Overall perfectly fine experience
the ride to and from was without a hitch, it went smoothly, my car was in front waiting for and the girls inside were very polite, helpful, and friendly. Will definitely use this parking spot again. Thank you, Thank you!!!!
Very easy drop off, no need to worry about paying at drop off just show your ticket at pick up, pay and go!

Overall, not bad, butNeed better system to deal with lost ticket . Despite call in during shuttle ride, it took 40 minutes to get through check out. Also, May be good idea to publish directions to get back on beltway ,btw, GPS was a little crazy.
Can't make it any easier for long term parking. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. When we picked up the car it was heated for us. Thank you for that because it was cold. Great experience. Would do it again.
Arrived very early in the morning and was greeted promptly. The staff was very good... upon arrival the wait for the shuttle was a little long and in an unsheltered area...A....in American. The vehicle was in poor condition and the ride to the lot was very uncomfortable and bumpy. Excessively, due to the condition of the vehicle. Car was ready and warmed up...the staff inside were good but there needs to be a better way of tracking the reciept. Going away on vacation and having to have all these receipts at checkout is annoying. good job
Upon arrival back to the parking lot the process was a bit confusing. Would have been helpful for the van driver to direct us into the office, etc. I also brought my receipt as per instructions where I had partially prepaid. I was not asked for the receipt. If I had not mentioned it, I would have paid full price. But, overall, good experience.
Good location, but can take a little bit to get to the airport. We had about a 20 minute drive, but that was with a full shuttle that went to all terminals before ours. One great thing was that it snowed when we were away, and the staff cleaned off the car before delivering it to me.
I would choose you again. Your staff is great and friendly. After a delay of 15 hours at Puerta Plata, Mexico it was a welcome relieve to have The Parking Spot come right away with no waiting. Upon our return trip, we found ourselves waiting for an hour (if not more) waiting for the staff to bring up our car. They were informed of our return date/time and should have taken into account the time to clear the snow and such. We arrived to see about 20-30 other customers waiting longer for their vehicles.
I was very satisfied with the services again, love the new additives to the lot (since my last time there) :-) MR
Drop off was smooth and without incident. Upon arrival back at JFK the shuttle area pick up was not marked. I had to ask a traffic director. Then my wait for the bus was over 10 minutes. When i got to the lot, my car was not pulled up. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to realise that my car was not up and then find it. The staff was nice. But it was clearly not their most efficient moment.
Excellent staff and shuttle. BUT, both wing mirrors had been adjusted, the radio had been retuned, and the leather on the steering wheel was scratched/torn.
The parking lot attendants and the drivers was very courteous and helpful. I would have gave 5 stars if the cashiers would have at the very least smiled. But great job by the outside staff. Thank you
A more transparent disclosure of the actual cost of parking, with all fees and charges disclosed, would be appreciated.
