The Landing at LaGuardia is located only 1/4 mile from the LGA terminals. They are open 24 hours a day and offer free and immediate shuttle transportation to and from LaGuardia Airport with complimentary luggage assistance. To be sure of a space with this operator you are advised to make a reservation today. Please allow sufficient time (15-20) minutes to get to the terminals at LaGuardia Airport when you arrive at The Landing at LaGuardia. After retrieving your luggage call 718-335-2423 and wait for shuttle bus outside of baggage claim.

They did not pick up the phone on either phone number for 10 -15 minutes and on other occasions did not pick up phone either which made it very stressful. We were thinking we might need to take a cab back to the lot. They also took about 30 min to pick us up, but this may have been due to heavy traffic on thanksgiving.
The Landing is my first choice
Drop off was timely, pick up time extended because f traffic conditions at LGA TERRIBLE. If The Port Authority had any empathy for travelers besides collecting fees and surcharges, they would have traffic control personal helping direct and control the flow f traffic.
Getting out was fine. but when we returned, we could not call the shuttle. Evidently they put in a new phone system and failed to inform us. We could have been there all night had we not taken a taxi to the lot!!!! It cost us $12 for a half-mile trip to the lot. It was reimbursed, but we were NOT at all happy with that service. I'll try another lot next time for sure.
The phone was not working to call for pickup. Had to take a taxi to the lot and then was told that the phone was down. Worthless and anxiety producing experience. Will NEVER park there again.
Getting to lot and it's closeness to airport were the best features. When I got back however, it was a nightmare as there was NO ONE picking up the telephone when I called to let them know I was back and needed the van to come get me. After waiting for half an hour to get through I finally hailed a cab to take me to the lot. The attendants told me that their phone lines were down so that's why no one could reach them. They did reimburse me for the cab ride but this was a very nerve wracking experience after a long flight. Thank god it was daytime and weather was ok.
Your phone system sucks. Called for an hour from airport and found out your phone lines were down. Took taxi. It's the last thing i want to deal with when coming home.
The Landing replaced the old Clarion lot,which I used for at least 10 years with no problems. The new management only provided one phone number, which was not functional upon my return trip. I got a recurring message to wait and call again. There was no way to reach them on an alternate phone. After calling 37 times, stood on the cab line for 20 + minutes. They reimbursed me for the cab cost but the delay was annoying and unnecessary if the phone changes were handled smartly. They are getting a new number.
they have been fine in past. last night, 11-10-16, they had a phone problem so my call to get picked up could not connect- so i had to walk there. Only a half-mile or so, but it was 50 degrees, i was in shorts and a t shirt, tired from a long trip, and really not happy to make the walk. If i did not walk, probably still be sitting there as taxi line had 300 people in it!
Shuttle drive on pick-up from airport was indifferent. No courtesies such as even a "hello". Got the impression he had a bad attitude about his job. The van first bench passenger seat was all torn and foam filling working its way out..felt crummy and not professional. Parking lot attendants were great friendly people. lot
Pick up was delayed but probably due to extensive construction at LGA airport
The area around LGA is like a war zone because of the construction but the staff and drivers were great. Made the whole thing painless. Really well done
Staff was professional and the instructions for return were good. In the future try to emphasize the pick up is upstairs in the middle island. Shuttle van is run down and smells.
We had a very smooth drop off. Staff friendly! Different story when we needed the pick up. We followed directions and called for pick up when we had our bags. We waited outside in the cold for more than 45 minutes!! We were told that there was traffic! How come we saw the same Enterprise Van go by many times!! When he finally arrived we were not greeted and no sorry for the delay. When I asked what the problem was....he said traffic!! We saw no traffic returning to parking lot!! It obvious they were short staffed because our van was small and full of passengers. I won't be returning!!
Attendant was courteous and fast. Driver was ready as soon as we loaded our bags. Pick-Up was easy except I forgot which level I was suppose to be on. My fault. Driver was patient and professional. I left my glasses on the shuttle and the manager is mailing them back to me. What more can you ask for. Airport is a disaster with all the construction. This is the only way to go as they know all the traffic patterns as they change daily.

The parking lot staff were great. The shuttle bus to the airport was clean and comfortable. The ride back from the airport was not as nice. The bus was rundown and the driver wasn't as pleasant...maybe he was having a bad day because of his ride. I would definitely leave my car parked at The Landing again.
We love parking here!
during early morning hours there is only one person in attendance. if he is taking someone to the terminal there is no one at the parking location. no sign saying be right back. had to go into the hotel to find that out. Waited over 20 minutes on my return to get picked up by shuttle. not very easy to spot the location of the parking lot.
Overall very satisfied.....I'd definite use them again and recommend them to friends and family!!
