    From the time I called for the shuttle at 6:56 pm on 9/8/15 until I paid and drove out of the parking lot was 1:15 minutes. I waited 35 mins for the shuttle to pick me up after I called and then once I was on the shuttle, she continued circling the airport, going from 1 terminal to the next picking people up, until every seat was filled - doubling back through the same terminals more than once. As a weary traveler, it was frustrating to ride the shuttle as it circled back through the same terminals over and over. It also appeared that only 1 shuttle was running. I watched a number of Parking Spot and Express shuttles pass by while I was waiting. This was frustrating as well. Overall, the ladies at both my arrival and departure were friendly and professional. However, I was not pleased with the length of time it took to pick me up and deliver me to my car and that is the reason I gave you 2 stars.

    new start-up company with some issues...... 3 -4 buses broke down in the Lot.... making all of their pick-ups with 1 bus....

    As described ... set reservation online and showed up at SwiftPark early a.m. for my morning flight. The gate rep was very friendly, let me choose the spot for my covered parking and then the shuttle came almost immediately to pick me up for the airport. When I returned 2 weeks later from my trip abroad, I called to let SwiftPark know and waited at the designated shuttle area outside of E terminal. Within 15 minutes the shuttle arrived and promptly delivered about six of us travelers to our designated parking spots. No issues, better than expected friendliness and promptness. I would definitely use SwiftPark again for future trips!

    Worse airport parking experience in my life. The bus was an old beater with no AC. During pick up I was in the bus over an hour going round and round picking up passengers. I think they must only have one bus. The employee's were discourteous and the parking lot wasn't well lit. I plan on going on yelp and right a review. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

    The driver picked me up and asked how long until my flight. I told him 45 minutes to take off. He was leaving the facility and went back in to pick up more people. I had to run to catch my flight. Luckily it was delayed. This was on top of waiting 20 minutes at my car for pick up. Also, the van was damaged looked like from an accident. It was older and dirty. This is my first time using your service. It will be the last. I am going back to the parking spot. More professional and cleaner and run on time.

    Staff needs better training. I arrived fairly early for my flight, but the young lady at the gate on entering, when asked if she would like to look at my reservation, she said no and that i was assigned to parking section Q, when i got to section Q, i noticed it was uncovered and i had reservations for a covered parking space. I didn't want to be running late or holding up anyone if the shuttle arrived so i stayed there and told the attendant on my return what had happened and that i was disappointed. She was also surprised because anyone with a reservation is in the covered section, and the lady at the gate missed that. Anyway i was credited $10 and i thought that was fair. I still like you guys though so i guess i'll keep parking with you lol.

    We waited for 50 minutes to be picked up at the airport then it took another 30 minutes to get to our car (unacceptable)! You need buses at the airport ready to pick up your customers, not waiting for us to call to be picked up! It took us longer to get from the airport to my car than it took us to fly from Denver to DFW airport. Also when we arrived to be taken to the airport we waited 10 minutes to be picked up at our car then we hauled our luggage up to the office a driver came out (in no hurry) started the bus (saying nothing to us )went back into the office, came back out 5 minutes later and pulled the bus over to where we were waiting and picked us up. We were the only ones there. This was my first and last time to use your service. You should park at The-parking Spot to see how you should run your business.

    My first time to use SwiftPark Airport Parking at DFW was for a family vacation to Cancun. The drop off was great! No complaints. HOWEVER...when we arrived back at DFW, I called and got voicemail. I left a message and they returned my call within about 10 minutes. After multiple calls to see what was going on, they picked us up at the airport almost 2 hours after my initial call! It was horrible! We watched several other shuttles come in and go out multiple times before we ever saw anyone from SwiftPark. They were reasonable on the price, however, you definitely pay for it in wait time! Extremely disappointed!

    Don't park here if you are expecting to get to the airport quick or if you are expecting to get picked up from the airport quick. We waited for 45 mins for a shuttle to pick us up after our flight. I called them four times, followed their instructions and never even received an apology. The drive from the airport to the parking to pick up our car took over 15 mins after our 45 min wait.

    It took 45 minutes for the shuttle to even come and drop us , this caused our flight to miss and costing us $500 for reschedule! Never recommend swift parking to anyone!!

    There really needs to be at least two drivers at all times. We budgeted 30 minutes to park and ride to the terminal and almost missed our flight because there was only one driver and by the time he came back to the parking lot, picked us and others up, then got us to the terminal, we almost missed our flight. The ride back to the parking lot after our trip was quite timely though.

    When we arrived with our car no one was around. I had to call. Waited quite awhile for shuttle & then had to change because there was no AC in first one. Shuttles are old & uncomfortable ride. On way back from airport shuttle was prompt. Driver rides the brakes a lot, though.

    The trip out was great! Returning only one woman was working both to pick up travelers and check them out when we returned to the parking lot. You need to hire more people. She was great; friendly, apologetic, professional, but stressed! You don't want to lose a good employee like that, but if you continue making her work alone (she mentioned this was the second day in a row for her working by herself), she will become disgruntled and go to another company. Just my two cents!

    SWIFT should be called EVENTUALLY. Going out was good, but return took 40+ minutes for pickup (they knew when I was getting in - still 40 minutes because they queue up arrivals to fill the van). Another 20 for other pickups and return to the lot. Other than that, Mrs Lincoln ......

    it took 2 hours to be picked up from the airport when we returned from our trip. we seem to have trouble each time and have tried several different options. Our car had several dings in the door this time. The staff was extremely nice to deal with.
