Only improvement I could recommend is to have more staff on site to handle customers.

The attendants did were not watching when I came in the lot to park my car. Had to walk up to the shuttle area and they were in the building eating. Said they didn't see me. When I returned, there was only 1 person working the entire lot - SERIOUSLY. He was the driver to transport passengers, the checkin and checkout person. It took over an hour after I contacted for pick up to get to my car. Will never use again.

Great job! I called from the plane for a shuttle and the van was downstairs at that time. The gentleman actually waited until we got downstairs.

I have used swift airport parking before using my groupon.I was satisified the first time .so i went back to park with them for a 3 day trip second time .I waited at the airport for over an hour . I called them couple of times to pick me up which went to voice mail .when they eventually did come they were getting calls from other customers from other terminals to be picked up . I had no problem with that , since i can understand how tired everybody else must be . by the time i get to the parking lot it was 30 more mins . when i went to the gate they billed me for 4 days instead of 3 days for no fault of mine.If you drive out later than 11.30 then you get billed for next day .I was there on time .they picked me up late and dropped me up late . since i drove out at 12.30 still they billed be for the next day. they have 4 buses sitting in their lot .and they were only using one bus to pick everybody for all the differant terminals . I called them and left messages for 4 days to talk to their manager who is always seems to be out no matter what time of the day it is . I am still waiting to hear back from him. will not use these guys again . these guys are not honest and dependable.

The busses were fine, The parking lot grasses were really high and I told the driver it looked like it was abandoned. He said someone was coming to mow that day. When I got back 12 days later, it had been poorly mowed and still looked abandoned.

It was late when I returned. I was tired and I had a bad cold and sore feet. However, your driver was courteous and professional even though I was gripey.

We have used this lot several times. The drivers have always been friendly and helpful. The service when leaving the lot is great but pick up is not so good. The vans are not marked so it is hard to tell when the van comes. The last time we used the service we waited over 30 minutes for a pick up; they are understaffed. The lot is run down and needs repair.

Our goal is to make travel a little easier by offering guaranteed airport parking reservations and affordable prices at first class airport parking lots. This is a total misrepresentation. You are understaffed and desire only to better your bottom line. The shuttle was unmarked and I and my whole family waited over 30 minutes for it. I was very disappointed.

Parking here and arriving at the airport has always been problem free. I typically arrive on a Friday morning or afternoon, and a shuttle is sitting there waiting to take me to the airport. However, getting picked up has been hit or miss, and after my experience on 4/8/2012, I will probably not use SwiftPark again. After landing at 11PM on a Sunday night, I called and was told the bus was full, and there was only 1 driver, FOR THE 4TH BUSIEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD! This is an even bigger incovnenience, because there drivers are also the cashiers. So I had to wait 50 minutes to be picked up. THEN, I rode in the bus for an additional 55 minutes, as we drove through my terminal 3 different times. The driver would not go back until the bus was full, even after we all asked him to. Upon our arrival, the driver comped all of our stays, because he was the only driver and had to go pick-up more angry people who were waiting. After landing at 11PM, I arrived at my car at 12:45AM, and then had a 2 hour drive back to where I live. Although I only paid the $7.80, it would have been well worth the extra $25-30 to arrive at my car at 11:15PM, and be in bed around 1AM, because I had to go to work that morning.

On 2/11/2012 Cordell met us at the parking lot at 4:30am By the time we parked,he was right behind us ready to help us unload the car. He was very polite and courteous.It wasn "t anytime before we were at the airport.t It gave us time to relax and unwind from the 2 hr. drive to the airport. On our trip back to the car,it was a speedy and relaxing transfer. We will DEFINITELY BE USING SWIFT PARK AIRPORT PARKING AGAIN !!!!!!!!!

This place is a great value as long as you are not in a hurry. Drop off at the airport was prompt, but it took about 45 minutes for us to be picked back up. I think they are a bit understaffed. I would consider using them again if it was just me, but when traveling with kids and a tired wife, I say pass.

I had to call the shuttle two times and waited approximately 52 minutes to be picked up. I will not be using Swift Parking again.

I had an awful experience here. There was only one guy working when I dropped off my car and he barely spoke English. Not only was he the only one watching the cars but he was the shuttle driver so the parking lot seemed to be left abandoned when he drove me. He dropped me off at the wrong terminal. I will never use SwiftPark again.

Waited over 30 minutes upon arrival for driver and it was 1AM. Driver was quite short and abrupt. Called several times and got answering machine (left message). Finally driver answered and said we had to go downstairs (I had 2 small children, 1 infant, 2 elderly and NINE international bags with me) to the departures in DFW and would not pick us up at arrivals. Although I saw several shuttles pick up (everyone around us) at arrivals including "the Parking spot" and "eshuttle", he said he would not do that. I cannot in good conscience recommend Platinum Parking to colleagues and will not use them again as there appears to be no consideration for client's needs.

The parking lot is very under-maintained. It has roofs missing, weeds everywhere, and I highly doubt the shuttles pass inspection. The phone number on the buses isn't correct as well.

Attendants need to speak better English. The phone number on the reservation was incorrect so we were unable to call for pickup for quite a while. Attendant then went to United Air instead of Alaska Air causing further delay. I will not use your lot again.

the shuttle was very good, the drivers were super nice but some work needs to be done on the awings and parking places, i was scared some of the awing might be blown off and damage mine or others cars.

Im pleased with both the shuttle drivers and they way handled things. I just wish if the location could have been nearer to the airport rather than traveling 10 mins ...........
