Quick to the airport... less than 5 min shuttle wait.. back from the airport waited about 20 mins.. not bad at all! For all the bad surveys I read.. c'mon people! Its LAX.. there's no way for them to be there right when you call! Have some patience! They had my car parked at the exit ready to go! It took me less than 5 mins to check out and be on my way! I have used this lot before, and I will definitely use again if traveling out of LAX..
We had left our vehicle for about a month in 'covered' parking. Upon on our arrival our vehicle was covered in dust and bird droppings. The vehicles radio station was also changed and the interior was dirtier then I had dropped it off as though someone had been lounging in our vehicle. I do not recommend this place for long term parking.
I use this company every time I fly out of LAX. They have recently changed their name to "The Parking Space." I always find the cheapest rates here and have not had any major problems. You do need to leave some extra time for the shuttle to and from the airport, though. They do not have as many shuttles as the big parking companies. So, for pick up from the airport, you need to call them when you arrive and you end up waiting a while. I find that it is worth the cheaper rates.
I had indoor parking but when I got my car there were bird droppings on the right side of my vehicle, not just a small amount but a large amount. I asked the attendant about my car being parked indoors he replied that there were birds in the indoor facility, they took my car and washed off the bird droppings but did not dry that side of the car, I will not likely use this facility any longer.
They've changed the layout of parking area, much better
My husband and I waiting for over 30 minutes to get into the parking lot to drop off our car. They had it blocked with a truck because they were rearranging other cars. 10 cars waiting in line, in the street. We were afraid of being hit with on coming traffic and we would be late for our flight. The staff was limited with only one person checking us all in. It was very cold and rainy outside and we had to wait out there while waiting to be checked in prior to getting on the van. We also had to wait when being picked up at the airport for over 30 minutes. We will never use this company again!
FRAUD Made reservation 3 months in advance and was told on arrival with small child and disabled person 2 hours before flight during the Holidays that they do not accept those reservations and paid $251 instead of $106 as my reservation was for. Never can get hold of manager. The worst business ever
We chose this place due to availability, as we usually use another company that was sold out. We found it adequate, but very difficult to find when driving there in the dark. The attendants were very polite. We were very surprised to come back and be told that our "battery had burned out". I don't think I feel safe leaving my car there again. Since we left the car with all lights out and a fairly new battery, I can only conclude they left a light on somewhere when they moved the car? This is the main reason I gave the place a 3.
I have been leaving my car here for over ten years. Won't go anywhere else. Wonderful staff and drivers.

I've used the Park several times and generally been very satisfied, but this time asked them to please do the detailing the day before I arrive so the upholstery has a chance to dry out. (driving home in a damp car is not so good). They did do this, but then when I picked the car up it was damp and smelly, very mildewy, and took a week to dry it out and get rid of the smell. Generally very good service, but do be specific about what you want done.
Took way too long to be picked up, had to call twice. And then after picking us up at Terminal 7, he drove all the way around the airport a second time to pick up someone at Terminal 6 despite the long wait. I will use another service in the future, lots of competition with many more vehicles to pick up. The place is hard to find as well, poor signage.
We have used The Park at LAX twice now and will use them for future travels. They are polite and a pleasure to deal with.

We have enjoyed using Park Place for the past few years. They are open anytime we need to drop off our car. Also they have been courteous to us when we check in. Their shuttles have always been on time wether they need to drop us off or pick us up at the airport. Their drivers are very courteous & friendly. We will continue to use their services & would recommend the company to anyone.

My windows were shut when I dropped my car off. Someone opened a window & left it while it was in the parking lot. Also, when the shuttle picked us up, there weren't enough seats and a woman had to sit on the floor of the van. Other then that, everything went well.
Both the drivers coming and going were pleasant. After getting off a long flight it's unacceptable to have a 45min wait for the shuttle. When I called I was told the shuttle would be by in 10mins. Not only was the wrong expectation of time set but I had to actively watch to look for the right shuttle. It's very irritating and taxing after a long flight. My initial call was at 12:28 and the van finally arrived at 1:10. It would have been nice to get a ring from you guys giving me a time update and reassuring me that the van was still on it's way. Instead I felt like I was irritating the person on the other line who had originally set the wrong expectation of 10mins.
