Transportation between Newark Airport and The Parking Spot - McClellan is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on modern buses. The Parking Spot - McClellan offers a valet service as well as car wash and detail services, please inquire at check in. There is no extra charge for over size vehicles such as SUVs etc. You are asked to check in 15 minutes before you need to be at the Newark Airport terminals. You will be provided with details about pick up on your return when you check in. The Parking Spot - McClellan offers a Premier Parker Program.

Excellent service, however the shuttle bus for McClellan is a really rough ride, shocks or suspension is shot.
The shuttle driver who drove us to the terminal drove fast and recklessly, we were bounced around the van! Probably won't use parking spot again.....
The staff at this location is wonderful and they get you on your way quickly and with a smile. Curtis Hopkins (weekend manager?) is especially helpful.

It had snowed while we were away. Car was not cleaned off and we had to wait 25 minutes for them to bring the car out and clean the snow off. Driver and passenger seats were wet. There were several parking staff standing around doing nothing and we were the only customers there at the time. Will never park there again.
It was so great being picked up by the shuttle, then being brought to our warm, car! Thank you soooooo, sooooooo, much.
When checking out I was asked to pay $100 dollars more than I was expecting. When I challenged the charge, and offered the receipt I had printed during my booking online prior to my departure, the bill came to what I was expected.

First time using this location since the site on Floral St has closed. Shuttle service was definitely faster leaving the airport. Van was very clean and warm!
Lot was not easy to find at night. Directions were ok it was just so dark when we arrived. The first attendant did not seem to understand English. The second attendant was fantastic. I would definitely use your service again.
Getting out of the lot to access Turnpike South was not easy..... Otherwise all was well organized and worked well.

The entrance to the McClellan Road parking facility for Liberty Int'l. Airport needs signage explaining to customers how to use the automated ticket dispenser. The existing signage states "Insert Ticket Here" and has a push button with an indecipherable symbol on it. An arriving customer has no ticket, so is unable to comply with the written instruction "Insert Ticket Here". There is no notice that you can push the button to talk to someone. No personnel are posted at the entrance gate to help an arriving customer to figure out how to gain entrance to the parking lot. This is frustrating and unnecessary. When I explained this problem to the desk attendant, she denied that this was a deficiency and stated that I should have been able to figure out how the system worked. She was rude.
We find your service to be great however the pick up at the airport to return to the car is not the best. Most of the time we come in terminal B and we have to go to the line #5 which is horrible because all the shuttle services park there and it is very hard to see the shuttle bus coming. I think the pick up should be at #1 for terminal B, just a suggestion
Driver dropped us off at bus shuttle pickup area, instead of normal departure area on top floor where all other shuttles/cars drop people off nexrt to ticket/check-in area. This unannounced drop-off point forced my wife and I to carry 6 bags and a stroller with an infant a very long distance. Very unhappy.
The numerous shuttles mean no waiting either getting to or from the airport. My bags were handled well in both directions and my car was waiting, ready to go when I returned.
