I recommend this parking, I received excellent service and wait times for shuttle were as advertised!
Overall great experience - however, as a new customer there was no signage or anyone telling me what to do once I got back to the lot from the airport. Just off the shuttle and there's my car. I asked another customer what the procedure was, and he told me just to drive to the exit and put my card in. Nope. I held up a whole lot of people and wasted a whole lot of time. A sign, or a couple of words (checkout inside before you go) would have saved a LOT of frustration. AND, tell people when they come in to save that darn card for checkout. Sheesh. Please train your staff to tell people what to do so that everything goes smoothly, and just place a couple of instructional signs around. Easy peasy.

Parking Spot: Check in and wait times were fine. Pick-up wait time at terminal was fine. I was the only passenger boarding the van at pick up. After I got onto the van, the driver waited 10-15 minutes, at the US Airways terminal where he picked me up, ostensibly for an additional passenger, who never appeared. There were no other pickups, and, after the 10-15 minute wait, we proceeded directly to The Parking Spot terminal, where my car was waiting, motor running, which was nice. Upon checkout, I was charged for more than 3 days, even though the receipt showed I was only 23 minutes over 3 days. Was the driver waiting at the terminal for a non-existent passenger, so I would be over the 3 days, and thus be charged for 4? I can't verify that, however, if there was a passenger who called in to The Parking Spot from the US Airways terminal and needed a ride back to The Parking Spot terminal, A) why didn't we leave without him, and, B) Why was there no discussion between my driver and the dispatcher regarding the "missing" passenger. Finally, when I was driving out of the The Parking Spot lot, I pulled up to the gate to leave, and I waited for the gate to open for 5 minutes. There were two cars behind me waiting for the gate to open so they could also depart the lot. The gate didn't open, so I put my car in park, and walked into the office. As soon as the clerk saw me walk in, she bruskly said "I"ll open the gate for you", and shooed me back to my car. Was she simply not paying attention?

Vans are easy to recognize, which limits confusion at busy NYC airports. Fast efficient check-in, check-out and drivers.
Arrived at The Spot fine and was transported to terminal quickly. Upon arrival, Transport was waiting for us which was great. Arrived at garage and took about 20 min. for vehicle to even be located. They could not find it. A bit disappointed vehicle was not ready since the shuttle called it in prior to leaving terminal.

If i could pay the entire fee in advance and save time at the lot that would be ideal. Also, if i didnt have to print out the voucher to show the lot for the deposit and gauranteed rate that would also be nice.
When we first arrived, there was no room to pull in, because there was no one parking the other cars. When I finally was able to move forward enough to get off the spikes, the pole landed on my car. There should be better coordination with parking. Everything else was great.
The parking spot service was very good. However the staff at the front desk upon our return were extremely hostile. When we went back a few minutes later to question the charge they were defensive and reprimanding. We were not aware that we had to hand in the invoice because it wasn't verbally requested. They charged us the incorrect amount and when I inquired they reprimanded us for not handing them the invoice and that it was our responsibility. They were resistance to correcting the charge and instead blamed us and that they have nothing to do with the third party (airportparkingreservation.com) and we needed to go through them to get refunded. But I persisted and ask them to reversed the charge and then charge me the correct amount. Also, the correct amount was about 50% lower than the incorrect charge. The staff person's last name is Fierrara and she is a women. I can't remember her first name
The staff at the Parking Spot was extremely polite (they were so professional to the rude woman in front of me), and they checked me out in record time when it was my turn. The bus was prompt. No complaints at all! Will definitely use in the future!
