Please arrive at the lot 15 - 20 minutes before you wish to arrive at the terminal and you will be provided with instructions on how to contact the parking provider regarding your return to the lot.

Easiest parking experience ever. Picked up in under two minutes for my car and returning waited less then 5 minutes for shuttle. Shuttle driver was polite, friendly and funny was impressed all around excellent experience. Mike M. North NJ
Liked that we got a water bottle. Nice touch.
Redundant stuff.. Had to have hard printouts entering and leaving the parking lot - else the attendant said that I would have to pay extra.. Moreover if one has a prepaid reservation why cant they find it in their account.. Asking people to carry hard copies while entering and exiting is not always feasible. They shud be able to take a copy in smart phones.. even Airports take boarding pass on the phone but parking spot does not trust that.. this is something :(

Reserved a spot on line and pre paid 1 day but the girl at the check out was totaly confused an how to handle a pre paid customer.it took quiet a while to check out. i thought it would be faster on line. other than that every thing else was great.

Much better than it used to be. Thanks for putting in the parking lot row markers. It obviously makes it easier to find one's car.
The Parking Spot was an excellent. The shuttles were very quick and the drivers very courteous. The only problem we encountered was when we arrived the attendant at the gate incorrectly said we were at the wrong parking lot as she read our printout incorrectly. Otherwise we were very happy.
Awesome service. We have been using them for years. I left a bag in my car and they got it to me in about 20 minutes. Very helpful and reassuring on the phone. Thank you!!!
The last time I used ParkingSpot was over 10 years ago and the lot was loose stone unpaved. What a improvement!!!! I was happy to see TSA employees parking there also. Haynes Ave is much more convient with shorter travel times to and from the airport than other parking lots.
Staff did an excellent job getting us checked out when we left, in spite of not having electricity.
The lot was almost full and had to look around for a spot to park. Upon returning had to wait awhile for the shuttle.
We were looking for AviaStar and saw Parking Spot. It would be helpful if we were told of the name change. This was especially difficult when you are under time pressure.
Shuttle attendants to the airport were very friendly and helpful with the luggage. The shuttle attendant who picked us up was not very helpful with the luggage. She only helped put them on the shelves (& then we had to replace in order to keep them from falling off)
I had a hard time paying. I had to call a manager. They did not want to honor the discount and didn't want to give me credit for the initial amount that I paid when I made the reservation. They want it to charge the full amount.
