The Parking Spot - McClellan (formerly AviStar McClellan) guarantees to be on time to pick you up and drop you off or you park for free. Transportation between Newark Airport and The Parking Spot - McClellan is provided for free and runs throughout the day and night on modern buses. The Parking Spot - McClellan offers a valet service as well as car wash and detail services, please inquire at check in. There is no extra charge for over size vehicles such as SUVs etc. You are asked to check in 15 minutes before you need to be at the Newark Airport terminals. You will be provided with details about pick up on your return when you check in. The Parking Spot - McClellan offers a Premier Parker Program.

The young lady who checked me in upon my return was not the friendliest. Other than that, my experience was very positive and I will continue using this company.
The entrance to the McClellan Road parking facility for Liberty Int'l. Airport needs signage explaining to customers how to use the automated ticket dispenser. The existing signage states "Insert Ticket Here" and has a push button with an indecipherable symbol on it. An arriving customer has no ticket, so is unable to comply with the written instruction "Insert Ticket Here". There is no notice that you can push the button to talk to someone. No personnel are posted at the entrance gate to help an arriving customer to figure out how to gain entrance to the parking lot. This is frustrating and unnecessary. When I explained this problem to the desk attendant, she denied that this was a deficiency and stated that I should have been able to figure out how the system worked. She was rude.
We find your service to be great however the pick up at the airport to return to the car is not the best. Most of the time we come in terminal B and we have to go to the line #5 which is horrible because all the shuttle services park there and it is very hard to see the shuttle bus coming. I think the pick up should be at #1 for terminal B, just a suggestion
Driver dropped us off at bus shuttle pickup area, instead of normal departure area on top floor where all other shuttles/cars drop people off nexrt to ticket/check-in area. This unannounced drop-off point forced my wife and I to carry 6 bags and a stroller with an infant a very long distance. Very unhappy.
The numerous shuttles mean no waiting either getting to or from the airport. My bags were handled well in both directions and my car was waiting, ready to go when I returned.

The parking spot was great! I dropped the car off there onFriday night and my mother in law picked it up when she flew in on Saturday morning. The attendants were great! I signed a waiver and she had no problem getting the car. We always use The Parking Spot on McClellan every time we travel and have recommended it several times
We left our paperwork at home so had to pay the standard rate. Both the airportparkingreservations and Parking Spot customer service people were extremely helpful and promptly handled the credit.
Location is easy to find, quick shuttle.
on the return, directions were not clear on where to meet the shuttle - we waiting quite a while for that reason. other wise, service was very good.
We had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. Terrible way to end a vacation.
Lost my pu ticket & was at the wrong pu spot but they found us & werestill nice
Parking facility (office) was clean, well-lit and pleasant, with restrooms and vending machines. A big step up from some facilities where you may have to stand out in the open or under a canopy. Will definitely use AviStar again in the future.
The attendant wasn't smart enough to release the parking brake on our arrival. As he moved the car, the screeching sound was deafening. Luckily there was no damage to the braking system, at least so far! Train your workers!!!
We arrived at Newark terminal C. We waited at curbside... The Shuttle did not come to the gate where the baggage claim was..We were lucky enough to see the bus on the other side of the roadway and made our way across. Why doesn't the bus come to the door and if thats the case the girls should inform the people when they call for the bus that they should cross the road to get the bus
