I did not get directions to your parking lot
This was my best experience airport parking so far they were helpful and the lot is secure, the shuttle was quick both to and from the airport.
This was the smoothest experience I've ever had at an off-site parking lot. They have this down cold, and they are FAST! Remember to present three documents to the cashier at check-out: the reservation print-out from this web-site, the gate ticket (printed upon your arrival), and the other ticket stub (handed to you at check-in).
I highly recommend the parking spot
The staff was extremely friendly. Shuttle was on time. However, the shuttle that picked us back from the airport was really, really smelly. My SUV also had a bad odor when I picked it up.
I was very impressed and will do again. Probably safer than EWR long term lot.

your company is really let down by the attitude of the person that took our call on arrival and was also the same person that took the payment. She was monosyllabic, discourteous, rude and totally indifferent. HOWEVER the Driver was absolutely delightful, friendly, helpful and clearly was trying to represent your company in an enthusiastic way. He had way more to do than the payment person, but went out of his way to present a happy full service.
I booked parking on line, when I dropped off the car, they were great. Very fast service, but I didn't get back until midnight. The wait at the airport was about 20 minutes. By the time I got back to the car, was too tired and forgot the receipt I had in my pocket. It cost $157. Instead of the quoted $122. Didn't realized until I got home. DONT FORGET YOUR RECEIPT!!! But the service was great. I'll use them again, just paste the receipt to my forehead.

My car was not ready when I arrived back. It took them over 10 minutes to ID my keys then FIND) my car in the lot. Once found, the attendant raced it into the parking spot to put my luggage in the back. I would 'assume the attendant was high based on what he did....and all the others thought it was funny too??
WHEN ARRIVING I DID NOT HAVE MY CARD HANDY. IT WAS IN MY WALLET WHICH WAS IN MY SUITCASE. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER AND HAD TO GET OUT, OPEN MY SUITCASE AND INSERT CARD. THERE SHOULD BE AN OVER RIDE SO NOT TO HOLD UP THE LINE OF CARS WAITING TO COME IN.
No answer when I called number the first time. No car for 10 minutes when I got to lot. Too many men standing around watching one woman do all the work.
The only caveat is the first time you visit ....use GPS as the traffic is fast moving and not very forgiving.....and trying to read map impossible... unless you have a navigator! Everything worked very smoothly with no delays . The car was ready and waiting when we returned......repeat customer.
FYI, I had signed up in advance and did not printout my receipt ( I do not have printer---I have a I phone). When I showed the receipt on my I phone to your attendant that was not good enough? Upon my complaint, she had me 1) forward to the manager via e-mail ( needing me to put in carls e- address to my phone, 2) have carl (the manager) come in from the lot to print it out, 3) give back to me to give to cashier and 4) then she had to manually put the code on the reciept into her computer to process this 4-day stay. I assume the 15 minutes of 3-4 employees, back-up of others waiting for their vehicles, the attendant that was waiting to clear my car and your employees understanding how silly this is... is not good. Anyway, you have some technology issues that need be addressed!!! Pretty scary being new ownership!
