    I have used Swift Parking several times before with no issues. This time was a much different story and I will never use it or recommend it again!! Upon arrival, gates were blocked by vans and trucks. We went through the one available opening & there was no attendant in site. What was in site was this huge trailer occupied by a company named The Airport Valet. There were dozens of people walking around but no one stopped to help or ask if we needed help. Instead of being picked up next to our vehicle, we had to drag our luggage to the front. Upon being on the inside there was a man dressed business casual who asked us if we were with the Omni Corporation and which we replied no. He frankly told us that if we weren't with Omni that we weren't allowed to park there. I explained how I made & paid for reservations at that location. He said that Swift no longer own that lot that he did! I asked why was I allowed to make reservations if the lot no longer belonged to them. He replied because they were liars and thieves!! He was very upset & told us that we needed to park somewhere else like The Spot or somewhere next door. Which in turned made us upset especially since our flight was leaving in 2hrs. He all of a sudden had a "change of heart" told us that it was not our fault and that we were caught in the middle. He took a picture of my reservations that I had thankfully printed out and said he would deal with the issue. He tried to make small talk about our trip & said to enjoy ourselves & promised not to tow our car. Well that was a helluvah way to go on a trip not knowing if your car would be there upon return!! Thankfully it was. We mentioned our incident to the driver who took us to the airport as well as the driver that brought us back to the lot. No one could give a clear answer to the accusations. Just claimed that parking had to be done on the very back row & not under the cover parking. Although my reservations stated that I could park under covered parking. I travel often & plan on doing more in the future. I will try to have family or friends drop me off & pick me up before I consider PAYING someone else to let my vehicle sit on their "alleged" property at my own risk.

    Departure: Difficult to find, no signage. Primary lot was full had to follow somebody to secondary lot. Time consuming. Return: It was raining and the roof of the van leaked. Had to go to primary lot to pick up somebody who did the paper work in the van in the dark as we rode to secondary lot. Will not use again.

    I had to wait outdoors in very cold conditions for over an hour for the shuttle because it had to "refuel." During that time almost 30 shuttles from a competing lot came by. Once n the shuttle the heat was not working very well. Then it took an additional hour to pick up other passengers at all gates. Once I got in my car it took almost 45 minutes to check out due to cars ahead of me taking very long times to check out. Once I got to the window I was able to check out in 2 minutes. I have no idea what took other customers so long.

    Loved this parking lot! It wasn't hard to find...very close to the interstate! The price was amazing for covered parking. The attendants were very nice and greeted us immediately! I was worried the shuttle was gonna be a disaster after reading reviews saying the shuttle took too long! Those reviews were wrong!! We arrived at the airport and called the shuttle immediately after getting our luggage and they were there within 10 minutes. One thing I do suggest is to print out your confirmation sheet and leave it in your vehicle. They couldn't find my reservation info but luckily I had the print out of my confirmation in my car. I highly recommend this parking lot and will definitely continue

    I reserved my parking spot at the last minute, but in spite of that my overall experience was great. I just happened to arrive at the perfect time, as a shuttle was just getting ready to return to the airport. I was parked and on my way to the airport in 10 minutes. The attendees were very nice and personable. I would definitely use this company again.

    When I drove in, there was no one at the attendant station and no one in the lot at all to ask questions or anything which was disconcerting. When I called the Swiftpark number he said it was because there was only 1 driver and we would have to wait 30 mins for him to get back. I would recommend having more than one driver to reduce wait times and improve overall customer service experience.

    From the time I called for the shuttle at 6:56 pm on 9/8/15 until I paid and drove out of the parking lot was 1:15 minutes. I waited 35 mins for the shuttle to pick me up after I called and then once I was on the shuttle, she continued circling the airport, going from 1 terminal to the next picking people up, until every seat was filled - doubling back through the same terminals more than once. As a weary traveler, it was frustrating to ride the shuttle as it circled back through the same terminals over and over. It also appeared that only 1 shuttle was running. I watched a number of Parking Spot and Express shuttles pass by while I was waiting. This was frustrating as well. Overall, the ladies at both my arrival and departure were friendly and professional. However, I was not pleased with the length of time it took to pick me up and deliver me to my car and that is the reason I gave you 2 stars.

    As described ... set reservation online and showed up at SwiftPark early a.m. for my morning flight. The gate rep was very friendly, let me choose the spot for my covered parking and then the shuttle came almost immediately to pick me up for the airport. When I returned 2 weeks later from my trip abroad, I called to let SwiftPark know and waited at the designated shuttle area outside of E terminal. Within 15 minutes the shuttle arrived and promptly delivered about six of us travelers to our designated parking spots. No issues, better than expected friendliness and promptness. I would definitely use SwiftPark again for future trips!
