The pickup to the airport needs improvement. Had to wait about 10 -15 mins for shuttle pickup to the airport. Several passed on other aisles but did not come down my aisle.
Attendant was not aware of our prepaid reservation at checkout. We had to ask for the amount to be corrected.
Too long of a wait for the shuttle from the airport to the lot. Over twenty minutes. I might think twice about using this lot in the future.
I always park here. Just so convenient and the people are nice. Drivers are quite helpful and the cashiers give you a bottle of water!
Shuttle wait time on the morning I got there was the worst - it was very cold and a couple other travelers and myself had to wait over 15 minutes for a shuttle to come pick us up. Parking Spot 2 did not have enough shuttles in service early in the morning to handle the load.
Thank you the free water hit the spot, nice touch. Don't change anything.
Waited for over 20 minutes for the shuttle from airport to the parking lot.
I don't know if I missed this on the web site, but didn't realize the parking wasn't covered. I don't know that this would have changed my mind, but just had a different expectation.
It was raining heavily that day so that might introduce some bias to my opinion. However, it is not likely that I will come back to this parking lot. I have to wait in the rain for the bus driver to see me and yet several buses (3 to be more precise) did not stop. I had to call them. The parking lot was flooded pretty bad. I traveled with my parents (both are over 60 years old) and 4 big luggage's. The bus driver was not very helpful because again, it was raining and perhaps she was afraid to get wet. I was soaking wet head to toes by the time I managed to get all the luggage's in. It was a very unpleasant experience!
I had problems with the web site so had to call. Time consuming process.
Driver almost hit two cars that were parked on the end of aisle when he turned the corners
All was great except my first trip to the lot. GPS took me to the building next door so I had to turn around in very busy traffic. May just be an old address on the website. Thanks
We had a dead battery upon arriving home and the shuttle driver took great care to get the booster out and get us started again!
Need better instruction on the parking spot @ hobby to inform the traveler that there are 2 Parking spot lots. Got on the wrong bus first. noticed that I was not the only one.
Slight problem with printing receipt, but that was all and the bar code printed so it worked out ok.
This was my worst parking experience by far. They oversold the lot so it took me 30 minutes to find a space. There were clearly not enough shuttles running during peak time. On the way back it was even worse. There was a mob of folks who had been waiting for over 30 minutes at the airport. People were angry. It was not good.
Second time to park here and service was excellent!!
Giving out a card with the lot name and space number is a great idea. The driver both direcctions was extremely helpful.
