The Parking Spot (formerly AviStar LaGuardia) offers free transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport terminals in clean shuttle buses, free luggage assistance and free coffee and espresso. There is a handicap accessible shuttle bus available. The arrival and departure zones are canopied and the lot is safe, secure and open 24 hours a day. Detailed directions are available once you have made a reservation. The Parking Spot asks that you arrive to park 15 minutes before you need to be at the airport terminal. On your return, once you have collected your luggage, exit the terminal and call 718-507-8162. Passengers exiting the main terminal should walk across the street to the hotel passenger pick up area. Passengers exiting from the US Airways terminal - wait outside the terminal doors at the green booth in the ground transportation pick up area. Passengers exiting from the Delta Terminal wait outside the baggage claim location in the passenger pick up area.

A little confusing in the office as to my final cost because of my online down payment. Had to produce my paperwork for that. Good that I had packed it with me or it might not have bee credited.
The checkout lady was quite nasty to me asking me to step aside so she can help all the others waiting. I asked why and she snarled at me that "I didn't call ahead of time to let her know we were ready for pick up therefore my car isn't ready and won't be til she has time to deal with me. " I pointed outside and said "my car is right there and yes I called otherwise how would you have known to pick me up. " She snarled again and continued working with me. This was totally inappropriate!
Will try 1 more time but wait has to be shorter.
Very smooth, everyone does their job. The drivers helping with the bags was an enormous help. PS: Tell the guys in the lot not all side mirrors bend in, so don't force it.
The parking spot provided a very well run experience. I was unaware that the website that I booked with was not a "Parking Spot" website. This created some billing confusion upon my return. The attendant was professional and made sure we were happy.
Would recommend and use again without hesitation!
I got to the lot 30 mins before my departure and the staff was great. I left the car running and they zipped me on the shuttle and I made my flight. On my return, my car was waiting for me and the attendant put my luggage in the car for me while I paid. To top it off they give you a bottle of cold water as you leave. This is my second time using them and I will definitely go there again.
Arrived at LGA Terminal C (Delta). Couldn't find shuttle location. After calling three times, my family had to lug our bags all the way over to the "American Airlines" doors ...a long walk through traffic. Shuttle bus was jam packed with people. It was a huge pain..
I love that I can spot the buses so easily due to their design. Everything about traveling has always been a hassle, but now that I've started using the Parking Spot, there's one part of traveling I don't worry about.
when i returned, my car wasn't ready. the parking lot attendant couldn't find my car. TOOK EXTRA 20min just waiting on my car....
The lot was very easy to find and very close to the airport. Got in and out very quickly and was picked up at the airport about 5 minutes after calling. Would definitely use again as they staff was excellent.

My driver side rearview mirror glass was knocked out of its frame a laying in the front passenger seat of my car when I returned. Completely unacceptable!
I feel that having a designated pick up spot at Laguardia AP would be better than "the middle". Some other landmark after a tiring flight would have made the experience better. But all in all a great job.

Dropped me at wiring terminal had to wait 1/2 for bus to take me to right one. Also why is a recipt on my phone not adequate ?? Has to be paper ? This is 2015 not 1985
