20 mins). Having our return flight postponed 3 days due to Hurricane Sandy, it was nice to know that I would only have to pay a few dollars more, for those extra days. And the staff had our car warming up for when we arrived back at the hotel where we parked. Convieniant, affordable, the right choice!

    The shuttle driver taking us to DFW on 12/11/2012 was excellent. After we returned to DFW on 12/12/2012 around 11:20 PM, we called for the shuttle. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes later, which was acceptable.The major issue is that the driver, in a hesitant manner, greeted us with a barely audible "hi", and did not offer to assist us with our luggage and bags. He then proceeded to pick up 5 additional passengers, and with each of these passengers, the driver energetically bounded from his seat, took their bags from them, and loaded them on the bus. Needless to say, my wife and I were shocked and dismayed at the disparity of personal service given to the other passengers, and the lack of service offered to my wife and I. Based on this driver's actions, we will more than likely not utilize the lot at the DFW Westin Hotel again, and we will alert our family and friends as to the actions of this driver, and advise them to look elsewhere for parking services.

    had to pay 26.00 for a taxi when we arrived, as it was going to be 'more than 30 minutes' before the next shuttle left for the 6AM! huge disappointment in that department; however, the driver and the valet attendant upon return were terrific!

    They didn't seem to know what they were doing at the Westin. It was good I had my receipt printed out. They wanted to charge me $12 a day, then they didn't know how much to charge me for the total. They just went off the invoice.
