Would be nice if there were "The Parking Lot" signs at the appropriate passenger pickup points at EWR. Was not sure exactly where to meet the shuttle.

The Parking Spot 2 was excellent! Service was prompt and the attendant working at the booth when we left was really nice. We will definitely be parking there again next time we fly from Newark.

The drivers of both of my shuttle rides were pleasant and prompt. However, this is the second time in one month that I have used this particular lot (this month). Both times while paying & exiting the lot I have dealt with very rude female attendants. It is kind of surprising given the level of service I have received from the shuttle drivers. It makes me not want to return and park here (especially since I travel so much).

I would like to say "thank you" to the Parking Spot 2 staff. I arrived on thanksgiving morning, and I hit the Parkin g spot van! I was frantic, hearing the loud crash, and thanking that for sure I would miss my flight not to mention the accident itself. The driver called the manager, who handled the matter speedily and kindly. He did not call the police, and the driver helped me to find a spot quickly and he tried so hard to get me to my flight. Inside the airport, I was met my a very "not nice" person at the flight desk, who went out of her way to be mean. This only made me even more THANKFUL that the people at the Parking Spot 2 were so kind and really cared about me. They turned a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you again.

I've parked in this lot for almost 30 years, thru ownership and name changes. As long as you can park yourself and not give the car to valets, I'll continue to park here. I'm a touring musician, parked at every lot in the area, but mostly park here. At any parking place, shuttle waits are variable and I accept that I might have to wait 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to come back to get me. Sometimes there's no wait, but that should never be accepted as the norm. The last few times I was here, the cashiers as well as the drivers were most professional and courteous, the way it should always be.

Shuttle to Airport picks you up at the car when you pull in, driver hands you a card with row and space number - nice touch. Park & Lock is a nice change from the valet lots. Return from airport will have a little wait, but definitely within expectations. Courteous staff.

The shuttle is always there waiting to take you to the airport. But i always seem to be waiting at the airport for about 20 minutes for them to pick me up when its 5 minutes away. But since its one of the very few lots that i can park myself and keep my keys, i continue to use it

The shuttle was prompt in taking me to the airport and picking me up from the airport. I called when I got off the plane and by the time I walked outside, the shuttle was there waiting for me. Excellent service.
