The Parking Spot 2 (formerly AviStar) provides a complimentary shuttle service every few minutes to and from Houston Hobby Airport. They offer free luggage assistance and ask that you be at the parking lot 15 minutes before you need to be at Hobby Airport. The shuttle bus will pick you up form your car and drop you off at your airline check-in area. When you return from your trip, please call (713) 641-5993 for pickup outside of the baggage claim area. For a professional and reliable service at a great rate choose The Parking Spot 2.  Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.

    I submitted the paper receipt showing what I'd paid so far and the balance due. After handing it over, I was then given an entirely different (higher) amount still owed. However, the good part of the story is the individual then checked closer and realized he had made a mistake. After an apology, he then charged me the correct amount. So I thank you for being honest enough and forthwright to admit when a mistake was almost made. Kudos.

    It took less than five minutes for a shuttle to show up. Parking lot was in good order and clean. The attendant was nice and offered water. Would use again.

    Had to walk from the back parking lot to the front gate with my luggage after waiting 10 minutes. The parking lot is very dark at night. The shuttle back was excellent, prompt and courteous.

    All employees that we encourted were great! When we arrived late Friday night, November 2, after being in New York during Sandy, our shuttle to the lot was quick and easy, the driver was helpful and kind, and then upon our exit and payment the attendant was very friendly, and gave us the ice cold water! You guys are going a great job!

    I reserved online, and was not aware that the fee that was charged there was for the reservation, not the actual parking....the attendant was wonderful, I got in late and could not remember where I put my ticket, she mentioned all the right places and sure enough, it was over my visor. A cold bottle of water and I was off, she was excellent!

    The cashier was rude and not very helpful. Myself along with 3 others stood in the lot for 20 minutes before we were picked up. We saw at least 4-5 shuttles pass us by during that time. On our cash out the same cashier was rude when giving her the reservation and deposit information. I like the service I get at the Intercontinental location much better.
