The Parking Spot 2 (formerly AviStar) provides a complimentary shuttle service every few minutes to and from Houston Hobby Airport. They offer free luggage assistance and ask that you be at the parking lot 15 minutes before you need to be at Hobby Airport. The shuttle bus will pick you up form your car and drop you off at your airline check-in area. When you return from your trip, please call (713) 641-5993 for pickup outside of the baggage claim area. For a professional and reliable service at a great rate choose The Parking Spot 2. Please note that points for The Spot Club or Premier Parker program will only be earned for the amount that you pay at the lot.

Prepaid amount not kept on file or in computer system. Had to hold up traffic and dig through my luggage just to find my reservation receipt in order to receive credit for the portion I prepaid online...after completing my trip. I had already provided it to the attendant when arriving to park. Otherwise good service.
The Lady at Airport 2 helped with luggage with a smile, prompt pickup/drop off and receiving water at exit is a big plus for me to use this parking facility again.
All was well until I went to leave. I had misplace my ticket but still had my reservation papers. The cashier was totally befuddled by that even thought the amount i owed was on the paper work and It took her 10 minutes to figure it out. The reservation number should let them know the charge.
I guess I didn't print out all of my paper work correctly so I didn't get the discount I was expecting but there wasn't any problem retrieving my full bill. Sorry but It appeared I was interrupting a personal phone call The drivers were great, polite and helpful.
There should be more shuttle services at Hobby. I almost had to break the queue to get into the 2nd shuttle, which came after some time. The total time I had to wait after coming out of baggage was more than 15 minutes.
The Parking Spot did not have a way to look up or confirm my reservation (and payment) -- only by looking at the paper that I had printed out and keeping that for their records. Can they not look on their computers to see the reservation?
The website is easy for booking. I have used it for more than ten times.

I arrived, got parked, got picked and got delivered to the terminal in quick order. On my return there was quite a bit of congestion at the pickup point at the airport because several planes landed at one time, but service was still pretty good. My wait was probably only about 10 minutes before boarding to trip back to the Parking Spot 2 lot. I am very pleased with the online reservation service and the ground service as well.

The driver went by my vehicle twice while trying to find another paerty's vehicle. He organized the tickets correctly but did not follow the order or just did not knwo where he was going. Maybe the drivers should take out the ear pieces listing to music and they may be able to do a better job.

It was not clear to me whether we had pre-paid for the parking or just reserved a space and needed to pay when departing the lot. Also disappointed to find out that the lot we used was not covered.
Car was safe. Shuttle was prompt and friendly.The Cashier was wonderful. I made the reservation online. My bag didn't make my flight, so I had to wait 2:30 hours for it. When my charge came it was higher because of my extra time in the lot. I showed her the late code from my suitcase and she charged the regular amount. She even offered me cold water for the long ride home. I will use this lot from now on. Great customer service!!!!
Parking Spot 2 was worst experience ever with airport parking. Parked us in back gravel lot that didn't even have spaces or rows demarcated. On return mob of people waiting took 45 minutes and 3 full shuttle buses we couldn't get on to get back to our space. Only had 2 shuttles running and the other Parking spot wouldn't pick anyone up despite the fact they were leaving empty. Terrible. Avoid at all costs.
