  They "forgot" to wash my car, there was massive confusion at the counter and the staff was completely apathetic.

  The address provided for the parking lot was incorrect and took us 15 minutes out of our way. On our return, the shuttle took more than 30 minutes to arrive. Our car was not brought outside when we arrived and we had to sort through the parking warehouse to find our car ourselves. I will not park here again.

  I switched to you for various reasons and don't think I'll ever switch again! My only comment is that you could be a little quicker on pick up from the airport....but life isn't perfect.

Review Guidelines

Directions:

Direction 1

From the 405 North - Exit Imperial Hwy.  Turn Left onto Imperial Hwy.  After crossing La Cienega blvd. (major intersection), Hindry Ave will be on the right hand side (small street no light).  The parking lot is half way down the block on the right hand side (across from FedEx) Arrive at 11220 Hindry Ave.

Direction 2

From the 405 South - Take the Century off ramp and merge onto the Imperial west Off ramp.  Exit Imperial West (no sign from 405, take century off ramp, it junctions).  The off ramp puts you on to La Cienega.  Turn right on to La Cienega blvd.  Turn Left on 111st.  Turn Left on Hindry Ave.  The parking lot is half way down the block on the left hand side (across from FedEx).  Arrive at 11220 Hindry Ave

Direction 3

From the 105 west - Exit La Cienega blvd/Aviation blvd.  The off ramp puts you onto Imperial Highway.  Turn right on to Imperial Highway.  Drive about 0.2 miles and make your first left on to Hindry Ave.  The parking lot is half way down the block on the right hand side (across from FedEx).  Arrive at 11220 Hindry Ave.

Direction 4

From the 105 East - Exit Nash St.  Turn left on to Imperial Highway.  Turn left on Hindry Ave.  The parking lot is half way down the block on the right hand side (across from FedEx).  Arrive at 11220 Hindry Ave.

Direction 5

From La Cienega Blvd. - The parking lot is between Century and Imperial Highway.  If you are heading north, turn left on 111st.  If you are heading south, turn right on 111st.  Turn onto Hindry Ave.  The parking lot is half way down the block on the left hand side (across from FedEx).  Arrive at 11220 Hindry Ave.

Direction 6

From Lincoln Blvd - Drive south on Lincoln until you reach Sepulveda Blvd (the merge together).  Continue driving south on Sepulveda blvd.  Turn left on to Imperial Highway.  Turn left on Hindry Ave.  The parking lot is half way down the block on the right hand side (across from FedEx).  Arrive at 11220 Hindry Ave.
