the drivers and attendants were very professional and extremely friendly. great experience.
Waited 25 minutes to get my car, after a long flight i was not too pleased with the wait.
Arrival process was fine except that they were so backed up my car was halfway through the gate bar and I was worried the bar might come down and hit my car, which it didn't. My main complaint is that there are no signs or instructions by staff about the exiting process. I have parked at lots enough to that I needed to pay the cashier before leaving. However, three different drivers did not know the process and due to a lack of instructions, they each tried to leave the gate and when they couldn't all the cars behind them had to reverse into awkward positions to allow the stuck car back to cashier's office. Plus, the cashier was rude to my wife when she did not factor in the pre-paid amount and tried to charge full balance.
Parking spot was great! As soon as we pulled in the lot there was an attendant waiting and instructed us what to do. Shuttle to the airport wait was less than a minute. All attendants were very courteous. The shuttle was already at the pick up area on our way back. Our car was waiting for us as we got to the parking spot. Overall experience was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

After calling and giving my ticket number we had to wait 20 mins. for the bus to terminal 5. When we arrived at the lot we tipped the attendant for helping with the bags with no response for the tip. We waited and additional 15 mins because they pulled the wrong car and then couldn't find our car. Would I use your services again?!? Would I recommend you to anyone?
The shuttle wait wasn't bad at all especially since we didn't have a cell phone to call and couldn't find our ticket. The people were very nice and if I use the JFK airport again I will use them again.
You might want to clarify for new customers that the Long Term Parking Vans are a different service provider than the Parking Spot Vans.
Someone did something to my windshield wiper blades while the vehicle was there. I left the parking lot and turned them on and one flew off the car and the other was barely attached. I won't be using this parking service again

Was a busy night at airport. took about 1 hour from plane to car with no checked bags.
Very good parking lot, staff were there as soon as we arrived to park our car, which was great as we were running a bit late, shuttle left within 3 minutes. On the return we called up and were told shuttle was already on its way, we only had to wait 10 mins. When we got back to the lot our car was already waiting for us by the exit. Free cold water bottles. Highly recommended, will use again!
All persons encountered were courteous and helpful. Would use sgain and recommend. Only problem was needed to call four times before answered. Was advised this was due to high volume.
Our car was severely damaged. Yet we were told it has to be investigated first. Also they would not give us a copy of the damage report. Very odd. First time using and everything was great until we saw our car and they questioned our integrity. I hope this will be addressed immediately and we can change that rating to a four star.
Had early flights both ways and the staff was amazing, did not have to wait at all! Thank you for making this a great experience and not adding stress to vacation!
The staff was outstanding. I got completely lost on my way there due to roads being shut down -- I was almost two hours late -- and the staff was incredibly patient with me on the phone and helped calm me down and find my way to the airport. I spoke to multiple people and they were very kind.
I would highly recommend for convenience and service. Would use again if I have parking needs in JFK!!
This was absolutely wonderful! Upon my return the shuttle arrived just as I got to the curb, my car was already pulled around, and I was on the road in minutes! A great way to end a long trip.
