    Parking lot was located on top of a storage facility. There were NO signs indicating it was the SWIFT parking lot. There were in actuality no parking spaces available though we had reservations that were done online. I had to leave my keys with the attendant so that they could move my car into an actual space when one became available. When I returned if there had not been another customer who arrived back at the exact time I would have not been able to exit the parking lot. The exit lanes were blocked with other vehicles. I had to back up through the one space that had just been vacated to exit. Will not use again.

    Found the lot with little trouble by using Google street view before I left for the airport. While I had a reservation, the lot was completely full. I was able to park on the end of one of the rows.

    You should talk to Google and the city, app was wrong and street looked more like an ally with no street sign. My maps app sent me next door to car rental service. I had a child in my car and I almost did not stop to ask directions to find out take this ally/street at the end you will see address your looking for.

    Worst experience in my 60 years of travel. Very unorganized and driver on return trip was very rude to us and other traveler with us. Bad bad bad. Just glad our car was still there when we got back.

    Very glad I made a reservation since your bottom lot was full. Now I know I will always reserve ahead of time. The only problem is the driver does not have access to balance owed. So the other passenger had to get out and dig through her luggage since payment is due before they take you from the airport to your car.

    Lot was very dark and hard to find. Extra lighting would make it easier to see getting on and off the shuttle plus provide more security. Bigger signs would help in locating the lot particularly the 2nd level.

    When we arrived for departure before sunrise, lot was full and lighting was sparse. Attendant was not overly friendly, but wasn't unfriendly. When a passenger spilled his coffee, she remarked that was why drinks/ food were not allowed. However, she'd made mo mention of that when he boarded. We returned to a prompt pickup at the terminal and that attendant was warm & friendly. She got us promptly to our vehicle. Only comment about the lot is that we had ants in the car when we got back. Uncertain why/how since there was no food in the car.
