The lot is safe and secure and open all day every day of the year. Guaranteed parking spaces can be reserved here on AirportParkingReservations.com.
Please note: Points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.
Please also note: Taxes at The Parking Spot locations are based on the total cost of the reservation, plus an airport access fee. As AirportParkingReservations.com does not calculate fees as taxable amounts, the tax amount shown on your receipt will vary slightly at the lot.
They were good for years until very recently, they went from 4 vans to 2. There are now only 2 drivers at peak hours. We just got back from Florida Sunday night and they left a bunch of people in the cold at the curb by the baggage claim because they were full...at 11:55pm.
The operation has gone down hill in the last 6 months. I have been left in the lot twice in one month...one time the shuttle was in view and in the same aisle. Wait times for shuttles at the lot and at the airport are becoming excessive. I'm using another parking outfit from now on.
Used their valet service for many years which has been discontinued I'll be using the local competitor which still offers valet service.
Great staff. Learned that they are no longer offering valet service. Too bad as this means I'll be going elsewhere.
The parking lot itself was a bit confusing - needs more signage. We were very pleased to be picked up and dropped off right at our car.
The booth attendents need to be more informative as to what the patron does next. I found it frustrating that I was asked for a ticket that I couldn't remember putting on my dash and the booth attendent being condescending like I wouldn't be able to leave without it. I had been gone for a week. I also presented a discount upon arrival which was not calibrated at the end and since I wanted just to leave said forget it. Shuttle was great, booth not so great.
It would help if the Parking Service confirmed where one should stand for the PICK-UP after their flight arrives. I stood at the wrong entrance for a 1/2 hour before I re-called them and was directed to the correct location for meeting the van to return to the parking area.

I rarely do this type of complaining, but the Pittsburgh Parking Spot was really unaccommodating to me and friend while traveling alone arriving at 1AM in the morning to the Pittsburgh Airport. We each had 2 suitcases, 2 huge boxes, 2 carry ons, and 2 purses and we arrived to the Pittsburgh Int Airport to find out that the carts credit card machine was not working, our luggage was dropped right inside of door number 4 and since we had no way of getting a cart we could not move them. A gentleman was nice enough to move our huge boxes outside to door 4 and from there we were unable to move them any further.. I called the parking spot to let them know about my ordeal, traveling alone, without a cart and unable to move the 2 huge boxes, plus 2 roll away luggages, a carry on and our personal purses. The parking spot told me that they could ONLY stop at door number 2. I wish I could tell you how close I was to door number 2, it was not even 20 feet, but with all the boxes it was impossible for us to catch the bus. The parking spot did not make an effort to back up not even 10 feet in order to help us. We struggled for 35 plus minutes to get each piece of luggage to the bus. We had no other way of doing it. I just remember how heavy those boxes were, and my struggle to get them 20 feet in order to catch your bus, I was surprised we did not die. I have a bad back, and a bad hip, and the driver did not make an effort to help us. These boxes were larger than us, I am sure any cop would agree that it was imperative for them to pick us up one door before. I am extremely disappointed and I used to always park at the spot. I just recently became a member, but I have been parking at this establishment for ages. I doubt I will be a return customer. I am also pretty well known in my town, and will go to every effort to let everyone I know to be careful when parking at your spot because they do NOT care, and are NOT accommodating. Even when we park at your place they are really rude. The only nice person is the Older lady, and the African American driver that works in there in their 50’s. This old guy did not helped me, why do you have people there working that are not sensitive to people’s problems? Especially 2 tired travelers? Amazing! I am in a quest to tell everyone about our experience, because I have never been so upset with any organization!
This business is very on the ball, picking up at your car, handling the bags, picking you back up at airport. We and our friends use you all the time.
