    on the return, directions were not clear on where to meet the shuttle - we waiting quite a while for that reason. other wise, service was very good.

    Parking facility (office) was clean, well-lit and pleasant, with restrooms and vending machines. A big step up from some facilities where you may have to stand out in the open or under a canopy. Will definitely use AviStar again in the future.

    The attendant wasn't smart enough to release the parking brake on our arrival. As he moved the car, the screeching sound was deafening. Luckily there was no damage to the braking system, at least so far! Train your workers!!!

    We arrived at Newark terminal C. We waited at curbside... The Shuttle did not come to the gate where the baggage claim was..We were lucky enough to see the bus on the other side of the roadway and made our way across. Why doesn't the bus come to the door and if thats the case the girls should inform the people when they call for the bus that they should cross the road to get the bus

    on our arrive, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport. on our return we had to wait 10 minutes for the shuttle then once we got to the parking lot wait 10 minutes just to pay. usually our car is running and warmed

    No one was at the gate to open it after I had already checked out. I had to blow my horn several times to get someone to open the gate.

    It would be helpful if you added Avistar to the large airport parking sign. I didn't know it was Avistar and it was dark and snowing. Another vehicle had to return me to your Haynes lot since the only shuttle available was for the other lot

    I travelled on busy days, so the shuttles were packed. Worse, when I returned I was initially charged almost twice the rate originalle fixed. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for their computer system to accept the correct rate.

    One thing I found confusing was that at check-in my online booking was not cross referenced with my check-in ticket. It did not make a difference in the end cost, but it made me wonder what the cost would have been if I had not printed off my online

    I was disappointed that it took so long to pay and get my car upon my return. The attendant could not find the code on the receipt. I would much rather pay up front or have my credit card billed after picking up my car.

    Shuttle to pick us u at the airport was very slow. The Avistar bus for Haynes road (right around the corner) made three trips to one for McLellen. The attendants answering the phone when requesting pick up are always surely. THey shold have a better

    Drop off at the airport was inconvenient. Pickup on return was slow in arriving and then we circled to the Haynes lot to pick up passengers for the blue lot. Dirver did not fasten seatbelt and we listened to the warning all the way on the return trip
