    I think you need more than 1 van to transport people. You are close to airport and very friendly staff but I think transportation needs to upgraded.

    Parking area for shuttle was difficult to find as there were no signs off Maple that showed parking area behind building facing Maple.

    We had difficulty locating the parking lot on arrival but directions were clarified and we made it fine. The pick up was a little slow BUT it was raining and traffic was terrible. Both attendants - the one taking us to the airport and the one picking us up from the airport were very pleasant and helpful.

    They do not have any wheelchair accessible shuttles to the airport. Wheelchair users must go elsewhere.

    This parking lot is not gated and there is no attendant on duty. The overflow lot is shared with a storage facility which means people are constantly coming and going. All of these are deal breakers. Yes, there are cameras but that's it. The shuttle bus driver told me that she keeps an eye on the lot when she drives past it. Seriously? I basically left my car totally available to anyone. I will NEVER park at SwiftPark again.

    When I arrived to park on Friday, October 28 at 1 pm, the parking lot attended was sitting in a car by the entrance and honked as I pulled in. I did not know at the time that she was the attendant of that she was honking at me, so I continued on to a parking space, so she honked again. Assuming this was for me, since no one else was there, I stopped. She got out of the car and asked for my paperwork. She seemed like she hated her job and I know I hated the work she was doing at that time too. She was not pleasant at all but I guess you just have to expect rude if you are going to save $5 a day. Find another lot.

    Overall it was good. They didn't tell me that I needed to retain my proof of reservation/payment when I returned. I deleted it since I thought that I had already paid. They only had charged me a deposit so I had to sort through my deleted e-mail on my phone to find the information. They should tell you that you need to retain your information as you will need it when you pick up your vehicle.

    We drove around for 20 minutes looking for this lot until we realized the one tiny sign they had was pointing in the wrong direction. Then, the lighting was broken so the lot was not lit. The attendants understood why we were upset but obviously there was nothing they could do about it. We won't use this facility again.
