The Parking Spot (formerly AviStar LaGuardia) offers free transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport terminals in clean shuttle buses, free luggage assistance and free coffee and espresso. There is a handicap accessible shuttle bus available. The arrival and departure zones are canopied and the lot is safe, secure and open 24 hours a day. Detailed directions are available once you have made a reservation. The Parking Spot asks that you arrive to park 15 minutes before you need to be at the airport terminal. On your return, once you have collected your luggage, exit the terminal and call 718-507-8162. Passengers exiting the main terminal should walk across the street to the hotel passenger pick up area. Passengers exiting from the US Airways terminal - wait outside the terminal doors at the green booth in the ground transportation pick up area. Passengers exiting from the Delta Terminal wait outside the baggage claim location in the passenger pick up area.

WILL USE AGAIN, VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL
the lot was seemingly unprepared for all the arriving people at 5:30am for early flights. It was a mess and almost missed my flight. Attendants were unmoved by the situation and took their own time getting things done. Won't go back to that lot again. I don't care if they're a buck cheaper or 2 minutes closer.
The staff was very courteous and efficient. I was very pleased with the manner in which the employee handled check-out. Providing water for the client was an added plus.
Unfortunately phone call for pickup from airport Sunday Morning was not received. no one picked my call up on Sunday and ended up taking a cab to the parking lot from the airport. Since time was of essence and cab fare was respectable i did not make much of a hassle about it. On the plus side the person at the counter was very friendly and courteous, and i was worried i would have a hard time getting my car back because i could not find my return ticket and gate card. However this process was not a problem and i was in my car within minutes. Thank you for taking care of my car while I was away!
Always excellent service. The shuttle was there once we checked our car. The wait time was for other customers to get on board. Very quick pick up time once we landed as well.

appreciated the quick drive to and from the airport. only thing that bothered me was when the lot clerk who checked us in early in the morning seemed upset over being too busy and told one other clerk who seemed to be the higher up to get more help in the morning etc. She also drove us to the airport but because she seemed upset, it made me feel a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was fine.

Far and away the most customer-friendly of all the parking lots we've tried near LaGuardia - and we've tried most of them. Good, friendly, courteous, quick service. Free water when you leave - they know that after a trip all you want to do is get your care & get home, but they add such a nice touch...

First time users should be told they need to call when they arrive back at the airport so car is ready.

Every place I looked at to park near LGA, including the one I picked (The Parking Spot), was full but I was able to secure a reservation only through this site. Even they told me to use this site and they would honor the reservation. Even ended up being $5 cheaper than I originally thought. Easy and will use again.
Two suggestions for improvement. Have more than one cashier available to check customers out when returning even if it is late in evening or early morning. Also, there needs to be traffic cops at LaGuardia airport directing traffic so that the Parking Spot bus can actually drive to pick up customers. There was no traffic cop so it became grid lock making it take a long time for the bus to make it to pick us up.
